I named my clothing line after a saying my best friend would always say when we were training together. Whenever I was doing my set he would always say "all day"

It's a little corny I know but it's a strong childhood memory of mine. Try muttering it to yourself during your workouts. It helps. It keeps you focused.

Kind of like Ronnie's famous "nothing but a peanut"
