chest pain with tren/test?

so today i had a little scare. went to the gym this morning just doing some shoulders and arms on cables. im running test e 500/week and tren a ,100 eod. i felt a weird chest pain and kinda lost my breath. ive had this happen in the gym before but usually on something ike heavy squats where im really exhausting myself. i got a little scare from it tho, instincts told me it was more than usual. i went and sat on a shoulder machine and caught my breath and slowed down the intensity and felt a cramp in my jaw. knowing this could be a sign of heart issues i knew it was time to leave. my buddy who is a PA was actually there and i told him what happened. went home and the pain kept coming a going. at one point i felt a flutter in my throat and like the wind was knocked out of me for a second. at this point i wasnt sure if it may just be anxiety triggering this stuff.

he insisted i go to his urgent care and get tests done just in case. EKG was fine, chest xray was fine, still waiting on results from blood tests. anyone had similar experiences from gear?

to disclose i did drink last night, nothing crazy just a few jack and cokes. im also taking GW. 29 yr old with no health issues other than high BP, prior to use.

You really need to add in alot more info about yourself and your cycle history. If you went to the ER already and you think it's associated with gear and the Dr's couldn't tell you what's wrong then we most certainly cannot just based on your one paragraph.

Many cycles of prohormones, and cycle of gear. Not much more to say about myself. Not pre existing conditions other than high blood pressure but hasn't been diagnosed as chronic. Got my blood work back an hour ago and everything looked within range. They think it may be anxiety/PTSD related.
I'm not blaming the gear by any means just wondering if others have had similar episodes.

They asked about steroid use but I said no, just because I wanted to see if it was abnormal first. If that was the case I would come clean but didn't feel the need if it wasn't heart related or serious.

Again I'm not blaming the gear or trying to make some connection to heart issues and steroids just wondering if maybe others have had this happen. I know tren is harsh so wasn't sure

This year I did tren for the first time ever, I have been doing various cycles since 1996. I am doing 100mgs/day. I did notice at the gym that I would become really light headed and see "stars" in.my eyes right after I did a heavy set. This went away after like 2 days, meaning it happened twice and I did feel like I was gonna pass out so u just stopped and called it a day.

Sounds like a blood pressure issue to me. How high is your blood pressure? I would go to your doctor and get on a blood pressure medication ASAP.

Steve and myself recorded a podcast last week with a doctor who is also a competitive bodybuilder. He really stressed how important keeping an eye on your blood pressure is as a bodybuilder. If you don't want to use a blood pressure medication year round (or can't afford it), just use it on your cycle and PCT and then stop it when you are off. I wasn't aware of it until after the recording the show and hearing the doctor say that but you can stop blood pressure medications at any time once you start using them. You don't need to use them year round.

It could be a BP Issue, which is very common On-Cycle.

But I would look more Closely at the PTSD, as Anxiety Attacks can be Debilitating.
I have quite a few Service Friends with Diagnosed PTSD.
And even though they take Meds for it, when an Attack comes, it Hits them Hard.

So just to Cover your ASS.
I would look into that as a possible culprit.
Might be nothing, but Better to know for certain........................................................ JP
P.S.
1 Very Good Friend was coming over the Walt Whitman Bridge and had an Attack.
EMT's took him to the Hospital, convinced he was having a Heart Attack (but he wasn't, thankfully).
Just a PTSD Attack that Simulated a Heart Attack. (and he was on Meds for it)

Seems that if you already have had know BP issues this is where I would start. Tell your Dr exactly what your taking so he can diagnose you properly. When going to a Dr for medication one thing you def don't want to do is lie and not tell them everything your currently taking, they can prescribe the totally wrong meds based on what u only tell them.

ya i monitor is everyday but its all over the place. i dont think its a chronic issue as of yet. i think honestly i may just have underlying anxiety issues i never realized from overseas. ill continue to monitor and follow up with my provider. just not trying to croak at 29 lol

Yea dieing at 29 is not something we want to see happening with you. Do you ever see someone for anxiety like a psychologist? I was going thru a pretty rough time before after my sis commited suicide and being depressed so I saw a psychologist . It was good just to have someone to talk to and vent while getting some feedback. I didn't even end up needing meds which is why I forst went wanting to be put on anything so I don't have to think about shit. But this Dr made me learn how to deal with stress and depression positively without needing meds. It Def was a life changer.

Seems to me like a combination of anxiety coupled with high BP. Keep it under control, and perhaps start using some medication of BP.

1. you admit you drink on cycle
2. you had existing blood pressure problems
3. you are adding the steroid with the worst side effects and stacking it on top of that.
4. you got existing anxiety issues

bud you gotta get your shit together or you will end up with a heart attack

you should always go into a cycle in TOP SHAPE already.. you will end up wrecking your health at this rate I promise you. you won't make it to 40 or 45

i dont drink every night i said i drank the night before which i see no problem with, also my bloods show my liver and kidneys are tip top shape, which is the only risk that would really be with the drinking, and that if combined with orals which i am not taking.

my BP is high at times but again it has not been diagnosed as chronic, which is where the actual risk of heart problems arises.

ive actually had zero sides affects as of yet with tren, which lead me to either think mine is underdosed or i jsut dont get them which would be awesome.

my "anxiety" issues are not something im fuly convinced of. Dr. said he thinks its that but honestly i dont feel like i get regular anxiety. i was in afghanistan as an infantryman o i def went thru my share of the shit but i dont think i have issues that i am not able to sort out on my own. this is my mentality from the time in the army tho, the whole suck it up and move on mentality.

also i dont know why i would be having anxiety issue while at the gym, because honestly thats where im the most relaxed and get to release tension.

im thinking honestly it might be indigestion issues which are commonly mistaken for heart problems, specifically GERD or something of that sort.

again i am not trying to blame gear, just wondering if others have had similar symptoms just as peace of mind. i do agree tho i need to take my health a little more seriously. no more glory days of feeing invincible i guess lol

This happened to me.

I went straight from the gym to the er. Got the ekg, X-rays, bloodword, everyThing. Doc, who is also a close personal friend said I pulled a muscle in ribs somewhere. He knew before I even got there but I insisted on the tests because my anxiety was gonna give me a heart attack anyway.

He told me to take some Advil for a couple of days and stop crushing it so hard in the gym. I said, thanks, then went straight back to the gym.

Ok, to think that your liver and kidneys are the only thing that's hit by drinking is completely wrong brother. Alcohol causes your blood to thin, which could cause many more issues that happen when you stop drinking and your still on cycle. There is a rebound affect with your blood to try to recover. This makes your INR jump all over the place, which tells doctors if your to thin, or to thick. Wear I live, we have an ER and an Urgent Care. For anything related to your heart, please, please go to the ER. They are more equipped to handle bigger heart related issues. Every symptom you described sounds like a stroke, or heart attack. I'm just trying to help brother. Please get your blood work in order.... Good luck....

He said his blood work is in order. Everything checks out within range. He never said he was lush, he said he had a couple or a few Jack and cokes. Your making the guy sound like an alcoholic. C'mon now. Let's use some common sense.

No one ever commented he was a lush. I was just stressing the fact that his signs were related to a heart attack, or a stroke. Just trying to help.

just for the record alcohol dehydrates the shit out of the body. and tren dehydrates the shit out of it too.

just cause your liver values are good doesn't mean there are other problems

lets hope this was just a pulled muscle causing the issue, but you really shouldn't be drinking on cycle.. especially on tren. if you want to argue that then that is your business, but there is now way it is helping your situation regardless

I think that most guys have major problems on tren as it is.. the difference is they want to live in la-la land.. the OP atleast ran blood work and got checked up which is great. but tren is nothing to fuck with. of all the steroids nothing fucks your heart and stomach health up more. I always tell guys before using tren to ALWAYS be in TOP SHAPE beforehand. if you cannot run a mile in 8 minutes or less without feeling like you are going to die, then you just do not have the conditioning cause tren will make it worse

I've ran tren enough to know that when I have been in my best shape my results have been so much better, and my sides were way lower. when I've not been in my best shape, sides were worse and my results suffered. tren is an awesome steroid, so don't waste it cuz you don't want to spend a few weeks building up some conditioning

ya i hear you man. i drink atleast 1- 1 1/2 gallons of water to keep hydration in check. i def dont take this lightly. im actually in nursing school right now so im well aware of health risks and my own own health status. if anything it has made me a hypochondriac lol ill have to keep monitoring closely and if i get another weird moment ill just drop the tren all together.
