How long after Letro until next cycle?

Hey all. Currently towards the end of the anti-gyno protocol (ran exactly as laid out), and I was wondering how long until I stop should I wait until I start my next cycle. Thanks!

totally depends on your history. do you keep getting gyno when you hop on gear? if yes you need to avoid aromatizing compounds, it is about planning ahead .. or maybe you need to be more aggressive with your AI

It's a little bit of both. I'm VERY estro sensitive, going onto only my 3rd cycle i've learned this and an well prepared for it now. Planning just a test/EQ cycle next with aromasin and letro on hand

Seems like a good plan. EQ doesn't aromatize too heavily into estrogen. Test will but you have aromasin so you should be good.

Aromasin at 10-12.5mg EOD is the standard dosage. For you - I would do aromasin 10-12.5mg ED. Start the AI on day 1 of your cycle and use it throughout your entire cycle and PCT.

I doubt you will need the letro but it's always a good thing to have on hand.

Also I would suggest few weeks into the cycle check the bloods for estrogen levels to make sure you do not overkill your estrogen.
