Test, SARMS, GK Prohormones 16 week cycle log

OK so after plenty of research and discussion I've decided to give SARMS a shot and add it to my upcoming cycle. I've put together a nice 16 week plan with help from Dylan that I'm pretty excited about. I'm going to keep a basic log here on Evolutionary. I had already ordered from Unique so that's what I'm going to use. After PCT and some time off after the 16 weeks I'm going to try the exact same thing using sarms1. I should have had HGH for this one, but things didn't work out the way I wanted so I won't be adding it in later. Also considering IGF-1 Lr3, but for now this is how the cycle will look. I started it this morning so feel free to share your thoughts. I hope to get solid feedback throughout the process. Depending on side effects and results I may end up extending SARMS from 8 weeks to 12 and adjust the entire cycle accordingly.

Here is the plan:

1-16 testosterone cypionate 300 mg week - (Pharmaceutical grade) WATSON

1-16 liquidex .5 mg eod - AG Guys

1-16 HCGenerate - N2BM

1-4 PrimobolDEX - N2BM

1-4 N2Guard - N2BM

1-8 S4 (Andarine) 50 mg day... split doses... 25 mg in the a.m. and 25 mg in the p.m.

1-8 GW-510516 (Cardarine) 10-20 mg day... split doses 12 hours apart

9-16 MK-2866 (Ostarine) 25 mg day dosed once a day in the a.m.

9-12 Oxandrovar - N2BM

9-12 n2guard - N2BM

NO PCT. I'm on TRT all year round

I like the set up and sarms with go perfectly with this cycle. I would do a few things different... Extend the oxandrovar to 6 weeks to get the most out of it, add some dspark or HcGnerate to your pct, and extend your s4 and GW to 12 weeks. I'd also bump that test to 400-500mg

I take HCGenerate year round because of the TRT I'm on. I may bump the test to 400-500 if I find some quality local gear. Theres WEAK shit everywhere which is very annoying, but if I find some legit Sust or Enan I will definitely make the change. As far as the S4 and GW I have to wait until I see if the results are good and the sides are minimal. If they are thats absolutely what I'm gonna do.
 
I would also recommend extending the Oxandrovar out to 6 weeks if you can. I'm a little curious as to why you are planning a PCT if you are on TRT.

I'm not actually doing the PCT. It was part of the plan Dylan worked out for me, but I keep forgetting to edit it out. Sorry for the confusion.

Yeah I ordered without realizing a few things but I will be ordering from SARMS1 in a few weeks for my next run in july.
 
Before I get started I just want to say that after my order from SARMS1 yesterday I got an e-mail saying they were throwing in a bottle of S4 for free. If this is the kind of service I can expect from them then they've found themselves a lifetime customer. Kind of hope they start making T-Shirts. I love the logo.

DAY 2
Started everything yesterday. I see what everyone s talking about with the taste of the S4. I really didn't think it was as bad as it was made out to be. I put some gatorade in my mouth and squirted it into the back of my throat. Barely tasted it. GW really didn't have any taste that I noticed, but I took it the same way as the S4 so not much chance to taste anything that way. Yesterday was Day 1 on SARMS and also my day off so Today is Day 1 training on SARMS. Legs are my weakest point so I like to start the week with Legs and Finish with Legs so my weekly training schedule is Legs, Chest, Back, Shoulders AM + Arms PM, Legs. I work arms on my lunch break at work usually on the same day as Shoulders, but sometimes on Back day depending on work. I take an hour for lunch so it works out good for me.

Legs

Leg Press - 3 sets- 12 reps feet at middle of platform 12 reps feet at top of platform 20 reps calf press feet at bottom of platform
Machine Squats - 3 sets 12 reps
Seated calf raises - 4 sets 10 reps
Leg extensions - 4 sets 10 reps
lying leg curls - 4 sets 10 reps
Hip abductor - 3 sets 12 reps
Hip adductor - 3 sets 12 reps
Stairs - 2 flights - carrying 2 45 lb plates up and down 4 times.
Stairs - 2 flights - carrying 1 45 lb plate climbing 2 steps at a time up and down 4 times.

Off to the gym I go. Excited for this!

There are a few changes on the table. I may extend the oxandrovar, the S4 and GW. I may add LGD4033 when I get it in a few days. It's a work in progress so I'm going to let my body help decide. Thanks for the input.

I personally would have started taking 3 caps at the two week mark, but you want to be smart and safe so I hear ya. Regardless, this is going to be a fun stack... no doubt about it

I became a gk oxandrovar fanboy fast. I love your layout. I really like the idea of www.sarms1.com shirts too. Have my boy rock it when he enters NPCs lol. I'm subbed now for this ride.

Does anyone know if the SARMS or Prohormones I'm taking increases appetite? I ate like 6 big meals and two shakes today and I'm not even full. Normally I wouldn't be able to eat like this and not be overstuffed.

i havent used the gh ph line yet but sarms doesnt increase my hunger.

Had a crappy night last night. I think my preworkout was the cause,but I didn't get to sleep til 2:30. Anyway on my way back to the gym for morning Chest workout before work.

Fell asleep early last night and woke up early this morning. Sweat a bit during sleep last night and sweat more than usual during my workout today. Muscles feel more of a pump during workouts past two days.

Lat pull down machine - 3 sets - 10 behind the neck 10 in front and 10 laying back to make it a row.
Seated row dual arm cable machine - 3 sets - 10 both, 10 left arm, 10 right arm
Seated hammer strength row - 4 sets of 10
Seated high angled machine row - 4 sets of 10
Bent over barbell rows - 3 sets 10
back extensions - 3 sets of 10

Added Muscle Pharm Arnold series Iron Pump preworkout today. Wow. It was one tiny cap full and I think I have to cut that in half. Strong stuff. Very good. I think the SARMS are kicking in at this point. Sweating a lot more and felt a lot better with a stronger pump. Much better workout than I've had in months.

Ok beginning today all the SARMS I'm taking are from SARMS1. Uniquemicals stuff is being sent back. Lets see where this trip takes me.

Oh yes the infamous yellow tinting, mine followed me outside, felt as if i was back on the range with my shooting glasses. Live the hardening inwhich s-4 provided. Following along.

Just finished my first week so I haven't seen much difference until today when I did legs. Much better pumps and a little more strength. By the end of the week I should be able to see some differences.

Takes about 2 weeks to really start seeing things.

OK so if you've been following this log or read the cycle setup you know that I'm dosing SARMS like this:

1-8 S4 (Andarine) 50 mg day... split doses... 25 mg in the a.m. and 25 mg in the p.m.

1-8 GW-510516 (Cardarine) 10-20 mg day... split doses 12 hours apart

I've also added LGD4033 20mg day... once in the AM before I work out.

I've been researching and reading as much as possible and most info says that S4 has a 4 hour half life and GW has a 24 hour half life. If that is the case I'm thinking about changing to:

1-8 S4 (Andarine) 50 mg day... Preworkout 10:30AM

1-8 GW-510516 (Cardarine) 20 mg day... Preworkout 10:30AM

1-8 LGD4033 20mg day... Preworkout 10:30AM

What do you think?

WEEK 3

It's been difficult to post daily updates between work and training so I've cut it down to weekly updates. Nothing significant to report for week 2, but now I'm into the third week and this is supposed to be when the PrimobolDEX starts to kick in. Will keep the thread updated on how this week goes.
 
i like this dosing.

I only dosed tha way for one day and it was a really trippy day. Vision sides were strong and I was at work so I went back to 25mg of S4 at 11am and pm. Feels a lot better this way, maybe not for training but for everything else.
 
Week 3

DAY 19

196 lbs 20.7% BF
Starting to feel and see a difference at this point. Muscles are fuller and harder. Shirts are fitting tighter. Slight increase strength from week 2 to 3. No real difference in endurance yet. Next week I plan to start running three times a week so I should be able to see a difference in endurance from week to week on my runs. I've been using an Omron bodyfat analyzer because its convenient and it used to be reasonably accurate when compared to calipers, but I think it's calibration is off so I'm going to order some calipers and start using those. Just got my Oxandrovar, HCGnerate ES, and another bottle of HCGenerate in today so I now have everything I need to finish the 16 weeks. Might have to get another bottle of Oxandrovar if I decide to do 6 weeks of it. Theres definitely a visible difference from day 1 to day 19. 93 days left to the very end of this cycle. Should be amazed by then.
 
DAY 20

Great workout today. I was tired all day at work and close to skipping the workout, but I dragged myself into the gym, had a few sips of ABB Extreme speed stack preworkout and had a solid shoulder workout. My back is looking really good right now. Had to stop taking the Arnold Iron pump because I can't sleep at night when I take it. I took one full scoop (the scoop is tiny BTW) at around 11am was wired all day and couldn't sleep til 2am the next morning. Missed my workout that day because I needed to sleep before work. Took a half scoop the next day at 11am and that felt a lot better during the workout and throughout the day, but I still couldn't sleep that night. I can definitely report that this cycle is starting to kick in nicely. Really want more energy so I don't need the Preworkouts for the gym though. Hope I start to see that soon.
 
WEEK 4

Dropped the S4 down to 20mg twice a day today. I had some Sake last week and noticed my night vision was terrible. Had some again last night and my vision issues became even worse. I don't drink that often. These were both special occasions, but I really think that alcohol increases the effects of the vision sides. I won't be drinking again for a while so thats not really a concern, but I have lowered the dose because of it. If no problems occur in the next couple days I'll raise it back up to 25mg twice daily. This will be my last week on PrimobolDEX. I'll be on SARMS and test for the next 4 weeks after that until I go on vacation. When I come back Ill be starting the Oxandrovar, Ostarine and continuing on test. Feeling good right now. Seeing good results from everything. My back is really showing great results. Changing a few things in my training and diet this week. I Really want to work on upper pecs and shoulders more.

Make sure to post some pictures for us bro! Just a question, how come your gaining BF?

Honestly I think it's because I'm using the OMRON digital bodyfat reader. Next time I order some supplements I'm going to pick up bodyfat calipers and do it the right way. Can't find my old ones so I'm stuck with the OMRON one for now.
 
Update: I've dropped the S4 to 25mg once in the AM before training. The vision sides just keep getting stronger. Still taking it before training though so let's see how it goes.

On a side note seeing life in yellow 24/7 is rather depressing. I feel like I'm living in the series walking dead every day. If anyone has a link to Dylan's write up on how to manage S4 sides please post it. I'm going to keep making changes until its gone and if I can't get it right I'm just going to discontinue the S4.

I've been playing around with dosages this week and things started getting better when I dropped it to (roughly) 15mg AM. I jumped back up to 25mg and it came back instantly so I'm going to try 15g AM 15mg PM and see how that works. Sides were getting so bad I considered scrapping the S4 completely.

Good progress so far. Sucks about vision sides. Run it where it's semi comfortable for a week and then try and bump it up 10mg. If it still bothers you, weigh the pros and cons. If the cons are too much by all means drop it. Just my opinion.
 
Down to 15mg AM and PM. Sides have been less potent today. Hopefully I can get to at least 20mg AM and PM without sides coming back too strong.

Just got my GW-501516 and MK-2866 today from Sarms1 :) can some on guide me on the best way to stack these both? I am new to a SARMS and assuming to take this under your tongue. the goal is to add a little clean size but and get ripped.

Ok it's been a while since my last update. I've ben busy with work and training and also trying to tweak the S4 to a dose that agrees with me. Here's where I'm at right now.

Week 6

Today is the last day of week 5. 198 lbs 16.7% BF

My body weight is roughly the same as when I started, but body fat has dropped significantly. Theres a noticeable difference in muscle size and and hardness. My back has been the most drastic improvement overall, but legs also are showing nice growth from the first 5 weeks. In my opinion ProimobolDEX and SARMS are definitely the real deal. I've seen quite a change in just 5 weeks. I was seeing quick improvements at 50mg of S4 which lessened as I lowered the dose. Unfortunately for me I've been overly susceptible to the S4 sides so I had to lower dosage and play with it more than I thought I would. I've decided to change the plan mid cycle. After finishing the first bottle of LGD, GW and most of the S4 I'm not going to start the next bottles. Originally it was going to be 8 weeks on each, but I'm stopping at 5. When I come back from Vacation I'm going to start the osta and Oxandrovar as planned, but in week 10 instead of week 9. I've experienced some side effects that I need to figure out the cause of. It may be one of the SARMS or it may be something else I need to adjust, but without trying everything separately I won't be able to pinpoint the cause. It's nothing major just some acid reflux and I haven't been sleeping normally. I can usually sleep 8 hours straight and very little can wake me up. Lately any noise or movement in the night wakes me which means that I'm not getting the deep sleep or straight uninterrupted sleep that I'm accustomed to and is necessary when trying to build quality muscle which is making me exhausted when I get to work. I still have enough S4, GW and LGD to do another cycle of each, but I'm going to wait until this 16 week cycle is over and I'm going to run them all separately. All in all though I was very impressed by the combination of SARMS and PrimobolDEX.

Sounds like your getting some nice recomp results with this stack. Acid reflux and sleep problems are very common with AAS. I just learn how to counteract these sides. The fatigue can suck though, I know what you mean. Keep up the good work.

Thanks. I know for sure it's not the cyp. It didn't start until I started this cycle. It could be one of the SARMS or the PrimobolDEX, but I've been off the primobolDEX for a week and still having those problems so it's most likely not that. If it goes away by the end of the week then I'll just have to figure out which SARM is affecting me that way.
