I think with the fasting you are really seeing something that works beautifully for you
you have the potential to really transform yourself keep it up
Super thankful to the Evo family for pushing me towards a low carb ketogenic diet and the prolonged fasting . Everyone should take a look at @stevesmi’s fasting log + benefits - enjoying my food and feeling full while being in a caloric deficit is amazing
 
I think the next step here is to get down to 200lbs that should be a goal within reach.
Very nice progress man set a goal for the next couple months instead of 1 year goal and you'll be able to get there no problem
Current goal is 230 lbs not fasted by December 10th which is when I am ending my cycle at 12 weeks .
Going on vacation for a week on the 15th of December .

This is back to back fasting, which is good :) but you need a 3 day refeed (not cheat days) clean after the 1st 48/24/72 fasting sprint
Refeed would be soups, bone broth and steak , depending on your budget can add higher end cuts @Dadbod1996
But overall let’s try this first time after thanksgiving and see how you feel

You are suggesting that I do 2-3 non fasted days after every week of fasting ?

This is a good starting weight 235 to drop from
already down over 40 lbs - super happy with my current results but more to go
 
How's your strength in the gym? Is it going up or going down?
Going up . Big improvement on all my lifts compared to 3 months ago .
I have noticed a slight decrease in endurance in the last 3 weeks ( once I stopped winstrol )
but strength is staying the same .

Honestly taste was 10/10
Super simple and ready in under 15min
Cut an onion , add it to a pan with oil / butter on medium low heat for 2-3 min - meanwhile add paprika , cumin , salt , pepper - put on high heat and add your liver . 3-4 min per side and it’s ready

You should be using approved sources for cardarine gw, check umbrella labs or RCS they approved and trusted https://researchchemicals.co/
dont use non approved as they can send the wrong GW like 071 etc not what you want and has more sides

Have been staying in ketosis with no recarb days for the last 3 weeks now . Checking with strips but also tracking it and keeping net carbs at under 25g daily .

Wonder if I should change anything with my diet and training during pct ?

Thursday December 5th
Workout Upper body - 14 hours fasted
Incline bench press
95 lbs 20 reps
135 lbs 12 reps
3x 185 lbs 5 reps
135 lbs 6 reps
Kroc row
40lbs 20 reps per side
3x 65lbs 10 reps per side
Cable lateral raise
4x 16 lbs 10 reps
Cable Hammer curl ( rope extension )
4x 38 lbs 16 reps
Dumbbell triceps extension
3x 35 lbs 6 reps per arm
Followed by 30m cardio

Friday was a rest day
40m cardio and 20m core workout
We didnt get an update for a while, almost a week but this is a good start.
 
Today was my lost day on cycle .
Time to wait 2 weeks and start my pct .

Starting weight was 278 lbs
I am now officially down 50 lbs - 228 lbs


Lost 50 pounds of fat in a little bit under 14 weeks .

Have been staying in ketosis with no recarb days for the last 3 weeks now . Checking with strips but also tracking it and keeping net carbs at under 25g daily .

Wonder if I should change anything with my diet and training during pct ?

also you should NOT do PCT, you need to go on light self-TRT, you will have a hard time recovering now with all the fat loss.
self-TRT is smarter and healthier for a guy your age and in your shape.
You will need to modify diet training a bit but lets talk the TRT first.
 
Made some amazing bone broth from cow tail and cow hooves that I finished today .
Will be making some more tomorrow .

Sure but you can always get off TRT and go into a big PCT to recover. It's better for a guy like you to be on low does test TRT either way.

What’s your testosterone dose right now? End of cycle.
Stayed on the same dose throughout the whole cycle . 400mg test e weekly .

Low dose testosterone would be the best course of action. I agree with @Eddie Haskell 200mgs to start off split dose it, we should go that route.

Do you have blood work for estrogen on 400mgs of testosterone?
