I was born with low testosterone, natural levels with 370 ng/Dl or some shit that low and as you know in Australia you have to be dying and out of the insanely wide range to get T legally prescribed. I tried anyways and yea my endo pretended he was gonna help, got me to come in 3 times and then literally told me to f off

Took matters in my own hands and I started TRT at the age of 19, i started off with 170 mg a week and then titrated down to 100-120 mg of test E.
Just on this, I had already been training for 2 years with 80-90% dialed in training and diet and saw less results than my mates who had been gymming for 3 months which was demotivating as, but yea once I got on trt I blew up.
I’ve always been a very small dude, nowhere near the size of you guys here so I only reached 71 kg, shredded, repping 12x50 kg on incline bench with pauses, just to give you an idea of where I used to be. Ik not impressive but I was anorexic at one point when I was 18 and i could barely bench the bar… fr
So that was when I was 19, and yea I crashed my car, fractured my spine had injuries and swelling everywhere and when I tried to get back into gym my nerves felt a bit fucked and instead of stretching and learning to work around what happened… I gave up gymming even though I was 3 years in hard work at the time. And ive just remained on TRT 100 mg test e this entire time so I don’t die
Im 24 now, Fast forward to mid-end of may this year, I started gymming again but wasn’t really dieting super hard. Getting gains but I got a bit greedy and wanted better gains as we all do. I decided to enter a mega cut and train my ass off. So remember how I used to be 70 kg shredded, I was 88kg lifting half of what I used to lift so yea I was fat for someone with my genetics (natural ectomorph 5’9)
This is where my cycle starts, I did do a pre cycle bloodtest and only thing was slightly low HDL (was a fat unhealthy cunt for a while tbh thats why, previous hdl tests were all great) 14/06, i had a shit scale so around 87-88 kg. Invested in better scale after midway through so give or take 1-2 kgs here and there.
I started taking 175 mg primo e i got from notoriouslabs (rip), 10 mg lgd i got from ugloz. is.
My test is also from notoriouslabs during this time, it felt legit so im still on it
I train push pull legs 6x a week and eating 2000 calories. Below is my workout split and my calorie breakdown
My last set is always a drop set with 10-20 second rest on most exercises, always 1-2 warmup sets btw when approaching new muscle group.
I do at least 30-45 mins of walking a day, other than that bit of a lazy cunt when it comes to cardio i wont lie.
Push: incline bench 4-5 sets, 3-4 sets chest press machine or some sort of push, 4 sets of chest flies. 3 sets tricep pushdown, 3 sets tricep overhead pushdown (sometimes i throw in close grip flat bench) 4 sets lateral raises and some rotator cuff shit here and there.
Pull: 3-4 sets seated rows or chest supported rows, 4-5 sets lat pulldown, 3 sets rear delt machine or face pulls with bands or rope (sometimes i use home gym for pull days), 3 exercises of any of the following just depends on how I feel, incline dumbbell, standing alternating dumbbell, hammer curls slow descent, ez bar curls, preacher curls, cable machine curls 1 handle per hand.
Legs: 3 sets romanian deadlifts, 4 sets seated leg press (squats give me lower back pain tbh i got good form too so i just dont do em personally), 3 sets standing calf raises 3 sets seated calf raises, 3 sets leg extension quads, 3 sets leg curls, 3 sets ab leg raises.
My diet is around 1800-2200 calories, with 4 protein rich meals 150-170 g total protein and big focus on polyunsaturated monounsaturated fats, never snacked at all during this time.
I have 2 protein shakes a day, WPI, low fat milk, chia seeds 15-20 grams, 5 g creatine.
Ill give you main meal examples, i alternate between them, so i just eat any two below!
Core powerfoods ready meals from coles if on special, holy meatballs is great 500 calories 50 g protein
Cooked chicken wrap with avocado + salad + low calorie hot sauce on souvlaki bread (my fav bread)
The chicken sometimes get swapped to canned tuna (ikr eww)
French toast 2 eggs, + 2 eggs without yolk, 2 whole grain toast, avocado + salad + half a can of canned beans
Cooked lean mince + veggies on a wrap of some sort.
Thats about all I was eating tbh.
Also if i didn’t meet carbs or healthy fats for a day, I would have a wholegrain toast with olive oil with diet potassium salt. (Electrolytes are fking important on lgd fr)
Ok so I kept this up until primo ran out, idk why tf i only got one vial i guess i was sketched as bigdawg1 was a new member.
So i think my primo was finished around 18/07 but then I got fucking wisdom teeth flareup so i had to get surgery, ikr so aids. I dropped the lgd, did some bpc to help with recovery and just couch rotted for a few days in pain… (bpc was unreal for recovery btw, 500 mcg twice a day for a week just subq stomach for systematic healing)
Anyways healed, back to it, primo ran out so i upped my lgd to 20 mg, this is now 25/07 and i am around 83 kg at this point
I started 0.08333 mg retratrutide on 30/07, i just wanted a little boost for fat loss yk
Kept going, I reached 80 kg and caught fking rhinovirus
which I live alone and have no one to take care of me when I get sick so i stopped gymming for a week around 08/08
I also had upped retra to 1.6666 mg a week on 04/08
Ok this is where shit went downhill. I recovered from my cold but the retra was killing my sleep and recovery and i think thats what made me sooo sick from the cold. It took me a bit to notice it was the retratrutide so i stopped taking that 11/08 and only now am i recovering. It was fucked man, waking up 4-5x every night in tremors and night terrors, it was conpletely crashing my blood glucose during sleep and honestly today 15/08 is the first decent night of sleep ive had since few days after starting it. This made it really hard to gym so I was only going 3 days a week at best for this period and barely eating, retra completely nuked my appetite even at that dose (had to force myself to eat ANYthing never hungry) so yea fair to say retra was a huge mistake for me and I am super sensitive to that shit.
Anyways it made me lose a bit of gains and progress since I couldn’t sleep or eat. Now I am 76.3 kg yes it nuked my weight. Im just only eating properly again now and still on lgd 20 mg.
Gonna stop lgd in 4 more weeks, up test to like maybe 130-140 mg so i still keep making gains, i am due for bloods when I can be fucked to get them this week or next week just to make sure shit looks OK.
So i don’t record weights on every lift but yea I started with 8 reps of 30 kg on incline bench…. Now im at 12 reps 50 kg controlled 1 sec pause top bottom. Can easily do 8 reps 60 kg with not as slow form.
Will add more updates as I am at peak motivation again after dropping retra and see how I go!
Also i am prone to high estrogen side effects even on TRT, as lgd can raise free test due to lowering shbg i preemptively started taking 100 mg apigenin a night for sleep and yea my high estrogen symptoms haven’t appeared at all! Maybe its also coz i lost a lot of fat.
So in matter of 2 months I’d say I’ve added 2-4 kg of muscle. Lost 12-14 kg of fat.
Probably was around 30-32% body fat, now i am definitely around 18% i got visible top abs
As far as natural supplements go, im on 5 mg cialis a day, i take life extension 2 a day multivitamin, i take vitamin k2 mq7 180 mg a day and fish oil.
For sleep as i said i take apigenin, i got this thing that has 100 mg apigenin, 1500 mg magnesium l threonate and 200 mg l theanine (this stack has been a game changer for sleep, well until i started retratrutide haha)
I also take 10 g l citrulline, 2.5g betaine anhydrous and 2g glycerol during working out, i only take on push or pull days never leg days.
I sometimes take alpha yohimbine and do a bit of fasted cardio in the mornings for shits and giggs
I also weighed in 76 kg this morning so lets goo goal is to get abs
Is this a proper cycle log, give me feedback, i like jumping around places i probably have mad adhd when i type.
