Lower body - 41 hours fasted
Deadlift
2x10 135 lbs
2x8 225 lbs
1x6 225 lbs
Leg press machine
90 per side 12 reps
135 per side 12 reps
3x 180 per side 12 reps
Lying Leg curl
3x 120 lbs 12 reps
2x 120 lbs 10 reps
Calf raises
5x12 135 lbs
Followed by 30m cardio ( bike)
Currently 44 hours fasted
Will be going for a longer fast until tomorrow ( around 68 hours fasted is the plan )
Longest fast I’ll have ever done
In deep ketosis
Have been limiting carbs more so than usual
Decided I’ll be going for 12 weeks on cycle instead of stopping my cycle at 10 weeks .
