So alot you already know what my planned layout was from a previous post. Its been a few months squaring things away, moving ect. Its getting about time for me to get this stuff underway shortly. I work a fly in fly out 3 weeks in 1 week home, in which I head home tomorrow, finish up my move and then I want to get my blood work done and start shortly before I get back to work or when I do.
Cycle will be a Test E @500mg with a dbol kicker.
1-4 Dbol @ 37.5 mgs/day( they are 25mg tabs, 25 doesn't seem enough, 50 seems too much so atleast to start I'm gonna take 1.5 tabs daily)
1-4 N2gaurd 7caps/day
1-12 Test E 250mg 2x/week
1-12 Aromasin 12.5mg/eod
(Have and will likely run proviron@ 75-100mgs/day either 4 weeks with dbol or straight through the whole cycle to make the anabolics more effective, I've thoroughly checked into the goods and bads of proviron, I'll make that decision myself)
PCT Kickstart
13-14 cardarine 20mg/day
13-14 Aromasin 12.5mg/eod
HC generate 5 caps/day

15-18 cardarine 20 mgs/day
15-18 ostarin 25mgs/day
15-18 Nolvadex 40/20/20/10
15-18 clomid 50/50/25/25
15-18 Aromasin 7.5mgs eod
15-18 HC Generate 5caps/day
At this point I may do a sarms bridge.
Workout plan will be what I've changed back to the last few weeks. And has been busting up some PBs and seems to be working well. Be a:
Day 1 (heavy)chest/shoulders/triceps
Day 2 (heavy)back/Biceps
Day 3 off
Day 4 (heavy)legs
Day 5 off
And then repeat but light days, lower weight ,higher reps ,slow tempo.
Diet has always been fairly solid, I'll be jumping my macros up obviously due to the anabolic efficiency.
Cardio will be forms of HIIT and steady state joggin( likely jogging will be after dbol as I hear dbol kills the calves when trying to jog) 3-4 days a week in the morning with ab work ( focusing on different parts of the abs each day)
I'm going to get a trainer at my gym to do a body caliper test and all my measurements so I know for sure what my body fat is at, (it's included in my membership so I may as well make use of them in this way, otherwise I haven't even talked to one of them lol)but it's around 10% based off my own measurements and other people's visual judgement
Once I'm closer to being underway I'll write out my entire workout plan and the weight I'm using for each to give you all a nice baseline. I don't plan to update daily, but I'm going to try atleast a couple times a week if not weekly and I will be using this thread for it all from this time forward.
