Completed PCT Nolva/clomid.

Blood work showing up:
Test: 2.4 Range 6-28
LH 0.7 Range 1.5-9.3

What do you guys recommend to get levels back from here?

Thanks guys for the replies.

Just over two weeks since bloods. With you saying I should have given it 4, do you think it’s possible that the levels could jump up that much in two weeks alone to be in the normal ranges?

I’ve also been taking ATP test booster throughout the day, 2 morning afternoon and night.

Do you think I should run Nolva and clomid again and maybe add some cardarine and ostarine or something?

I’m lookin for a bit of a guide from a creditable source that can tell me what they would do if their results had those figures.

Thanks again for help guys.

I understand where you’re coming from but would you expect the values of someone 2 weeks post PCT to have levels like mine or would you assume them to be higher/lower within a certain range?

When you get blood work before a minimum of 4 weeks after PCT, the SERMs in your system artificially elevate test levels. This is why the test is not useful.

Thanks Stevesmi,

My thoughts exactly after the PCT there should be at least close to normal range on the bloods. Basically the test only gives values for items that are out of the normal range. Previous levels have been within the range as there are no values shown. (Annoying).

Previous cycle was:
800 test p
350 tren a
40 anavar
Cycled trough 4 weeks of clen.
Aromasin 12.5mg ed, 0.25 adex every 3rd day.

Cycle ran for quite a while, approximately 9 weeks, then dropped to 125 test a week for 4, then back up for another 9.

I know it wasn’t ideal doing that but availability for certain things in Aus was difficult at that time.

As for now, everything and anything can be sourced, this is why I’m trying to come together with an action plan of what to take, what doseages for best recovery.

what a mess this thread is. everyone is giving you a different answer

you didn't run bloods too soon, but you aren't going to be fully recovered that soon. so you need to run bloods again. and as i said above, the fact you didn't get a bump in your #'s could mean you were already shutdown going into cycle.. so without that info how can anyone chime in?

as far as 'what can i take to help my body recover'.. there isn't anything you can take my man.. your body is the ONLY thing that can recover. i am going to guess based on what you have given that your HPTA was fucked beforehand. you didn't recover from previous cycles correctly. so the only way to attempt to recover is a long lay off .. you need to use hcgenerate to help feel better during that time

So Masonic you’re saying my actual levels would be even lower than the bloods show....

That is definitely possible. The thing is that recovery takes different amounts of time for different people. At this point, there really isn't anything to worry about. I think you just need some time off and to get blood work again in another month or 2. Let your body to what it needs to and then see where you are at.

I agree with this. I wouldn't use anything hormonal. It sounds like your body just needs more time.

Recovery doesn't occur over night.

If you want to use something the next couple of months, you could use a natural testosterone booster like HCgenerate.
