Hey

So I've been lifting for a long time, and I'm going to take the next step this year.
Without going in to too much detail

I'm in my late 20s, and I'm a powerlifter who totals 910kg+. I weigh anywhere between 270-280lbs depending where I am in the year. I've never done PEDs, but I've done a lot of research, and I'm ready to move from tested competitions to untested.

I see a lot of people are against blasting and cruising, but my goal is to total over 1000kg, and I think it would be the best option for me.

I don't have kids, and I do hope to have some one day. I don't plan on starting for a few months, but because I'm set on using peds I've already frozen sperm.

I guess I'm asking for any advice you would give, as I know this is a massive step that I don't take lightly.

Thank you for the help.

well it is up to you man. late 20's you can still cycle steroids for years if you do it right. I don't see the need to blast and cruise yet, but ultimately you need to make your own decision

keep in mind staying on steroids year round doesn't just destroy your HPTA as you know. you did not mention that it also will weaken your soft tissues/tendons/ligaments, they are inflammatory. you WILL open yourself up to more injuries and you WILL be going too heavy relative to what your body can handle. not to mention the organ strain. look at Jerry Ward.. the dude is one armed because of his injuries and if you ran his blood work and heart health i bet he would be on the border of having a heart attack. perfect example of the meathead culture. he literally goes to the gym and lifts with 1 arm from his injuries and he doesn't do squats or compound lifts anymore lol. is that what you want too ?

so cycling off steroids is important for more reasons than just 'i don't care about my HPTA'

All good points.

I failed to mention that I would come off for 2-3 months of the year, when I'm not near any major competitions. So I wouldn't be on year round, I would have a break.

I really appreciate your input. Thank you.

I would never recommend blasting and cruising. It is a lazy option. You want to recover your HPTA and be healthy. Everyone talks about HPTA and kids but no one talks about health. Do you know how stressful it is to your organs when you are on gear all year round? Definitely a poor option for someone at your age. What you want to do is cycle on and off properly so you can get results and also stay healthy.

100%. Everyone is so quick to jump on TRT now a days but it's just not a smart decision IMO.

When you are injecting yourself with testosterone every week - you are ultimately playing god with your body. It puts you at risk for a whole list of different side effects.

It's always best to maintain a healthy HPTA as long as possible
