What’s up evo family! This post will be introducing myself and logging for Core Pharma as I am currently 10 & 11 weeks out from the upcoming IFBB amateur season C shows, with these being my first comps in what I call my adult life. Will be competing in men’s open bodybuilding (under 90kg). Don’t have the mass just yet but my heart is with opens so will do this instead of classic

I competed in ICN when I was 17 and 18 then had a couple years completely away from the sport and even eating/training properly in general. But now back with big ambition and love for the sport

I have been very lucky to have been hooked up with Core Pharma so want to document using their products as well as just this prep in general for you all.

I will be sending in my check in photos each week as well as notes on how everything is going plus any changes to the plan

Avg 7hrs sleep per night

With last meal: 2000mg fish oil, 3000mg vitamin C, Betaine HCL, Magnesium Glycinate, 5HTP, GABA, 5mg Melatonin

600mg inj L Carnitine AM
40mg Telmisartan AM
500mg Metformin PM

Current cycle:
All oils injected EOD

500mg Test per week
800mg Mast E per week
300mg EQ per week
5iu GH pre bed

Notes: started prep 16 weeks out (6 weeks ago) with body composition being in a good spot. Didn’t have a single gram off plan until Friday (day of and after these check in photos) and had a bad binge over the two day weekend. Which has now led to very high food focus. So main priority right now is getting away from food focus and back into the mindset I had prior to this of never even thinking about off plan food. Potentially looking at adding Reta in as I do not want to let anything ruin this prep. EQ is currently in place as we went straight for the off season push into this prep, but will be taken out and replaced with Primo once that’s back in stock

This post will be introducing myself and logging for Core Pharma as I am currently 10 & 11 weeks out from the upcoming IFBB amateur season C shows, with these being my first comps in what I call my adult life. The sickness hung around over the weekend. Monday night just got to sleep then woke up again feeling sick had to go to the toilet and ended up turning around halfway through to spew too 🤢 as of yesterday and today feeling like it’s all good though 🤞 but body was definitely inflamed and watery as you can see in the photos. And bodyweight up a fair bit.

Only meal that changed was reduced carbs in meal 1. The 90g rice has been removed and replaced with spud lite and pumpkin. So meal is now:

Have actually been enjoying the stair master, nice little mental challenge that makes you feel great when finished. I just listen to a podcast while I’m on it

Stayed in a hotel for a work conference Wednesday and Thursday night, so made it easy to hit the new higher step count each day just from needing to walk to get groceries. Also gave me the chance to do my stairmaster fasted of a morning which I never normally have time for instead of post workout and really enjoyed that change

Feeling a lot better and like the sickness is all gone, but still feel like I look softer in these pics then last weeks ones

I’ve always been one who’s struggled with mental health, but this past 2-3 weeks it’s been very much in full swing lads. I’ve just got to keep pushing and know I’ll be extremely proud of myself at the end for not giving up

Any words of encouragement and how you guys deal with self doubt would be appreciated!

Besides that lads I’ve just been ticking along, I’ve finally chosen a song for a posing routine which I’ll keep a secret until show day. My posing coach will try get a routine back to me by next weekends catch up with him

Not long to go now lads. I know I still have heaps of fat to lose to be ready. It looks like it’ll be a 4 week push to get the fat off. I want to make the under 90kgs weight class. Then we will arrive at peak week and start the carb up

@Reece you're going really low on carbs, this is going to be a real peeled look for you.
And I disagree on the angle, I think you look amazing, making real progress :D your back is wider even you cutting, I see abs tight, really thick size too!
