Body Composition & Blood Test Locations

Hello,

Before I begin my LGD cycle, I would like to get a respectable body composition test, along with the recommended blood test for pre/post cycle levels. Can the board please refer me to the best locations for both of these? I'm in Seattle.

Thank you

if you post up a picture of yourself we can give you an guestimate of your body fat which will save you $$$

as far as blood work, look at my signature where i have a link that shows you how to get blood work and i give you a code to boot

Can't thank you enough guys. The code, the link (chalked full of knowledge), and the support.

In regard to the composition test, I guess what I assumed would be most helpful is a DXA scan. Was just curious if there was a go-to in the Seattle area.

It's actually called a DEXA scan man. It's the only body composition testing method that really has any merit. Every other test is really inaccurate.

A DEXA scan is probably going to cost you 100-200 dollars. Not cheap but it's a cool test to have done. It'll tell you everything. How much muscle you have, water levels, body fat, bone mineral density etc.
