TRENBOLONE to gain lean muscle mass and to decrease bodyfat

Hello everybody I'll soon start my Keto diet , and i would like to Run with it Trenbolone Enanthate : 400 mg Per week / and test Enanthate : 500 mg per week : My diet contain 1000 calories I think it's good to Shred fat , Well my routines is Bodybuilding everyday . I would like to train each muscles 2 times per week and cardio every day , my actually stats 70kg with 28% Bodyfat my question is Is it possible to gain lean muscle while losing fat ? my goal is to go down to 10-14% bodyfat and to gain at the same time lean muscle

Wait what? 1000 calories!! 😧 70kg?😧 28% Bodyfat? 😧 Tren first cycle? 😵 You dont need steroids right now, you need to fix your diet and training regimen.

running a keto diet with tren is a bad idea.

1000 calories on tren is a bad idea. the side effects are going to be horrendous. we are talking dizziness, insomnia, having no energy. its going to be really bad.

also if you think you will be able to do cardio EVERYDAY on tren, much less on that little amount of calories then you are fooling yourself. you will end up dead or in the hospital with this strategy

I admire your motivation but this is flat out wrong what you are doing and tren is the worst steroid you could run for your goals here. tren is not designed for those wanting to do cardio frequently, and especially at your body fat.
 
You can gain lean muscle while burning fat at "your level." You sound like a beginner. You could literally cut your bodyfat in half while adding a good 15-20lbs of muscle in your first year if you work hard enough. Please dont **** into steroids especially trenbolone.

It's my 3 years in bodybuilding , and i look like Shit when i see myself with 28% Bodyfat and my abs are not visible , my muscles too , that's why i wanna do Keto diet for 3 months with cardio everyday and after that when i will be shredded I'm gonna rebuilt muscles with diet and steroids my goal is to Be a male fitness model I know that i can do it and steroids Will help me to achieve it , Look at Jeff seid for example He's 5-8% Bodyfat with 9x Kg even if he will not admit that he's on steroids But i did some research and i knew that he used Trenbolone when he was young . Well My goal is to get shredded as first and then Rebuilt mass with steroids . DOes Trenbolone will help me if I'm in Bulk period , i mean when I will go up with calories Thanks again Guys you're all awesome
 
If you really want to take tren, than only if you are bulking, otherwise you will feel like complete shit!!! I did tren for my first cycle and endet up with no libido after I came of the tren!!! Just take test with some anavar or winstrol, thats much safer and always use n2 guard on cycle

I tren will kill you belive me the side effects are crazy!!! I will take that shit never again!!!! You can look good without tren or other steroids just work hard!!!

yeah I think you are finally getting it.

focus on cardio and diet right now.. however starving yourself is not the answer, its about lifestyle changes. 1000 calories for a guy your size doing cardio everyday is starving yourself pure and simple.. forget that idea. you aren't gonna get fat off fruits and veggies with some wild baked fish. just eat healthy and make sure with your cardio you are running with quality shoes and on a soft surface so you don't hurt yourself
 
I believe you Brah , My problem is that I work so hard in the Gym , But i need to increase my strength to lift super heavy , for example in squats i do 100 kg , my bench press 50 kg I'm so Pathetic , I wanna LIft super heavy in each of all my muscles , that's why i wanted to use Tren , some people recommend me Dbol just 4 weeks and my strength will Get up . I'm confused i don't know what should i do

forget strength right now.. worry about strength down the line

stop being in such a hurry .. you want to go from 28% body fat to under 15% and gain strength? not going to happen in one shot. this takes dedication and if you are not going to be patient and do it the right way then forget it
 
I'd watch the bp to. I can do Tren a with no problem. Tren e caused my bp to go through the roof. Tren is no joke

I would hold off on starting a cycle until you have your diet and training down first. Especially at the body fat level you are at now, you will put a lot of unnecessary stress on your body by running a steroid cycle. If you want to supplement your diet and training with anything, look into SARMS. Particularly the SARMS triple stack. http://www.evolutionary.org/the-SARMS-triple-stack-protocol

After the triple stack, run a mini PCT. 4 weeks of the following:
clomid at 25mg/day
nolvadex at 20mg/day
HCGenerate ES at 5 capsules/day
n2guard at 3 capsules/day

Definitely NO! From all that you have said I can definitely tell you that you need to change your training strategy and diet. This would be the primary thing to do. You really need to take diet in check, and train properly, because if you train in wrong way, even after 10 years in the gym you will have no results. With this BF% it is dangerous to use steroids, and you risk getting in serious trouble. Better focus right now on cardio (which will also tone you up) and diet. When I was in my best shape ever in terms of being lean - with abs looking out of the t-shirt, etc, I did not use any PED's at all - not even proteins! Just did a lot of cardio, with moderate gym and ate relatively clean. This is usually enough if done right. In any case - steroids are no magic pill, and if you did not manage to lower your BF up to now, steroids won't help. Did you know that you still need to follow a very strict diet and train properly when taking steroids? Without these two major factors even steroids don't help - believe you me.

Hello Bro , I hope you're fine , well I wanna make a new diet : 50% protein /30%carbs / 20% healthy fat, I think that My macros are 1800calories so -500 it gives 1300 calories , If i run 1300 calories per day 1hour30 of bodybuilding and cardio after my training and cardio again before to go bed and to train abs with Weight everyday Will I loose fat and Maintien my muscles? My stats : 30% Bodyfat or 28% i don't know exactly , 70kg , 168 cm my actual Diet for loose fat :

Meal #1:
4 egg whites
Oatmeal: ½ cup, measured uncooked
Skim milk, ½ cup
1 apple
Meal #2:
Yogurt: plain, no fat. (4 oz.)
1 orange
Almonds: 1 oz.
Meal #3:
2 whole wheat bread slices
Chicken breast, 3 oz.
1 cup of spinach (raw)
5 baby carrots
No Fat Dressing
Meal #4:
Cottage cheese- Zero Fat, ½ cup
Chunked pineapple- ½ cup
Meal #5:
Broiled Salmon, 3 oz.
Garden Salad (medium size)
No Fat Salad Dressing

I tell you again it's for 1300 calories no more , is it enough to loose fat? I will stay in this diet for 3 month and my workout : I train each muscles 2 times per week , moderate weight ,10-12reps , supersets and Drop sets in each exercice That's all

Remove the skim milk. Increase egg whites to 6.
Meal #2:
Yogurt: plain, no fat. (4 oz.)

Remove the yogurt and replace it with 30g of a high quality whey isolate protein powder such as isolation from n2bm.com
Meal #3:
2 whole wheat bread slices
Chicken breast, 3 oz.
1 cup of spinach (raw)
5 baby carrots
No Fat Dressing
Replace the whole wheat bread with oatmeal, brown rice or sweet potato
Meal #4:
Cottage cheese- Zero Fat, ½ cup
Chunked pineapple- ½ cup
Looks good

I made some suggestions to your diet above in bold. Be patient. Making noticeable changes to your physique takes time.

However long it took you to gain all the weight - it will take you AT LEAST that amount of time to loose it all.
 
as everyone has stated you have 3 things to work on. DIET is number one, training is second and lots of sleep. You will get to heavy weights. it doesn't take forever. Think of it like a marathon, not a sprint. If you do steroids right now you will end up with more issues than gains. thats the danger when doing steroids at such a high bf. If you get your shit together and do it right for the next 6 months you will be mean and lean. then you can cycle
 
I will Get down My BF to 14% or less if is it possible and Then I'll share 2 pictures When i was fat and when i become lean , and Tell me your opinion about what should i do ? Because it's my 4year in bodybuilding i think that I achieved my Limits is it ?

This first post says it all. Get the basics right.. Don't depend on steroids to gain muscle mass or lose body fat as it doesn't work like that!
 
no steroids burn fat man, if cardio is your bread and butter than tren probabaly isn't the best, it doesn't burn fat on its own
 
If you will listen to guys who have been doing this for a long time you can achieve your goals. Or you can hurt yourself in unrepairable ways.
