What you keep is up too you. It’s not magic, you get and keep what you put in. If you do it smart, sides will be less but it’s different for everyone. Like Steve said, you will want more.
1. skinny dude hops on gear, eats a lot and works out a lot. puts on 20 pounds of mostly fat and water. comes off gear and loses motivation and loses it all. he had no base to start
2. fat dude hops on gear, starts exercising and eats much better .. starts dropping fat because he is burning so many more calories being active and is eating healthy. comes off steroids and loses motivation and gains it all back
so in the end forget everything and just remember steroids are a tool. you should already have your shit in order before
You definitely want to have both short term and long term goals. If you are going to run a cycle just focus on that cycle. Then make sure you run your PCT and bust your ass to keep those gains. You can reevaluate your goals after that. Maybe you will want to cycle again or maybe you wont.
That but also, as I've said before. adjusting the food intake to your new size as well as keeping training on point. Simple examples
1) start cycle at 200lb, end at 210. Keep 6 (so 206). Eat for 206 - do not revert to eating for 200 and bitch about 'lost gainz' (have you looked down the back of the sofa?? lol)
2) start cycle benching 300, end cycle benching 350. Keep 330. Do not revert to or cycle back to 300. Cycle back to 320-330 and use that as the new starting point. Do not bitch about 'lost strength' (looked under the bed?? )
