I've got a problem with my sports nutrition and I need some help! As a creatine I took Dymatize Nutrition, BCAA Complex 2200, I purchased it on iherb but some of my friends told me that it would be better if I changed it.

There's quite a bunch on the site you mentioned. Ancient Strength is made up of three ingredients. The main one is the worlds most popular form - Creatine Monohydrate. It also contains Creatine HCL and Creatine Pyruvate.

When in need of knowledge I find you ask, or you look. Need To Build Muscle does have it's ingredients listed...

I prefer creatin in capsules....

How about this creatine supplement? Universal Creatine Is creapure best source?

No. Back in the day poor quality material was coming out of China. So the makers of Creapure did a MUCH better job of producing a 99.99% pure product. Now the others have cleaned up their act to produce a 99.9% or better pure product. Gains from either product are identical.
 
Great when used properly, of course. Some athletes have to be more careful than others with supplements that tax the kidneys, though.

Used some of this year's back in the day. Now I just go with monhydrate in bulk. Cheap as fuck and 100% effective

If you don't want to use it don't. And you don't need a pre-workout either

You're right. It's just that there are so many things on the supplement market that everything is interesting. Although some and scary. Many substances have side effects that make you wonder if you should use it or not.
