OXYGEN PHARM:
Sleep last night was okay, just not enough. I took a total of 750mg of magnesium about 40 mins before bed, same as the day prior.
AM weight:
83.10kgs. (no picture of the scale today)
I went to jujitsu fasted today, just loaded on black coffee caffeine.
Took 20mg Anavar before my session. Big boys were in today and the session was great, technical lesson followed by some technical and super stong rolls. Tomorrow is an open mat day, so I might end up there fasted as well. Sweated alot and was extremely gassed - signs of a good session!
Came back tow work and chugged down my protein shake.
Sadly, was busy with work and somehow my reminder on the phone didn't go off for Anavar pre lift. But I got a great workout in:
Arms Friday:
Treadmill: 3 speed 3 incline 20 mins.
-Cable pushdows (3x20 135lbs (weight up)) Supersetted with Dual db hammer curls (3x12 50lbs dumbbells (last 2 reps on second set and last 3 reps on last set partials)
-Cable crossbody ext (3x20 30lbs) supersetted with Dual db incline curls (3x15 22.5lbs dumbbells)
-Cable pully overhead triceps ext, high pully (3x20 130lbs) supersetted with ez bar curls (3x08 50lbs on the bar)
-Dual db overhead incline ext (3x15 20lbs dbs) supersetted with db spider curls (3x15 20lbs dbs)
Forearms:
-Wrist curls fat bar: 3x15 supersetted with rev wrist curls fat bar 3x15. 20lbs on the bar.
Abs:
-Ball throw Crunches 3x20 supersetted with side heel touches 3x30.
-V holds 3 for 20 secs each.
Super pumps today, even without Anavar but if definately felt the difference not having taken one. Resetting my reminder now just so I don't skip it again.
On my way home, I got a pack of chicken wings and airfried them, was planning to airfry 300 grams of potato as well but decided not to and keep carbs low:

All in all, a great day today... coffee around 10:30am helped alot paired with the good, uninterrupted sleep I had last night. We were able to make today a beautiful training day with great jujitsu and great lifting session as we hoped for yesterday - training would have been 9 if I took that Anavar.
Since today marks the end of 4 weeks on @OxygenPharm Anavar and Test, as promised, I am going for a blood test tomorrow. We should have the results in maybe 2 business days (so around Tuesday or Wednesday), once I have them - I will post them here for all to see and we can discuss them.

hope this doesn't violate any community guidelines, if it does, remove it and let me know. Super thankful and proud of the hard work and dedication I put it till now, more muscle than I ever had.
We thick without them carbs! Shoulders, are alot better than before, my arms are way more visible and bigger than ever, my lats - the width and chest thickness speaks for itself. Let me know what you guys think and where I need to improve or focus on more.

Still learning how to pose properly, watching videos as
@Mobster suggested once, but I forget to show my quads and forget which calve to flex and to even flex them atall lol + flexing the lats, shoulders, chest and arms all at once is also hard - but I make do.
