Hey guys, pretty new here and first time doing a genuine cycle. I've got 3 vials of 250 test e coming straight from the one and only ugloz. Does anyone have any best tips or cycle recommendations that could help. Cheers. Have been going to gym for about 3 years and on the first cycle and wanting to lean up a little bit. I've had bloods done etc and everything's g2g

Well first off welcome to EVO!
Steroids are for building muscle, they do not burn fat. Save it for when you are ready to build. The only reason people use gear to cut would be to hold onto muscle if they are in a deep deficit or at a very low bodyfat.
In the meantime get a log going so we can help you lean out and also get you ready to build and use gear.
 
I'd recommend you stick that test into your ass asap and your life will change just with that. UGLOZ looks amazing. I wish we had something like them in NZ. My log is about that exact same Test E scenario pretty much.

I'm changing from the testosterone daily now, it's really tripping me out.

But we don’t know anything about your stats or background yet, so start simple and safe. Test e 250 mg 2x per week but even that's under question if thats your dose, just guessing here.

We can't really help you without a log. Start a full log with age, weight, training plan, and diet so the EVO family can guide you week to week. That way feedback stays precise as you move through the cycle. You can start the log BEFORE you start the gear to dial in training diet and doses going into it. Takes 15min to get it going, easy.

HOW-TO LOG?

Why is a Log Journal important?

  • Doing a log will actually help you way more than just dropping random updates. When you lay it all out week by week you start to see patterns in your body that you won’t catch otherwise.
  • Other guys here run logs all the time and there’s no privacy issue, nobody is asking for your name or anything personal, it is just training, diet, and how the compound feels.
  • The feedback you get is also way better because people can follow along and spot things you might miss. It also helps the next guy who is thinking about running the same compound so you are giving back while you learn.
  • Even if you think you might not stick with it, just starting the log makes it easier to come back and add quick notes. That way you get more out of what you are running instead of keeping it all in your head.

To really guide you we need more info from you:
  • Please share your diet, training, cardio, sleep, supplements etc log with us in a NEW thread, full log journal so our guidance is based on facts you provide.
  • It will take 15-20 minutes max.
  • We have 100s of years of experience between us, so you need to post a LOG Journal with your stats (weight,height,age, years training, cycle history) diet, training, cardio, supplement, sleep details. If you don't log what you eat or train now, open NOTES on phone and start recording it there and paste here. Very easy.
  • Please post a Log Journal asap for us

But first cycle 250-300mg a week of test is fine for 12 weeks.
We have no idea of your weight, BF or age.
i.e are you going to PCT or are you old enough to TRT?

Also as was said - Test won't 'lean you up' but will bulk you up - need to use your diet and cardio to help lose the fat.

probably going to want to hit 500mgs a week. you will get shut down on 100, 250, 500, or 1000 or more. so might as well do 500

Yeah im going to order some aromasin tonight and have it there just in case, ill syart my cycle next week and it should rock up easily by half way through the week so if I notice anything it'll be there

Will i just start that straight away tho or only if there's symptoms because if my body actyally handles it okay then I dont want to put my e2 in the shitter and crash it? And how long do i take it for? Doing a 12 weeks cycle
bros everyone gonna be different. That is why you gotta do a Log so we can track you.

Regardless always a good idea to keep an eye on hand. Some people don't need it, but most people will, especially at higher doses.

i would check out some other logs and get one going. the EVO family has a variety of recommendations but it all depends on your specific goals

Yeah totally agreed. It centers around the logs for sure. But, if you do that, then many problems you would otherwise encounter going it alone disappear and you start being guided by the experience of atcual pros at this. It's a shortcut in that it removes a bunch of bullshit to wade through.

A first cycle doesn't have to be always testosterone. You can also use an oral steroid as well. Those are effective.

Run 300mg wkly for 10 weeks
