This post will be introducing myself and logging for Core Pharma as I am currently 10 & 11 weeks out from the upcoming IFBB amateur season C shows, with these being my first comps in what I call my adult life. Will be competing in men’s open bodybuilding (under 90kg). Don’t have the mass just yet but my heart is with opens so will do this instead of classic
I competed in ICN when I was 17 and 18 then had a couple years completely away from the sport and even eating/training properly in general. But now back with big ambition and love for the sport
I have been very lucky to have been hooked up with Core Pharma so want to document using their products as well as just this prep in general for you all.
I will be sending in my check in photos each week as well as notes on how everything is going plus any changes to the plan

With first meal: 2000mg fish oil, 5000iu vitamin D3, Betaine HCL, Ubiquinol, Magnesium glycinate, Alpha GPC, TUDCA
With last meal: 2000mg fish oil, 3000mg vitamin C, Betaine HCL, Magnesium Glycinate, 5HTP, GABA, 5mg Melatonin

Notes: started prep 16 weeks out (6 weeks ago) with body composition being in a good spot. Didn’t have a single gram off plan until Friday (day of and after these check in photos) and had a bad binge over the two day weekend. Which has now led to very high food focus. So main priority right now is getting away from food focus and back into the mindset I had prior to this of never even thinking about off plan food. Potentially looking at adding Reta in as I do not want to let anything ruin this prep. EQ is currently in place as we went straight for the off season push into this prep, but will be taken out and replaced with Primo once that’s back in stock
