Hello Bro , I hope you're fine , well I wanna make a new diet : 50% protein /30%carbs / 20% healthy fat, I think that My macros are 1800calories so -500 it gives 1300 calories , If i run 1300 calories per day 1hour30 of bodybuilding and cardio after my training and cardio again before to go bed and to train abs with Weight everyday Will I loose fat and Maintien my muscles? My stats : 30% Bodyfat or 28% i don't know exactly , 70kg , 168 cm my actual Diet for loose fat :
Meal #1:
4 egg whites
Oatmeal: ½ cup, measured uncooked
Skim milk, ½ cup
1 apple
Remove the skim milk. Increase egg whites to 6.
Meal #2:
Yogurt: plain, no fat. (4 oz.)
1 orange
Almonds: 1 oz.
Remove the yogurt and replace it with 30g of a high quality whey isolate protein powder such as isolation from n2bm.com
Meal #3:
2 whole wheat bread slices
Chicken breast, 3 oz.
1 cup of spinach (raw)
5 baby carrots
No Fat Dressing
Replace the whole wheat bread with oatmeal, brown rice or sweet potato
Meal #4:
Cottage cheese- Zero Fat, ½ cup
Chunked pineapple- ½ cup
Looks good
Meal #5:
Broiled Salmon, 3 oz.
Garden Salad (medium size)
No Fat Salad Dressing

I tell you again it's for 1300 calories no more , is it enough to loose fat? I will stay in this diet for 3 month and my workout : I train each muscles 2 times per week , moderate weight ,10-12reps , supersets and Drop sets in each exercice That's all
