Roids for cutting

Currently at around 14% bodyfat, tried ECA, increased cardio, it helps a little but also lots of muscle loss.

Any recommendations for a roid cycle that focuses on getting shredded?
 
Listen some stats, I have an odd feeling about laying out cycles for guys who still use the word "roid"
 
how long did you run eca? how long did you up cardio? what kind of calorie deficit are you running? how old are you? height? weight? these are all things that are going to help us help you,
provide some more information bro

why would you say that to a member ?

everyone at 19 years old was under 10% body fat.. I'm not impressed if a teen is in single digit body fat.. i was at like 5 or 6% at that age and was competing naturally, all I did was run 30 minutes a day and workout 40 minutes a day, ate whatever I wanted except for sugars and like magic stayed that low .

when you get older your metabolism will slow down.. you will get a job, not a job at mcdonalds but an actual career with responsibility and stress.. so yeah 14% is fine

There is a reason he isn't under 14%. Did this guy say anything about a diet? He just said "what roids do I take to cut" just sounds like a typical lazy ass to me who thinks gear is going to get them places. Also if you aren't below 15% at LEAST then you shouldn't use gear, you respond better when leaner so yeah at 14% he should think about leaning out first before starting
 
Not to keep twisting the knife here bro but yeah diet and cardio are the only thing that are gonna lean you out. You should try doing some research before you post questions like this....

if you never cycled before, how about starting off with a sarms triple stack? steriods are really not for fatloss to begin with

Exactly and the ones you would use while "cutting" arent for newbies either. Take this mans advice start sarms maintain a proper eating plan and see how that goes before even considering taking gear.

Gonna try to be Switzerland here:

OP keep doing what you have described and learn more about your diet and lifting/cardio. Keep fine tuning what works for you as you learn more about supplements and pahrmaceutical anabolics. As some guys have stated, steroids are primarily for building muscle, well, and maintaining muscle when dieting super hard. I know hearing gear is not what you are looking for and worry about diet and cardio is not necessarily what what you want to hear, but in the end those are the real factors that will dictate your success in getting shredded. Good luck and be safe dude.

Gainscity I feel your frustration with guys who are in no way, shape, or form to need or even really benefit (safely) from using anabolics. I can't stand hearing dumbasses in the gym and elsewhere talking about how they were wasted the whole weekend, flexing their fat arms in the mirror, and curling (for the fifth time this week) in the squat rack I've been waiting on forever. Then I catch bits and pieces of mind-numbing conversations between songs in my head phones from these same ass clowns talking about how they would add insulin too the plethora of shit they are thoughtlessly dumping in their bodies, but they "don't want to get too big"!!!!!!!!!! ***Please OP don't think I'm referring to you.

However dude, let's remeber we all started somewhere. At whatever age, whatever starting point we were pysically, we started at Point A. We didn't know much, if anything, maybe we made sideways statements or asked frustrating (for others) questions. We also probably hated getting flamed or essentially bitch slapped in writing by the OGs on whatever board we were on. So, while I can see your point of view (assumed POV at least), try to be patient and offer a little guidance, even when you get a little short on F's to give.

OP can take it as a joke, he'll go through the process and he might run into some things sometimes with people giving him crap if he sounds like a total noob. But OP lean out first and get it out of your head that roids will cut you the fuck up you learn your body and learn to lean out by diet/tren/cardio lol I listed tren because I can eat like shit on it and I continue to lean out but don't get that in your head either because diet and the amount of food you eat is dependent on the individual to and their metabolism. Post up some stats and pics, that'll get you started and maybe we can point you in the right direction diet wise. It doesn't sound like you are ready for gear yet, go on when you are ready. Definitely start with your diet and maybe Sarms. Diet is going to be crucial though. No steroid or drug can do for you what a good, healthy diet will do.
