Supplements that don't work?

There's a ton out there that aren't worth anything in my opinion. You just have to educate yourself on what is and isn't effective.

Generally speaking... lookout for the words "proprietary blend" if you see them, hold on to your wallet & head the other way.

once again, i generally agree with this... the only way this comment is inaccurate, and this is very rare when this applies, but every so often a proprietary blend is listed and the ACTUAL amounts are listed within the blend... its a very rare situation but i have seen it before... otherwise, when you a proprietary blend, generally you have no clue the amounts of what you are actually taking in...

This is mostly true, though proprietary blends have been used before to keep the formulas certain companies use from being copycatted also. Proprietary blends are very common, and are not always a bad thing, though a lot of times they are

The most simple piece of advice I can think of when it comes to supplements is... If it sounds too good to be true, it probably is. Especially if sold at GNC.

Just about everything you see advertised in a magazine or on TV. Far too many to list. Stick to NTBM products.

A good starting point is to start shopping at needtobuildmuscle.com.Just about everything in the store works, nothing is bunk

Anything from Muscletech....90% of what's @ GNC.

Lol I generally agree with everyone else. Mainstream preworkouts are okay sometimes but that's the only type of supplement I would buy from GNC or another chain. Test boosters and protein ...hell no

bro plenty of supplement don't do shit...easier to tell you what supplements actually DO help...
read this http://www.evolutionary.org/supplements/

This lineup in particular is legit.. I've never seen so much consistency across the board in terms of effectiveness and quality products. N2BM is by far the best company I have used for all of my supp needs

Any workout that includes the "supplements" to make it work. I hate that. T nation is terrible for pimping products as do most of the workouts on bodybuilding.com
