Starting cycle soon... finally

So alot you already know what my planned layout was from a previous post. Its been a few months squaring things away, moving ect. Its getting about time for me to get this stuff underway shortly. I work a fly in fly out 3 weeks in 1 week home, in which I head home tomorrow, finish up my move and then I want to get my blood work done and start shortly before I get back to work or when I do.

Cycle will be a Test E @500mg with a dbol kicker.

1-4 Dbol @ 37.5 mgs/day( they are 25mg tabs, 25 doesn't seem enough, 50 seems too much so atleast to start I'm gonna take 1.5 tabs daily)
1-4 N2gaurd 7caps/day
1-12 Test E 250mg 2x/week
1-12 Aromasin 12.5mg/eod
(Have and will likely run proviron@ 75-100mgs/day either 4 weeks with dbol or straight through the whole cycle to make the anabolics more effective, I've thoroughly checked into the goods and bads of proviron, I'll make that decision myself)
PCT Kickstart
13-14 cardarine 20mg/day
13-14 Aromasin 12.5mg/eod
HC generate 5 caps/day
PCT
15-18 cardarine 20 mgs/day
15-18 ostarin 25mgs/day
15-18 Nolvadex 40/20/20/10
15-18 clomid 50/50/25/25
15-18 Aromasin 7.5mgs eod
15-18 HC Generate 5caps/day
At this point I may do a sarms bridge.

Workout plan will be what I've changed back to the last few weeks. And has been busting up some PBs and seems to be working well. Be a:
Day 1 (heavy)chest/shoulders/triceps
Day 2 (heavy)back/Biceps
Day 3 off
Day 4 (heavy)legs
Day 5 off
And then repeat but light days, lower weight ,higher reps ,slow tempo.

Diet has always been fairly solid, I'll be jumping my macros up obviously due to the anabolic efficiency.

Cardio will be forms of HIIT and steady state joggin( likely jogging will be after dbol as I hear dbol kills the calves when trying to jog) 3-4 days a week in the morning with ab work ( focusing on different parts of the abs each day)

I'm going to get a trainer at my gym to do a body caliper test and all my measurements so I know for sure what my body fat is at, (it's included in my membership so I may as well make use of them in this way, otherwise I haven't even talked to one of them lol)but it's around 10% based off my own measurements and other people's visual judgement

Once I'm closer to being underway I'll write out my entire workout plan and the weight I'm using for each to give you all a nice baseline. I don't plan to update daily, but I'm going to try atleast a couple times a week if not weekly and I will be using this thread for it all from this time forward.

Minor OCD tends to help in these cases. I have detailed writeups in my notebooks timelineing when to purchase, dosing schedule ect ect.
Having spent over 2 years researching gear, usage , cycling PCT ect ect plus running oral PHs tend to help everything quite a bit

Unfortunately I don't have a "diet" plan. I work in a fly in fly out. So I have cooks that cook for me , and generally supper/ lunch is always different.buttt there's a pretty large variety everyday so... Only constant is my breakfast. I manage 3000-3500 clean calories when I'm on a bulk up here tho
I was logging what I ate for a few weeks when I did a mini bulk to see how if respond and generally what need to eat to get that kind of calories into me , with anywhere in the 300s for protein, in the 300s for carbs from stuff like potatoes, long grain rice, fruit ect, fat I was able to keep 100 and below, again mostly coming from healthy fats like salmon ect
These macros still aren't pushing into what I'll need to really be eating, but I'll be logging my food so I'll be able to bump it up for anabolic state

The real nice thing about camp, I don't pay for fuck all haha, bulking doesn't kill the wallet in food ;-)

This is one of the few times that I see a new member laying out a pretty much perfect cycle with a very good plan. It is obvious that you have done your research and reading - good job.
 
I would remove the nolva from pct and extend it to 6 weeks instead of 4. and definitely run a bridge always
Just curious as to why remove the nolva. I've always understood out of the 2 nolva is the better of the 2, but each with their own separate positives to recovery. And that running both is the best route

I like it, only thing I would do is add GW along with that Dbol to keep blood pressure and some of the dbol sides down

So I just did first injection myself...honestly forgot how much I fucking hate needles, I must've washed my hands and sterilized everything almost half a dozen times.
But powered through it, no pain, no leakage or nething so far , injected in upper/outer quadrant of glute. Seemed the safest bet for first time go.

Right now, hyper aware of my body. Super adrenaline **** from doing it/pushing through the fear of fucking up ect that I have with needles. Heart is hammering a bit still haha

Glute, honestly not the easiest place to inject, but I felt a lot more at ease there that's for sure.

It's only been about 10 mins so time will tell if for sure it all went well lmfao

(Oh also, gf didn't inject me the other day like planned, was my last day home for 3 weeks so we were focused on spending time togethor, we completely forgot) just incase anyone thinks I injected 2 days in a row.

So it's been about a half hour, little soreness, no real redness, hardly see the injection site mark at all, no weird shit that I've seen all over when shit is done wrong that's freaked me out , so that's good lmao

The soreness I attribute the the fact I was actually shaking, I legit fucking hate needles, but I'm the type to push my boundaries and tell myself to "man the fuck up", and proceed with whatever it may be.

Not talking , omfg it hurts, just bit sore, which I experienced anytime I've gotten vaccines, so far so good, I feel it was successful, next one shouldn't be so bad,I doubt I'll be shaking as much. Literally tho after I aspirated I was all " alright man up and go now or you won't go again" aaaand go lol

Also took my dbol, aromasin and n2gaurd ( I'm on nights, so this is my morning right now, took half dose of dbol and half dose of n2gaurd now, will take second half in the am after work ect)

So the start has officially begun. Gonna go for a run to burn off some adrenaline. I'll jump in now and then during the week to update as things go along.

It took awhile of me watching videos of how to, and what to do ect ect, and pumping myself up to get myself to do it

Slowly it'll go better since this time it went good Tho

OK so I did a weight in after fasted cardio. Currently at 183.
Had a good workout this morning (night shift so that's technically my evening) heavy day chest/shoulders/triceps.

I'll post up my baselines later TN when I get a chance. I had a busy 8 days off, I didn't eat a ton,plus some drinking. was moving, then housewarming party etc(I dont plan to allow any alcohol now that im on cycle and be heavy at the gym when i get home, helps that gf is also a gym rat so). So my baseline is a tad down from when I left for home. Had to shake the dust off so to speak.
But I'll take it for baselines.

Alright so far, a few sides.
May or may not be related but. Yesterday, had vivid bad dreams, like woke up sweating sort of vivid bad dreams, been along time since thats ever happened

And last night at work started getting a decent headache. This being common with dbol. I was hoping the n2gaurd would stave this off completely so I've kept drinking coffee, which to my dismay, raises blood pressure, which I'd already gonna be stressed with the dbol. Also I was a dummy and didn't drink a whole lot of water. I slammed 2 bottles of water and the headache died down. Still a little present, but not bad. Gonna focus on more water intake, and "sigh"...drop caffeine. ..

Could also be a cold going around...in which case...someone may have to die....lol

Side note...to any newbies following, when u pin, hold that bitch steady...ass cheek still a bit sore...not like hurting, just sore I've pushed deep on the muscle and whatnot, no funky shit or pain going on, just an annoying sort of feeling
Reminds me of my younger days and getting a kick in the ass lol.

Yes rack pulls are strapped, I do them for strictly lower back, and yes, my back is kept straight and I actually hyper extend at the top of each rep

I was working through slight dbol headache on this workout the other day, which have gotten better with the massive amounts of water I was drinking, may also up dosage of aromasin from 12.5eod to 12.5/day.

Also I've added proviron in at a mild dose of 50mg/day, for a few reasons, one of which its supposed to help keep dbol sides down, but we ll see.

No idea how I managed this, any other time I've felt disgusting eating that much. Guessing it's the gear raising my appetite?

Aah the dbol sides. Headaches I've been getting down, a lot better when I drink water constantly. Tempted a coffee, made them come back...fuck lol. Guess zero coffee for this guy

Also I find my drive is down,almost have to force myself to the gym ( reverse reaction to what I was hoping, guess this would be supression) appetite is dropping,seem almost "foggy" , like im a bit out of it.

I'll guess be the proviron keeping my sex drive up so thats a plus. Already can't wait for the test e to kick in, because I do not like this dropped drive.

OK, in the event I can't deal with the dbol sides. And stopped taking the dbol, would I start Nolvadex/clomid ect for a few weeks while I wait for the test to kick in, cycle off of the dbol and just wait for the test injections to kick in.
What's the route I'd take here, I'm about 4 days in, not fully considering going off the dbol, but weighing options while I decide whether to keep the dbol or not

Of course for now, I'm gonna work on in taking less sodium, upping my water intake (somehow, already drink a gallon+), keeping cardio up, gonna see if I can get some aspirin to help lower BP and then go from there

OK so leg day ended up today after I woke up, my last few days have been kinda skewed I'm off schedule, works been brutal, legs were dead this morning from work which is why I did my leg workout this afternoon, was still sore but I refuse to not do leg day. Tomorrow morning starts light days, so I'm going to wait until I'm done the week and then post everything after today and I'll copy and paste all beginning stats into the same post so it's all in one spot. Makes it easier to track.

I remember reading of "steroid fever" that tends to happen to people at different times ect ect. Body feels warm, I'm a bit foggy ( not like out of it, but not 100% clear headed, like I have a slight buzz), sound about right?

Ive had this happen the odd time here and there. I found having some sugary item helped. And I'm not a diabetic or hypoglycaemic. Not sure why it worked but cleared the same symptoms you described

I sometimes get really sick when starting a cycle.

I happen to have a med scientist friend who I have also asked this question too.
Here is what she has said.

1 Your body has taken in substances that are not produced in a sterile lab with the help filters, positive air pressure.... Etc (not saying that they are sterile and dirty there is other ingredients in the packaging to help combat as well) and will have a small amount of bacterial elements to it. Not enough to kill you, but enough to make your immune system react. Think of it like drinking from a tap over seas, your not use to the bacteria. You will live.

2 you are changing your routine, enough for your body to get a little low. Therefore the everyday bacteria.. Etc that you encounter have a greater chance of getting on top of your immunity. Ie... Think of the herpes virus, when ever you start running your self down or stressed.... Pop. But you will live.

3 your just a pussy......

Could just possibly have been I was sick. Just weird because I'm literally never sick, and it happened a day or 2 after starting.
Could've been my system out of whack from new chemicals in my system.

So far I'm about 10 days in, finally think I got the headaches under control, 12.5mg ED of aromasin, gallon of water and aspirin once or twice a night seems to keep it at bay.

Bit less "foggy", I'm one who already has a snap temper, this does feel to be amplified for sure, but I catch myself before it comes out because I know I'm more snappy from the gear. Weighed in after waking this afternoon before the gym. I'm in at 188.4 lbs, which is up 5.4lbs from when I started. ( I've maybe been getting 3500-4000 cals) a day in, works been busy and I do what I can in that aspect, which is still about 1000 cals more than I normally take in.

Strength wise. Well bunch of lifts are up from my last workout before. Tomorrow morning is 2nd heavy chest day since starting cycle so will be able to tell.

I'm considering that if I have my headaches under control I may up to 50mg/day dbol, if they comeback I'll just drop back down and leave it at that.

I prolly was, because I'm back to being a furnace and no chills, no aspirin today and so far no headaches, more clear headed. Was prolly coincidence and got sick same time.

Doesn't surprise me, camps are nasty for germs, colds spread like fire

So this will be a full turn over, back to heavy chest day. Up until now I was less than impressed with dbol. I thought I'd FEEL that primal gym phase like I have in the past with PHs, I've gained 5lbs in about 10 days, which is concervative, I personally don't notice the size myself but my mistake of not taking measurements. But I was impressed from the very first set till the last. Made big gains in all of my lifts.

Alright, so it seems all the real bad symptoms I was having was in fact, I got very sick ( great God damn timing) I kept running everything, kept hitting the gym except for the last week. Rather sucks because I had zero a petite, mass headaches, ended up with REALLY bad tonsillitis, I was so swollen up my sinuses were almost completely blocked off for the last , been on antibiotics and they even prescribed the strongest anti inflammatory you can get.

Good news,was only really off a week ( but results , even though I've made huge jumps, aren't nearly what they could've been) hit the gym once I started feeling half assed better the other day and lifts are still up.
Sadly I'm at the end of the dbol/proviron, although I busted up some new personal bests, didn't put much on for size so far due to everything. Which I'm fine with.

I'm back to about 90-95% and still rolling on, so gonna be really focusing on coming back from this as I continue the test.

( I have a lot more updates in weights than I posted I just didn't have the drive to type it out with how sick I was, plus still working and forcing myself to the gym lol)

Anyway, still here guys and getting the steam back up

Really glad to hear that, that has been my point with this. To educate new people let them see thing that could arise and what to do, or in my case, things that could happen but have nothing to do with the cycle. But we are always on the " oh shit something is going on, it must be the gear" mind set.

With me stuff had arose that fit the bill of gear side effects. And I'm usually NEVER sick, but staying in a camp with hundreds of people 3 weeks a month, when a sickness hits, almost bound to get it regardless of your immune system. My girlfriend freaked out more than me, being a nurse and already worried about me doing gear, she went on the offense. I managed to stay logical and took precautions to help mitigate if it WAS gear side effects.

Above all, keep calm, stay very educated in the matter and listen to your body, it will never let you down.

OK so I haven't update u guys in awhile. I'm gonna post up my updated weights later tonight. But I've made some huge gains, significantly in my legs. Huge jumps in squats. Been home for holidays for 3 weeks so also have had access to a real leg press machine so that's helped a lot too. Still holding about a 10 lb gain, sitting at 193 now, been doing quite a bit of cardio and not huge huge intake of calories which would account for this. But I'm fine with that as I'm toning out. Everyone has commented I'm quite a bit larger, and strength has been rocketing

On start of week 7 so test should be going full bore now. Having bloods done in about 30 mins

OK so I'm not gonna post entire workout because being at the gym at home for 3 weeks I've changed a lot of things. So mainly I'm gonna post the main workouts which also haven't changed. Bench press, incline bench, barbell shrug, rack pull, bicep curl, overhand bicep curl, squat, and I'm happy with my leg press so that's going in there.

Flat Barbell Bench-315 x7 (30lb gain) 295x8 (30lb 1 rep gain) 295x5 (40lbs -2 reps)

Incline Bench Press- 225x9 (+40lb -2reps) 225x8 (+40lbs -2reps) 225x7 (+40lbs -1rep)

Barbell Shrug- 315x15 ( +3reps) 365x10 (+50lbs) 365x8 (+50lbs -1rep)

Rack Pull- 435x7 (+30lb -1rep) 435x6 (+30lb) 400x8 (+3 reps)

Bicep Curl- 110x12 (+5reps) 110x10 (+20lbs) 110x8 (+20 lbs -1rep)

Reverse Curl-100 x10 (+30lb -1 rep) 100 x 9 (30lb -1rep) 110x8 (+30lb)

Squat- 345x9 (+70lb +2reps) 325x9 (+70lb +4reps) 325x7 (70lb +1rep)

Leg Press 630x12 680x10 720x8


Leg strength has definitely exploded, feel a lot more balanced

So got my bloods back. Liver and kidney markers are a tad high. but gfr is in a good state. GF (who is a nurse is a tad confused by that result)
Testosterone is nearly double their "marker range" but I think is a bit low myself. Result I got was 44.8 nmol/l
Which converts to just shy of 1100 nm/ml. Was I wrong to expect I should be closer to 2000 at 500mgs/week, recently 250mgs E3D?
First poke was November 12th so 7 weeks.

OK I pulled up other conversions and 3 others gave me 1285 average, which seems a bit better atleast

Well looks like cycle is going to be cut short at 8 weeks made an order for test a week ago, something happened on their end apparently, money was accepted order never sent out. Heading back to middle of nowhere for 3 weeks tomorrow night. So 2 weeks from now I'll be starting PCT gotta order hcgenerate be a week without but whatever is what it is. Unless one of the juicers at camp is there and happens to have extra test with him. This will be the end of the cycle.

Still going strong, just flying back to BC from work. Last weigh in I was up 18 lbs solid. Gf swears I've been dropping body fat, by how insanely even mofe vascular i have become, I'd agree.

Last bench day was 325lbs for a decent 8 reps
Squat 360lbs for 8 reps.

Most notable on the big lifts.
But ALL lifts have rocketed. I'll be able to get a better figure for everything this week home where I have a real leg press and everything. Have pics but I decided was gonna wait till I was at home and have the girlfriend take them and get better ones then I could take myself

I may wind up at work for 7 weeks next turn around so I'm tossing the idea of going to 20 weeks. At min I've decided I'm pushing to 16 weeks.

Going to get bloods done again when I get home, I switched brands of test 3 weeks ago, honestly feels like it's more effective. Since blood work is free here in Canada I may as well quench my curiosity and see what my test is at. Also they fucked up last time anyway, they didn't include free test and estrogen levels with it

So I'm 50lbs +1 rep gain on bench

And 85lb gain+1 rep on squat.

Was sitting at 200lbs 2 days ago.

Shirt is tighter

Jean's REALLY tight on the thighs, will have to go clothes shopping.

Fucking wish I did measurements now.

I may have some decently recent ones from.before cycle somewhere

Thanks brother, mentally it hasn't fully sunk in that I've gotten quite a bit bigger (I'm up 17 lbs and haven't added much if not lost body fat at all) (really regretting not doing initial measurements, guess I wasn't assuming it'd be so much of a gain.

But everyone that knows me has commented, and I've been accused of being on gear since high school, but now ppl are REALLY starting to hint at it.

Again the main lifts since I've been switching stuff up expecially depending on gym at camp or gym at home, plus maxing out stuff w 2 hands on the machines at work and having to switch to one handed.

All weight and rep differences are in contrast to my lift numbers at start of cycle

Wide grip Flat barbell bench
325x8(+40 +1rep) 325x6 (+60-1rep) 315x6 (+60-1rep)

Barbell Rack Pull (2 inches below knees) haven't done these in a month as I was focusing on squat, but I changed up my routine so I do legs before back in the week, Def helped
435x10 (+30+2reps) 445x8 (+40 +2reps) 405x10 (+5lb +5reps)

Barbell Bicep Curls
125x12 (+15 +5 reps)125x10 (+35lbs) 125x9 (+35lbs)

Barbell Shrug
385x10 (+70lb-2reps) 385x8 (+70lb-2rep) 365 (+50lb+1rep)

Barbell squat (very happy with my squat these days...never used to be)

A large part of my squat going up so much is because I ended up finally buying a weight belt shortly after cycle, so I was able to finally push harder and heavier since what was really limiting me was the weight on my back. And I'm really glad I did, because my squat was rather embarrassing compared to my bench
