Tried to copy it to a photo. Will try again. In 2012, I ran Sus 700mg a week, Deca 600mg a week for 10 weeks. In April of 2013 I was ****ed to the hospital. Stopped the cycle completely. Started back 2 months later with tren 300mg a week, Sus 700mg a week and caught pneumonia, stopped and never started again. No PCT of any kind

sounds like you have hypogonadism, not sure if it was caused by abusing steroids with no pct, or you had it prior. do you have blood work before you ran roids?

low T and high LH is a tell tale sign of that
 
Yes, this is true. When I did run cycles, I didn't have PCT ready. Listening to a pro's advice, I never ran PCT. I was caught up in the "AWE" factor. So now I'm trying to fix what's broken.

Lh and fsh are high so hpta is working your balls arent i would run 1500 ius of hcg for 4 weeks and then go get labs again 2 weeks after that if still low your probly looking at TRT bro

hcg is a temporary fix since it mimics LH. once it is out of your system your numbers will just go back to where they were before. I would wait 3-4 weeks after your last hcg injection, 2 weeks is not long enough to get an accurate snapshot
 
The purpose was only too see if his nuts could be forced too function because his pituitary is making enough LH but his balls are too shutdown the attemp was a jumpstart

If numbers go back down and lh and fsh are still high hes looking at TRT if it was just hpta shutdown. LH would be low those numbers look like hes hypo

probably.. it would depend on his past history. the more you abuse steroids, especially at a young age, the more the trajectory puts you on course for TRT

the way these kids are using steroids like candy these days, we are going to see more and more people on TRT by 25 or 30.

Hope I'm not too off topic. Private labs will not provide me service since I reside in NY. My physician will work with me , but prob get tested 1 or 2 times a year . Anyone know of any alternatives ?

First off I have never been short of getting bloods done on my cycles. It's so important to get them done so you know what your body is doing! It will tell you if your gear is good and about how potentent it is. Same goes for HGH. And it will tell you if your liver is about to shut down.

Save up and have $150 for bloods for each cycle. Pre during and afterwads (after recovery).

Travel. Other states that have MD labs will take you in regardless if you are from ny or another state.

Just got my test results back. Ended up going with the "36170 TESTOSTERONE, FREE AND TOTAL, LC/MS/MS" test. Numbers look great except for the Estradiol which is high. Should I increase the dosage of Aromasin?

FSH <0.7 LOW (1.6-8.0 mIU/mL)
LH <0.2 LOW (1.5-9.3 mIU/mL)
TESTOSTERONE, TOTAL, LC/MS/MS 3042 HIGH (250-1100 ng/dL)
FREE TESTOSTERONE 1013.0 HIGH (35.0-155.0 pg/mL)
ESTRADIOL, ULTRASENSITIVE LC/MS/MS 42 HIGH (< OR = 29 pg/mL)

Currently dosing:
Test-E, 500mgs per week
Aromasin (SARMS1 - LiquiAro) @ 7.5 mgs ED
 
Yeah you should probably raise your AI dosage a bit. I'm surprised, that seems under dosed...

But your test numbers look alright. How long have you been on this cycle beforw the test?

Thanks, I will increase the Aromasin to 15 mgs ED for a few weeks and see if I can see/feel a difference.
I'm on TRT so I never stop the Test-E. I just blast and cruise. I was 4 weeks into my blast cycle when I had the blood work done.
 
i agree with yeezus.. raise it a tad. you don't want to over do AI, you need estrogen to build muscle and get stronger etc.

that's why people should do bloodwork right there, to get the perfect synergy between their steroids and AI's. if you slam your estrogen too low expect a drop in libido and mood issues, as well as difficulty adding size. and vice versa if estrogen is kept too high expect more side effects and water retention
 
I wish there was something that was Pharmacial made that automatically balanced out your estogren to your test. Take all the guess work out of it!

experience is important.. I have a good read on my body since I run bloods and have yin and yanged my Ai's up and down to get just the right dosage. someone new might find this hard, but over time it gets easier.
 
guys you really want to keep your estradiol levels between 20-30 at all times.. anything too low is not good.. and if you go a bit higher that is okay but don't let it go higher then 35-40ish or you start straining your heart health

Ok It took a while but I read through just about every page of this amazingly informative post. Learned plenty.
Never would've thought to order the cheaper 'womens hormone panel' but after reading all this I see it covers pretty much what I am looking for ... one week left of PCT and then I am gonna do the bloodwork .... the womens panel will suffice considering my Total T will surely be under 1500 after PCT.

Thanks to everyone who added to this post and made it such a goldmine of info. No excuse to ever go through this game without getting bloodwork.
 
^^^thank you for your feedback, I agree that it is literally the most important thread you may ever read, because it can save your life.

I have had countless guys tell me they were about to run steroids, but after running blood work saw a red flag with their bloods, and were able to remedy the problem first. flagging a problem early is like flagging cancer before it spreads. you can much more easily fix the problem then later on run a safe steroid cycle.
 
I'm getting my labs this week. I'm my test levels checked but I also want to get HGH levels evaluated. Is there anything I can study to understand where those levels should be or where I want to be if in future if I looked into HGH.


I did a blood test for for my test levels in 2013 with my private Doctor but she was not letting me get into TRT with her recomendation. I was thinking of trying compare and contrast that test with my test that I'm taking this week. Just not sure if my HGH levels where tested also in my 2013 blood test.

been getting a lot of PM's from guys with problems and my first question is "did you do bloods?" and there answer is always "no" .. I always want to help guys but if you PM me your problem I'm only going to tell you to go get bloodwork first anyway so might as well do it, get the results and then PM me.

guys who do bloodwork rarely experience issues for a damn good reason.

if you want to find out if your gear is legit simply get the non max hormone panel and you will know by week 4 for sure even with a long ester

be consistent with your injections at twice a week and then go in 1-2 days after your last injection and you will get an accurate number. after 4-5 weeks on if you injected consistently the esters would have balanced themselves out regardless. remember the half life on E is 10+ days which means it stays in your system about 50 days

Ok this may seem dumb. But this will be my first order of private bloodwork.

Looking at the PMD site there are several female hormone panels along with others.

Ive been on TRT for over a year now and am now self medicating. I want to know where my test levels are along with estrogen and anything else that can affect me so I chose the best dosage for Aromasin and future blasting cycles.

So who which do I choose?

(i get my cholesterol when i donate blood for free)

Usually, I get the Female Hormone Panel for my Pre and Post-Cycle Bloodwork.

For the Mid-Cycle, I usually only get the "Testosterone, Total - Women/Children/and Hypogonadal Males, LC/MS-MS"
This Version of the Total Test isn't capped @ 1,500 Ng/dl like the one on the Female Hormone Panel. $62.99

If I'm concerned with Estradiol, then I'll also get the Female Hormone Panel.
It really just all depends on what, if any concerns, I have.

I should also point out that I get regular Bloodwork from my Physician 3 times a year.
So this way, I only need concern myself with Testing for the Cycle.
These Tests can cost a Fortune if you need a complete testing panel for Cholesterol/Thyroid/Liver and Kidney Function, and all the rest like CBC/and all your Hormones............................................. JP

what were your levels before cycle? and what did you run for pct and for how long?

your numbers are not good. i'm surprised you have any libido

give me your age, history of cycles, etc. all this is important
 
Prior to cycle I had low T but not that low. I lost the bloodwork but the only thing my Dr pointed out was my himocratic was high then. This was the first cycle in years. I ran the perfect PCT as it is laid out but during PCT I had an oral surgery and was on pain meds which didn't go well. I'm 36 years old.

yeah the pain meds are not helping the situation if it interuppted your pct and the fact you already had low T and further desensitized your leydig cells


your HPTA needs more time to balance itself. I would not run any AI's or SERM's. you can use nutrobal, GW, or Sr9009 which are non hormonal. but no running anything else... i would also get on hcgenerate for 4 weeks.. buy a bottle and run the whole thing. then test again in 4 weeks and lets see where you are at

what likely has happened is you have abused steroids previously and your HPTA never recovered properly in between cycles. this makes you a likely candidate for TRT in the new few years.

Thanks for the feedback. Do you think it's possible that I'm also not sensitive to estrogen spikes and running aromasin during cycle and pct was too much for me. I've read where some guys can run a much low AI dosage where others are prone to gyno and need more. I believe on my next cycle I will check bloods ever 4 weeks so I can adjust as I go. My plan is to do trt moving forward and just blast twice a year while monitoring bloods. If I started trt now without an ai for a few weeks would that increase my estrogen levels as the test increased or is that a bad idea? I'm getting hc generate also and going to take dhea with it.

I just started my first cycle with 400mg Test E and will be getting blood's mid and post cycle. Thank you creating this thread and I'll put my blood-work up once I get it.

with TRT some guys need a light AI, and some don't. it really depends on the individual. also our bodies change

aromasin is the best AI to use because it is gentle and has good qualities to it like increasing IGF-1. a great drug all around

scroll down and under hormone testing you will see hormone panel for females, that is the most cost efficient one to get.. if you want to know prolactin you can add that to the test if you want.

The only thing I'm noticing is that your Estradiol is Too High.
What's your Current dose on Test (as you got the Capped Version on Total Test, so can't figure it out).
And which AI are you taking at what dosage.

You need to Increase your AI dosage at least for a couple weeks.
You need to get it down from 53.4 into the mid to High 20's if you are under 40 years old.
Maybe the low 30's if you are over 50..................................... JP
P.S.
Personally for me at 64, the very low 30's are great.
But this can vary a bit, person to person.

Did 7 weeks at 250mg and in week 8 of 400mg Test E. I only started using an AI 4 weeks ago at .5mg EOD Arimidex.

Hello Gents: GREAT thread by the way! I read all 60 pages (eyes are tired). I finished my last cycle end of March and looking to go back on 250mg Test C twice a week with an AI and I have been on HGH 2iu since January (bumped to 4iu a couple of months ago) I would like to have blood work prior to going back on the Test C and also the test the effectiveness of the G. My question is; what is a good time to get the blood work while on the G? I usually pin before bed. Should I pin during the day and get blood work or pin as normal and have the blood work the following day? What "exact" tests should I order? Also, is there any LabsMD discount codes? BTW, I'm 53 :)
