1st Cycle: Early Problems?

Fourth week into 285mg of Tren and 450 mg of Test. The guy I bought my gear from has me on .25 mg of Armidex every 5 days. From what I'm reading here, this doesn't seem like enough Armidex, and I do have some very slight nipple extension.

Any suggestions on what/if I should up the dosage?

thats ridiculous and thats what happens when you listen to the "guy at the gym" or "your source" you should be dosing .5 mg EVERY OTHER DAY and dose these genius have anything for prolactin for you?

My suggestion is to drop the tren all together and just continue running the test. Your adex dose should be around .5mg EOD. I would prefer you to use aromasin over arimidex but since you have it at least dose it properly.

Thanks Masonic...I agree; already made some dumb newbie mistakes, but I'm quickly learning. I'm starting to up the adex dosage to .5 EOD; I'll just need to get some more but I'll see about getting aromasin instead. Thanks for the PCT info as well. The next thing I'm going to do is stop purchasing from this guy, and do a little more research next time.

my biggest issue here are 2 things

1. tren for a first cycle.. not a good idea.. where do you go from here?
2. AI dose isn't often enough

you def dont' want to listen to bros for advice on this stuff.. need to do your own homework.. this guy obviously has no clue what he is doing

You want to use an AI and an anti-prolactin drug.

Test will aromatize into estrogen so you need an AI (like arimidex) to prevent high estrogen levels - arimidex 0.5mg EOD

You also need an anti-prolactin drug since tren is a nandrolone and will raise prolactin levels in the body - prami or cabergoline 0.25mg EOD

You can get sensitive nipples from either high estrogen or high prolactin
