Can you guys recommend me a best mass gainer? I'm 155lbs looking to get bigger but having problems gaining. Please recommend.

i would recommend getting a proper diet routine and being consistent

also get on a 5X5 type program where you focus on compound lifts.

a mass gainer is just going to kill your appetite and be counter productive cause you won't learn how to eat properly. WHOLE FOODS build muscle, not shakes

the best actual supplement for any young natty guy is creatine. it is safe to use, natural, and non hormonal. ancient strength from n2bm sell the best quality for a cheap price. that is what you should pickup and then invest the rest of your money into FOOD

The Best Mass Gainer is Food ~ plain and simple.
Go to Myfitnesspal and set-up an account.
It's a Diet Tracking App, for your Daily Macros + sugar and sodium ~ It's Free and can be used on Smartphones or Computers.
If you're aren't tracking what you eat, you won't know how much to eat or what to eat........................... JP
P.S.
If you still find you need some extra calories.
Buy some 100% Whey Isolate that's not Sweetened or Flavored.
Then you can add in some carbs and some Fresh or Frozen Fruit.
You can add Oats for carbs, and any Nut Butter, plus some Psyllium for Fiber.
This way you'll stay away from the Fillers and Artificial Sweeteners that are so common in any Mass Gainer.

I agree with the above posts. You will see the best gains once you are consistently eating enough food to gain. Too many guys eat enough a couple days or just think they are eating enough when they really are not. The best thing to do is track what you eat. This is the only sure way you will get enough. Add a good training program focused on compound heavy lifts and you will grow. Just keep the calories clean.

Go to your local supplement shop and read the ingredient list on any mass gainer. It will help you gain weight for sure but not the type of weight you want to gain. They are all full of sugar, artificial colors, sweeteners, flavours and preservatives.

I personally would get a high quality protein powder and make your own lean mass gain shake. It'll be much cheaper, and provide much more nutrients then slim fast or any other type of meal replacement shake.

All protein powders are not created equal. You really need to be a smart consumer in today's market and do your research. Look at the ingredient list and supplements fact panel on every supplement before buying it.

For a whey protein - you want to see nothing but that in the ingredients list. Whey protein, natural flavours, a natural calorie free sweetener like stevia and then maybe some salt, soy lechitin and cocoa powder. There are a lot of good products on the market. I personally use isolation from n2bm.com. A good whey isolate should be pretty much fat and carb free. Isolation has 26g protein, 1g carb, 0g fat per 30g scoop.

Buy a high quality blender and blend together the following:
2 scoops of a high quality whey protein isolate
oatmeal
natural almond butter or peanut butter
frozen fruit
banana
ice
chia/flax seeds
spinach/kale

You can easily make a double recipe and drink 1/2 for breakfast and 1/2 after your workout.

Every time I enter a thread to say something, muskate has already said it better than I would.
Basically, do what he said. Buy protein powder and make your own. It will be way healthier. The less you rely on others for processed food and drink, the better off you will be.

Generally I have found that the skinniest people have the most to gain by using SARMS or steroids. Usually skinny people have lower testosterone and gh levels than naturally bigger people. Lift heavy weights and eat more natural food. If you try to get your extra calories through natural food but you just can't then it might be permissible to use a mass gainer shake if there is no other option. You just need to start stuffing yourself with healthy foods though most likely. Eat until it is slightly uncomfortable. Then eat some more.

pro gainer by On is a good one, i also like their new mass gainer Gold standard gainer. Other than those two Quickmass by Allmax is also very good

You got lots of info above.

Also remember you aren't going to gain 30lbs in 3 months.....it takes time to build quality muscle.

Before you start taking gainers, which are loaded with sugar (which is how they drive the calorie content up above 1000 calories per serving), I would revisit both your workout routine and how much food you are eating.

Taking in huge amounts of sugar is one of the best ways to put on body fat and there's no guarantee that you'll add enough lean mass along with it to offset the fat gains.
