How long on HGH?

I have used hgh of and on for years, for the last 18 months ive used 4 iu a day 5 days on 2 off,
is their any studies to show that you can build an imunity to hgh ?

An immunity? Not that I am aware of. But your body will get “used to it”. Be more tolerant of certain things. But it isn’t like opioids where the receptors change and you need more and more of it. GH doesn’t even shut you down. Sure, there are sides if one runs too high or too long or both but I dnt think immune is a factor.

you can run HGH as long as you wish but the side effects do come on at higher dosages

Long term HGH usage can lead to insulin resistance but that usually only occurs if you are using very high dosages (10 iu per day +)

Since you are dosing in a 5 day on 2 day off pattern - you should be good to go.

HGH doesn't bind to androgen receptors so it doesn't become less effective the longer you use it or anything like that

i agree... if you have quality hgh, 2-3 ius per day should be plenty

Exactly. I would stick with 3iu a day or 5 every 2 days. Or I also like Steve’s 3.33 a day.

This guy is going 5on 2off at 4iu, that is less gh than 3iu 7days/week.

Yeah I saw that too. I'd want to know what 4 x 5 has affect wise (for 18 months). Plus it's no more or less 'science' based than 5ius EOD.

There can always be a variance from kit to kit if you are using generic too. So important to have a good source.
