just started my cycle with testosterone prop. i am taking OTC water pills after my TRT shots ... i think eating a lot of dairy products can be a reason behind this, can it be? Im getting too much bloating!
You need a good AI, like a suicidal inhibitor Aromasin.
high estrogen is what is causing it... that and the fact you are probably taking in far too much sodium... you don't need water pills, you need aromasin... you also need to cut out some sodium form your diet...
reduce your salt intake bro and get a decent Ai like aromasin, adex etc..

Agreed, imo if you don't know what an AI is and that bringing down estrogen with it can reduce bloating you shouldn't even be using gear in the first place. This is gear 101.

definitely get blood work done and see where your estradiol levels are..
This happened to me when I first started rs Transaderm and didnt know I was prone to increased levels of estrogen. My dumb ass was taking erase pro which didnt do shit... I was trippin because when I got out of the shower I noticed I looked all bloated, started feeling my chest and noticed that I had a gland in my nipple the size of pea... I had a meltdown..lol. I ordered a REAL AI ASAP and it cleared up. Its still there to this day, but its about the size of a bb. I keeps a close eye now.
aromasin is definitely the best option... start at 12.5 mg eod and assess from there... if you need more then go ed
