Remember time zone differences. When you email them at 5PM your time, it might actually be midnight their time. Their customer service is top notch. They will get back to you within 24 hours.
Check your spam folder. For whatever reason sarms1.com's emails often land in my spam folder.

Still no reply yet, I had the money taken out of my account yesterday around 6pm Central time, but it still says CB hold on the website. I'll let you know as soon as I find out what is going on with all of it.
