How long can you cruise on 250mg a week of test e before its best to shut down and do PCT. I'm on week 10 having good results and feel great overall. I would like to go another 10 weeks but don't wanna run into problems. Thanks

If you have already been on for 10 weeks, it's time to get off and run a PCT. The longer you are on steroids, the longer your natural testosterone production will be shut down and the harder it will be for your system is to recover.

Blasting and cruising is not a good idea unless you are adamant that you are done having kids and a doctor is prescribing the TRT cruise dosage for you. Being on steroids year round (even TRT) puts you at a hugely increased risk of prostate cancer. You want to work with your doctor so you can routinely get blood work done and ensure that you stay healthy.

A much healthier option is to do as follows:
1. Run your cycle.
2. After your cycle run a good pct protocol such as the perfect PCT: http://www.evolutionary.org/the-perfect-post-cycle-therapy-pct/
3. After the PCT protocol, run a SARMS bridge - such as the SARMS triple stack: http://www.evolutionary.org/the-SARMS-triple-stack-protocol
4. After the triple stack, run a mini PCT. 4 weeks of the following:
clomid at 25mg/day
nolvadex at 20mg/day
HCGenerate ES at 5 capsules/day
n2guard at 3 capsules/day
5. Then wait 3-4 weeks, ideally get blood work done to make sure everything is in the normal range and start your next cycle.

With doing 1-5 you will continue growing off cycle and your natural testosterone production won't be suppressed. It is a healthier route all around.

You can get everything you need off sarms1.com, n2bm.com and ag-guys.com

once you start inching towards 15 weeks straight on exogenous hormones you start getting into the danger zone where it gets harder and harder to recover.

i've known plenty of guys who have stayed on gear year round, and when they attempted to come off it wasn't a pretty picture. they all failed.. 100% of them. there are some hilarious pct protocols on some idiotic forums that claim to 'restart pct'.. there is NO SUCH THING. you cannot force your HPTA to start working again on its own.. when you use things like hcg or SERM's that is only going to temporarily stimulate your pituitary glands or leydig cells, but over the long run they actually backfire.. cause when you stop taking them you get a feedback loop. so what i am saying is the ONLY way to recover properly is letting your own HPTA recover itself without interference, and that will be VERY difficult if you stay on for a long period of time

I like to stick to 12 weeks on average for a cycle. I would not consider 250mg of test a cruise dose. It is more like a milder blast. After the 12th week I would get off and do a thorough PCT. Next time you blast then go with something closer to 500mg per week. You will get better results and still be able to come off and recover.

12 weeks is a decent cycle duration - this time is enough to get some good results, and yet it does not supress you all that hard, so you can still get recovered rather easily. The longer cycles are meant for the really slow acting steroids, which take time to start working.

I completely agree Lev.
In my opinion, if you're doing EQ or deca, sure go to 14. But if its just test and dbol, do the right thing and quit it after 10-12 weeks. Your body will thank you. Why ruin your body over a few weeks of gains.
