Group, I'm 5"9 185lbs and a little over 13%bf(I thought it was lower) and over 50yo. My goal is simply to gain some muscle mass but not a lot of weight. More of a re-comp I guess. I'm told taking a low dose of test would make a huge difference for two reasons. My age and it's my first cycle ever. The question is how much and all the other things I need to take so I'm not screwed up!
