Weight at 109.3kgs and still hitting 0RIR shows you’re pushing the limits well. Rows and pulldowns at those loads are big numbers, and rear delts with 22.5s per side is heavy isolation work most can’t touch. Pump showing and soreness the next day is exactly what you want to see in a growth phase, you’re building a stage package that’s going to stand out. :D

Here is my meal 1 which I have daily-

90g Nutrigrain
30g Almond butter
25g Manuka honey
30g whey isolate
Mixed with 400ml of water

Cals- 711

Supps with meal 1 -
1.5IUs of HGH
10IUs of Lantus
1 X Vitamin C
1 X Vitamin D3
Meal 1 is a clean mix, plenty of quick carbs with Nutrigrain and honey, solid protein from whey, and fats balanced with the almond butter. At 711 cals with 53g protein it’s a strong start to the day, especially before a session hitting delts, arms, hams, and calves.

HGH and Lantus timed with that meal makes sense, carbs are high enough to cover it and keep things steady. Vitamins on top round it out well, weight at 110.1 kg shows you’re holding size while still running a structured setup. :D

Unfortunately spent the last 4 days with the flu. Slowly getting better but it’s taking its dammm time.

No training since, Saturday as I’m just focused on getting better.

• Incline dumbbell press- 3 sets 8-10 reps (1 top set 2 back off sets) 60kgs/ 47.5kgs
• Flat bench smith machine- 3 sets 8-10 reps (rest pause sets) 110kgs
• Bodyweight dips- 3 sets to failure - 4 second negatives 2 second hold in the hole
• Standing cable flies- 4 sets 12-15 reps 40kgs per side
