So I have been going back and forth now for about a month on weather or not i want to run a cycle. I had talked myself into it but then back out of it again and back into it lol. Well i got off the phone with a nutritionist and someone who can pretty much plan my every workout i do and every gram of food i eat. With that being said is there something i can run something small or a little more simple than a full cycle to help boost gains?

Demographics.
Workout history.
Nutrition history.

Yeah let’s hear more about your routine, diet, training intensity, all that stuff. Maybe there’s something huge you’re missing and we can help?

Also your stats, body fat, weight, age, all that good stuff.

If we have that info it would help us guide you some.

if you aren't 100% all in then don't use steroids because you are opening a can of worms that can never be closed

i would recommend you use sarms instead

if you aren't 100% all in then don't use steroids...

That was the first thing that came to my mind.

Like Steve and Eddie said, if you’re on the fence about using, it’s not for you right now. From the sounds of it, your diet and training must have been lacking for you to seek advice from a nutrition expert and someone to plan every workout for you. Now I know that just because you sought out advice in this area that this does not necessarily mean you had shortcomings there.....just a thought. But now that you have that added support, run with it and I’m betting you will start to see some of the gains you want. Steroids are a bridge you only cross once.....can’t undo that decision.

thats impossible for me to answer when you literally give me nothing to work with... i dont know your cycle history, your goals? your workout history? stats??? age/height/weight/body fat... you cannot expect any sort of valid answer when you give me nothing to work with…

Those are excellent points, shred.
I think that the reason why so many people make the mistake of taking a casual approach to their use of AAS is because they simply do not understand how much time and effort are required of them to use these drugs both safely and effectively. It, like bodybuilding itself, is not something that you do one week but not the next or when it is otherwise convenient. It is a daily - indeed an hourly endeavor in each and every respect; training, diet, rest, medical attention, ongoing self-education, charting one's use of AAS, etc., etc.
I don't know about anyone else here, but for me this life is a full-time occupation. Scarcely does a waking hour pass by that I am not at least thinking about and thus planning one aspect of bodybuilding or the other. it is just that important.
So, yes, as gashred stated, "if you’re on the fence about using, it’s not for you right now."

It need be all or nothing.

I completely agree, Eddie. And you couldn’t have said it any better. In order to use these drugs both safely AND effectively, it is a meticulous grind for sure. There are no shortcuts while using them. Otherwise, you are either not using them safely, short changing yourself of results or both of those things. Once you decide to get in this game, it is indeed ALL IN.

I am 39 years old and I have been working out for probably 10 years. eat a good diet. Indulge sometimes but not crazy. I dont know my body fat but i have a 4 pack for sure. I just want to be on juice so I can get bigger and hopefully attract the ladies.

Gruntwerkz also asked that you please list your height, weight and current percentage of body fat, kama33.

Old enough and all that but yes Eddie, height and weight helps. I am one of them guys who started AAS use before my natural potential was finished, and I believe it just diminished what I could of gotten had I used them when it was truly called upon.

We have a body building tool box, and within that tool box AAS is available, then a sub tray for all AAS depending on goals and experience. That AAS tray is for when rest of our tool box has been perfected and used properly, which you’re first two are training and diet. Diet is the largest factor.

So let’s hear more about how you eat and train.

Juice will help gains of course, just helping make sure you’re ready man because if I could go back I would of waited a little longer.

^^^ everything grunt said for sure. Additionally, AAS should not be a means to “attract the ladies”. Do we all have a little bit of narcissism, yes lol. We like to look good.....but....and a big BUT.....women should and WILL like you for who you are, regardless of massive physique. Whoops never use AAS to get some pussy in my opinion.

Sorry to be boring but if you're only goal is just to boost some gains steroids aren't really the answer.
You can't run just a one cycle and you're good for the rest of your life.

A most excellently informative post, Gruntwerkz. Now if only chrisr will please respond, it will not have been for not.

Oh, chrisr!

You are ready by all accounts except mentally. If you are not 100% committed then don't use steroids yet. Play around with SARMs and see how you like them. In my experience over the years, when guys are not "all in" then they will not get the results they are looking for.
