Anavar back pumps

Im about to start my cycle in a couple weeks. I already have it all laid out by Muskate. So no worries on proper doses and ancillaries and pct. Just curious about the back pumps from cardio with anavar. I am kickstarting with anavar and was wondering if I should just refrain from intense cardio during the weeks I am using anavar or what?

Lower back pumps are usually due to water retention. Anavar does not aromatize into estrogen so side effects like water retention and bloat are impossible. I doubt you will notice any lower back pumps at all.

If you do - Here are my 4 main tips to prevent muscle cramps/lower back pumps:

1. Make sure you are drinking enough water through out the day. 5-6L per day minimum. Remember that stimulants (coffee) and alcohol are diuretics and don't count towards your total.

2. Make sure you are taking in enough electrolytes (think sodium, potassium, magnesium and calcium)

3. Supplement with 2-5g of taurine per day. Ideally you would put it in the water you drink during your workouts and sip on it through out your workout

4. Often neglected and over looked, make sure you are stretching after each workout and try to incorporate foam rolling a few times per week into your program to help remove lactic acid from tight muscles.

pumps are caused by blood/nutrients rushing to the muscle, not by water retention.

anavar, dbol and winstrol are the worst for back pumps of any steroids i have ever used.

i can't make it a mile without getting back pumps in my lower back and legs.

the best thing you can run for endurance that won't cause back pumps is EQ. a great roid

i love pumps when i'm in the gym but they are a pain in the ass when i do cardio. it really boils down to what kind of cardio you want to do.. if you are a guy who likes to jog then you will have a problem and taurine will help a little but not enough .. if you are a guy who likes to do elliptical then it won't really matter.

Not really looking for endurance. Just don't want to have those nasty back pumps. Im a mechanic and I need to be able to bend over and shit. I do cardio twice a week. I usually rotate between 3 machines during my cardio. Elliptical, treadmill, and stairmaster.

With anavar you are likely going to get some type of back pumps. What I would do is supplement with taurine, drink lots of water, and if you are still getting them then just drop the var. You don't want your workouts to suffer so you would be better without it in that case.

well just try it with taurine and if it starts to become a problem then stop. the good thing about these orals is that once you stop them they quickly leave your system

Ok. Thanks for all the advice guys.
