Trt 120mg per week, split into 3, 40mg shots Mon, Wed, Fri.
Hgh 2iu 3 hours before bed from @Core Pharma.

I have dropped my T from 180 to 150 to now current 120 as when I introduced the hgh after a few weeks started getting similar to high E sides. Facial flushing and running hot all the time.
I believe this is caused by the hyperplasia I’m getting from the hgh causing the anabolic to be attached to the new created cells. Thus needing less testosterone.

Lifts
120 bench for 5
220 deadlift for 3
180 back squat for 7
RDL 140 for 5
Bent over row 120 for 5

Accessories chins, rear delts, bi’s and tri’s.
Above done in a 10 day cycle.
1 day on, one day off.

Calories around 2500
Protein 200
Carb 200
Rest in fats

Dropping the heavy lifting now as always sore, lacking mobility and getting constant niggles.
Will do the above exercises at 60 to 70 percent of the above weights and work up to one set to failure.

My aim now at 52 is to feel good, be strong, look good and function well in my 60’s.

@OldButStrong, in your situation since you are talking about longevity, part of longevity and health is understanding your blood work, I think you would agree, knowing your vitals is crucial to make healthy adjustments.

Blood work
Can you please get bloods in about 7-10 days? wait for RBC to recover post-blood donation

BP
meanwhile, your Haemoglobin 148 is in range but your BP is way too high, can you remeasure?

Testosterone
I would stick to 150mgs testosterone/week and 2 IUs of hgh until we get bloods and until you can give us more info about your please

I don’t diet because I know what’s good for me, I alternate red meat and chicken thigh generally weekly. And some weeks it’s a mix.
I don’t mind eating the same thing everyday😂. Like the monster mash for example.
I understand my calorie and macronutrient profile to a good point.
Mainly aiming for high protein and vegetables for carb/fibre and micronutrients.

Bloods I will have done ✅ but give life’s complexities. Work, kids, wife, training etc and finding a good doc here.

on the diet, how about we talk a bit fasting, you talk about longevity right? so to start if you're for example doing high saturated fat and glucose/carbs, this is bad for hgh and longevity.
Can you do fasting? lets say 16/8 to start IF

I have done fasting 16/8 and 24 once a week fasting. Carb backloading. Keto etc.
all for 6 months at a time to really give it a go. Lost shit loads of weight including muscle. And felt great.

However this is not living for me bro.

Example I have 3 children and 15 nieces and nephews. Tonight one has a bday and I will eat whatever, cake, killer pythons etc. With absolutely no shame 🤦🏼‍♂️.

At this stage of life I want as stated above. But also don’t wanna be that guy at the party with his chicken, rice and broccoli bowl.

This is why I now I’m close to 90/10% eating clean.

Are we worrying about the saturated fats mixed with the low glycemic carbs?

considering most people in North America eat 0% healthy
I would say if you stick to 90% that's pretty good

I don't think fasting though is not living
you can be more flexible eating in a window anyway
 
I would advise you if you go to a birthday party for example
eat maybe a couple bites of the cake and throw the rest out

I'm not talking about major lifestyle changes or meal prep but lets say we start with extending fasting vs eating window, this way you enjoy same foods but get leaner and live longer, your goal longevity.

You definitely have a lot of muscle mass on your frame
and you're pretty damn strong wow those numbers are in kilograms too

if you do go for it, I would say 30lbs drop easy if we work on it a bit

I'm not talking about major lifestyle changes or meal prep but lets say we start with extending fasting vs eating window, this way you enjoy same foods but get leaner and live longer, your goal longevity.

16/8 is 16 hour fasting, 8 hour refeed window
calories not the biggest issue but you want to stick to around 10% lower than BMR for longevity
with at least 20% healthy fats omega 3

Thanks mate. Most people look and say looks like baby food 😂. I got the idea for that kinda feeding through watching Stan Efferdings meal prep bro.
However it’s delicious add bacon to veggies and garlic and paprika to the mince.

Can a couple fella chime in and give me a rough body fat % from the pic provided please.
@OldButStrong you have a very strong muscle base thats a fact. :)
bodyfat a bit on the higher side 20-25% I would say.

For longevity, you want to be around 15-18% range closer to 15 the better, but not under 12% which is also not healthy long term.
