Hi guys, I'm 40 years old, 5 foot 9 , 170lbs 10 to 11 % bf and have been working out for 15 years with a few breaks. I have built 25lbs of lean mass mostly in the first 5 years but have stalled in the low 170s. I am lifting 6 days a week. I have always been natural and want to try my first cycle of test E only.
My question is, what dose would you recommend? I have heard anything from 250 to 350mgs per week, but seems low to me. Then I also get that 500 is a safe start. I want to be rather conservative but also want it to be worth while. I would like to gain 15lbs of lean mass ultimately to keep. Is 350mgs going to get me there? Any thoughts?
