Quickly, going to order the anti-gnyo cycle in the next week or so, If anyone has any tips or advice on anything in that area, then that would be fantastic. I know the recommended sites, but I am referring to the time I should take each item and if i should divide it up across the day, etc. Anything would be great. So first off, I've heard that marijuana makes gyno more prone and alcohol, more specifically beer raises estrogen as well. I could be wrong, so should I stay away from alcohol and bud? I do not consume either daily, just curious as to how often I could or if i should stay away from it completely. Next, I'd like to know if there is anything else I could run with the anti-gyno cycle in order to build muscle , but not mess with my gyno. Happy new year.
