Endurance on bulk cycle

Hey guys, I'm about to be starting a bulking cycle with sust, d Bol and winstrol. I know that this cycle is more aimed at bulking and less endurance training but I know it is possible, it will just be difficult. I'm wondering if I am doing a lot of endurance training (cycling , running, for sports) how would I tweak my diet / work out regime so my cardio won't impact my muscle gains.
 
First off no steroid cycle is endurance-centric. One may argue EQ, but they would also be wrong if they tried.

Steroid cycles can be cutting or bulking. Depending on diet. So the answer to your question is: no cardio won’t affect it. Has to do with diet and training.

Further to another reply - every time I added weight on a cycle and kept what I kept it took at least 2 months (sometimes a little more) to feel completely comfortable with all aspects of being that much weight heavier. By way of example at my heaviest I was 299.6lbs and sat then as I've done for a long time at around 280lbs or so. 19+lbs was a LOT. And walking up a single flight of stairs from one floor to another was enough to make me feel a little breathless.

Of course if you're really concerned with adding weight via a bulk then you WILL lose some cardio/endurance which you will need to work to get it back. It is part of the process.
 
doing cardio on that cycle is not gong to be fun... thats the polar opposite of what you should be using if you are doing a lot of cardio...

I am doing ok on cardio on my test, deca, and eq cycle. Mostly sprints, up to 5mi and fartleks intermixed. Also a lot of HIT training. Planning on tren next year and although I know it’ll he hard, I plan on switching my cardio to more biking and HIT spin type with heavy weight (on the bike spin).

far different than using dbol though bro... orals in general can be detrimental for cardio with all the pumps but the water from dbol as well is terrible... im blessed than when i use winstrol i never have any of these issues... i push through anything regardless... 55 miles per week bro.. today is my only rest day ...

man im not sure lolll... here's the thing... i enjoy running for one but its the little bit of moments of clarity i get... i never get to watch tv and i have a treadmill at home and a 65 inch tv with surround sound right in front of me... so i utilize that time to watch all my sports shows like espn first take, nfl live, college gameday, then i have my monday night raw day, smackdown day and then i also pray while i run, which is an important time to me as well... so for me, its just really therapeutic but beyond that, yes, im fucking crazy too, lol

I wish I could run like that again. Gets tougher as you get older, but you never lose that drive if you are a runner.
