New Guy here Sarms MK-2866 LOG

New guy here just making a log for myself basically so I can better track my stats while going through this cycle. Little information about myself, I am 5'6 143 Lbs looking to gain 6-8 lean muscle while on Ostarine! The plan is to bulk and gain some serious mass. Any suggestions are welcome!
 
You need to eat 1 to 2 grams of protein per pound of body weight. Get plenty of sleep. eat a lot of the right foods. Train heavy and get plenty of rest.
 
Run it for 12wks. Add more cals to your diet and if ur gaining too much fat do more cardio.

Again, lots of pro, good carbs and healthy fats.
 
UPDATE

Made this log a couple days late, I am currently day 3 into my cycle. Not feeling much as of right now, I am trying to eat 3000-3500 calories a day

Strength is about the same but tomorrow is Chest day so will see how it goes!

Try lgd is a bit of a better bulking agent then osta.Although 6-8 pounds is very achievable.
 
if possible I would stack S4 with that

need to hit the gym hard and eat better.. you are a little guy for a reason remember .. hopefully you get things going in the right direction

S4 would really help out a lot. Osta/S4 would great together.
 
Im interested in your progress. Im only slightly bigger than you. I just ran a 6 week stand alone of Ost just to guage its overall efficacy. I made no adjustments to diet or workout frequency. I didnt gain a pound or even an ounce but I think the stuff is for real & it caused no suppression. There were days I felt really good, like more confident. Other days, nothing. Some strength gain which was nice. Overall, I like the stuff & will be using it again.
 
Got it from the guys at Sarms1, Im just running osta solo right now. I am also taking a mass gainer and creatine

Day 5 Update

Killed it yesterday at the gym went up in weight on almost everything.

New PR on bench right now is 155 highest I've been since getting back in the gym

Everything feels great, im loving this stuff so far
 
Good luck bro, looking forward to following your log. Dspark and GW would def be good additions if you can swing it.
 
Yeah if i had the money for it, right now im unemployed and a full time college student, everyone keeps suggesting taking GW but I don't see how it helps with bulking?
 
So its been a week so far!

Im feeling pretty good. Nice side effects I don't think so. I deff noticed a difference in vascularity, veins are popping out everywhere! Ive gone up in strengh on most exercises which is good. The only problem I've had is last i dont know if its sarms related but I had a sharp pain in my waist area where it would connect to my dick. If I were to move that sharp pain would get sent to the tip of my dick and it hurt like a bitch. I didn't sleep well at all lastnight
 
You might have just pulled something... I would lighter for a day or two to see. Also, with my run, I seem to have kept the strength gains I got with ostarine, like it pulled me out of a rut or something. The vascularity will go down though after you go off. Not a big deal

will be interested in your log, im running ostarine and s-4 (maybe MGF too) for 8 weeks when i feel my hormones normalize a bit after my cut/contest prep as they're out off whack right now due to being sub 7% bodyfat. what does your PCT (if any) look like?

well with your size sarm's is a good choice for you

as for GW it would help you kill it harder in the gym and keep going
 
i think a mini PCT is usually recommended, i was going to run low dose nolva (20,20,10,10) first dose of nolva will be in the last week of my cycle and aromasin as i am pretty estrogen sensitive when ever i need it, if i need it at all. :rolleyes:
 
take that back, turns out ancillaries are hard to get and expensive as in australia! real gear on the other hand, no problem!
 
Little update so I am about 9 days in and im still feeling good! Strength is deff up, weight is about the same bouncing around from 143-142. Eating as much as I can hoping to atleast go up to 147-148 by the end of this run. Set new PRs on the bench yesterday which felt great!
 
Day 11

Feeling about the same, killed shoulders today

Weighed in today around 145-146, since i started working out in the beginning of December I gained about a good solid 8 pounds which is pretty sweet. I am aiming for 150, and then deciding if I should cut for summer. Im not sure what I want to do yet. I am 5'6 145 lb
 
Officially 2 weeks into cycle

Everything is feeling about the same as before I gained about 2-3 pounds since I started. Deff feeling a bigger pump and strength has deff increased. Looking forward to the next 4 weeks and then hopefully running another cycle with LGD!
 
Im on day 5 of my LGD & it feels like its going to be a great time. Though my Ostarine cycle was ok, This LGD feels alot more powerful. You will have something to look fwd to on that. If it actually puts any weight on me, even a pound I'll be even more impressed.

Yeah I feel you I have heard good things about LGD, I was thinking about running it with some Dspark
 
Well its been about another week since I updated, recently got a tattoo on wednesday so I took about 2 days off but I still hit leg day inbetween. As of right now I am benching 155 for 4reps which is a PR for me and it feels awesome. Squat and Deadlift are both up in weight and my strength is at an all time high right now! Im loving this and are pumped to run some LGD next
 
I have tried the SARMS several times with absolutely no real gains to speak of..minor strength gains
I did experience the night vision issues that are common with use i.e. yellow haze, which was not the desired goal by any means
supplier is very reputable and all other products are spot on so no issues there
I believe their real "strength" based on their chemical properties, is as a possible bridge between cycles or as a pct although I have not tried either
the cost versus AS is just not worth it
in theory fantastic, in reality not so much
