I am currently running a very mild cycle of test, primo and winstrol... test at 200 mg per week, primo at 600 and winstrol the first 5 weeks at 50 mg per day.. i generally stop at 5 weeks with winstrol because i start to feel the lethargy at that point so it defeats the purpose to continue... i am six weeks in... i started at 185 with 8.2% body fat... currently at 190-191 and 7.5%... body fat testing was not done with underwater like i prefer but calipers were done so you know how that goes... most of you know i dont train for massive size, im a runner and train for aesthetics with strength and lean muscle... i am absolutely loving this so far because of the gradual muscle and strength gain that is so steady throughout... its no secret i am the biggest primo fan on the planet and i love to just let it shine as it is... i have my own wants, just like everyone else and you should always go for YOUR goals, not what others tell you that yours should be... i could give a shit care less when people say i need to do this or that because i train for me, not anyone else... just wanted to show an update on some progress... i always aim to be as cut as possible but feeling as great as possible as well... i stayed at a body fat far too low for far too long and just never felt good, always miserable etc... now i feel much better but have still managed to keep a very low body fat in the process...
