What to cycle when ?

the bad news i have for you is that homeostasis and genetics are the prime factors you are fighting here. it is much easier for someone who was lean and got fat, to lean up again vs. someone like you who has never been super lean to get lean.

just eating in a calorie deficit DOES NOT WORK. you have to radically change the way you eat, including meal timing.
 
You are trying to lean out to about 12%? I haven't been that low in YEARS and every time I try a couple things happen:

I either lose a ton of mass and stop because I can't handle it.

I run tren and have 0 appetite causing the first thing to happen.

I honestly have never had a successful cut.

Running ANY steroid and hoping to drop fat is a misnomer.
 
I have helped a lot of people in your situation. I would reach out and hire a coach to help you.

Getting lean is easy. Getting shredded is not. You need to be very smart with your diet and training protocol. Carb cycling is the best way to go about it. The high carb days prevent metabolism slow down and muscle loss.

12% body fat really isn't that low and you don't even need any "cutting drugs" to achieve that so I'd be very curious to hear what you've been doing in the past.
Did you run tren only?
