Hey everyone.

A lot of you probably remember me from my anavar only thread - https://www.evolutionary.org/forums...navar-only-cycle-log-nordic-fusion-51599.html

Loved the cycle and completed pct a month ago. Feel like starting the same cycle again with Nordic.

Anyways, I wanted to post some pictures of how my diet/weight loss journey is coming along. Please note, I took anavar at a high BF. No, I didn't take it because I thought it would shed fat off of me. I took it to maintain my muscle mass.

I'm still not in the shape I would like to be. However, I'm 110% more happier than how I was looking before. I think this time around, I'll actually see visible effects of the var .

Anyways, here's the pics. Note, the red shorts are when I was at my worst and when I just started my cut.

Order is left to right for all pics.

Let me know your thoughts! It hasn't been easy... but I'm super motivated and there's no stopping me at this point.

Yo my question is how much DNP do you have to take to be dubbed the king?

Please answer my previous question. I'm very curious. But more seriously (not to take away from the seriousness of my previous question though), fucking sick progress man! By the vibe I'm catching you're understanding that diet is number one and I dig it. If I was to give a suggestion I'd say coming out of your cut, a reverse diet would be in order to raise your metabolic rate so you can obviously eat more and still lose weight. If you need specifics on what I would personally do to make that happen, shoot me a PM, DM, IM or whatever they call it on these here forums. Or an email swole.swine@ protonmail .com

No matter what thou building up metabolic strength is very important for long term weight loss. Because you can't cut calories forever.

Thanks for your comments bro. Will definitely send you a message as the only thing allowing me to lose body fat at this point is refeeds lmao... been on a cut for way too long. Luckily, I have a very good muscle base and my strength is not decreasing. Still have my PRs from when I was in anavar.

232 fucking lbs in the picture with the red shorts. 170.2 lbs now. As soon as I lose my love handles and have my abs showing, I'm going to do a clean bulk. Don't feel comfortable at this low of a weight... need to get back up to 185. I'm about 5'11-6'.

Any suggestions?

Haha 500mg for 6months is rediculous!! I did 3 weeks once going from 250-500 and finally holding at 725 for the final week and it was just gross. I'd sit in a rolly leather office chair at work in the evenings with a fan blowing on me for hours and would still get up and look like I pissed my pants from the sweat. There would literally be a puddle lol

And it's fucking awesome to hear that you're keeping your strength. Definitely a sign you've retaining muscle.
