I’m going to be traveling for work this week so I will be hitting some new gyms. Going to try to stay on my routine but it’s always a bit challenging at a new gym away from home lol. I see different equipment and want to try everything 🤪

You just stay strong and train when you travel, just do training inside room like push ups sit ups etc. @TAGII

Those lifts are in pounds not kilos lol. I’m sure there are some bigger deadlifts on here than that. My best on a straight bar is 600lbs… trying to get back to that but my lower back isn’t too happy about it.

I'm so used to Aussies and UK guys I get thinking everyone is doing kgs, but even then 495 is huge! @TAGII

The next two weeks my training and diet are going to be slightly skewed (A LOT) from traveling out of state and working long days.

My wife was trying to be thoughtful and got me the turkey jerky sticks and packed them in my bag. They are super dry and have to be eaten with a full glass of water but I can’t complain because she is the best wife ever and was doing something nice lol.

Try some actual meat sticks, not jerky, they are easier to digest. I think you can find them on amazon or iherb easy. @TAGII

Thanks @Npcclassicphysique champ I am going to work this week on getting back on the grind. After spending a month on the road (originally it was slotted for two weeks but the acquisition changeover took longer than originally expected) I’m working on getting the calories back in and ensuring the proper amount of protein intake. As well as getting back to consistent training. Consistency is KING!
Hoping to pack on some good size and strength over the next couple of weeks! 😁
