how’s it going all its cookiemuncher here.
So a little background to myself. I was born with low testosterone, natural levels with 370 ng/Dl or some shit that low and as you know in Australia you have to be dying and out of the insanely wide range to get T legally prescribed. I tried anyways and yea my endo pretended he was gonna help, got me to come in 3 times and then literally told me to f off :)
Fuckwit took $1000 i coulda spent on test e and lgd and primo fr
Took matters in my own hands and I started TRT at the age of 19, i started off with 170 mg a week and then titrated down to 100-120 mg of test E.
Just on this, I had already been training for 2 years with 80-90% dialed in training and diet and saw less results than my mates who had been gymming for 3 months which was demotivating as, but yea once I got on trt I blew up.
I’ve always been a very small dude, nowhere near the size of you guys here so I only reached 71 kg, shredded, repping 12x50 kg on incline bench with pauses, just to give you an idea of where I used to be. Ik not impressive but I was anorexic at one point when I was 18 and i could barely bench the bar… fr
So that was when I was 19, and yea I crashed my car, fractured my spine had injuries and swelling everywhere and when I tried to get back into gym my nerves felt a bit fucked and instead of stretching and learning to work around what happened… I gave up gymming even though I was 3 years in hard work at the time. And ive just remained on TRT 100 mg test e this entire time so I don’t die

Im 24 now, Fast forward to mid-end of may this year, I started gymming again but wasn’t really dieting super hard. Getting gains but I got a bit greedy and wanted better gains as we all do. I decided to enter a mega cut and train my ass off. So remember how I used to be 70 kg shredded, I was 88kg lifting half of what I used to lift so yea I was fat for someone with my genetics (natural ectomorph 5’9)

This is where my cycle starts, I did do a pre cycle bloodtest and only thing was slightly low HDL (was a fat unhealthy cunt for a while tbh thats why, previous hdl tests were all great) 14/06, i had a shit scale so around 87-88 kg. Invested in better scale after midway through so give or take 1-2 kgs here and there.
I started taking 175 mg primo e i got from notoriouslabs (rip), 10 mg lgd i got from ugloz. is.
My test is also from notoriouslabs during this time, it felt legit so im still on it
I train push pull legs 6x a week and eating 2000 calories. Below is my workout split and my calorie breakdown

My last set is always a drop set with 10-20 second rest on most exercises, always 1-2 warmup sets btw when approaching new muscle group.
I do at least 30-45 mins of walking a day, other than that bit of a lazy cunt when it comes to cardio i wont lie.
Push: incline bench 4-5 sets, 3-4 sets chest press machine or some sort of push, 4 sets of chest flies. 3 sets tricep pushdown, 3 sets tricep overhead pushdown (sometimes i throw in close grip flat bench) 4 sets lateral raises and some rotator cuff shit here and there.

Pull: 3-4 sets seated rows or chest supported rows, 4-5 sets lat pulldown, 3 sets rear delt machine or face pulls with bands or rope (sometimes i use home gym for pull days), 3 exercises of any of the following just depends on how I feel, incline dumbbell, standing alternating dumbbell, hammer curls slow descent, ez bar curls, preacher curls, cable machine curls 1 handle per hand.

Legs: 3 sets romanian deadlifts, 4 sets seated leg press (squats give me lower back pain tbh i got good form too so i just dont do em personally), 3 sets standing calf raises 3 sets seated calf raises, 3 sets leg extension quads, 3 sets leg curls, 3 sets ab leg raises.

My diet is around 1800-2200 calories, with 4 protein rich meals 150-170 g total protein and big focus on polyunsaturated monounsaturated fats, never snacked at all during this time.
I have 2 protein shakes a day, WPI, low fat milk, chia seeds 15-20 grams, 5 g creatine.
Ill give you main meal examples, i alternate between them, so i just eat any two below!
Core powerfoods ready meals from coles if on special, holy meatballs is great 500 calories 50 g protein
Cooked chicken wrap with avocado + salad + low calorie hot sauce on souvlaki bread (my fav bread)
The chicken sometimes get swapped to canned tuna (ikr eww)
French toast 2 eggs, + 2 eggs without yolk, 2 whole grain toast, avocado + salad + half a can of canned beans
Cooked lean mince + veggies on a wrap of some sort.
Thats about all I was eating tbh.
Also if i didn’t meet carbs or healthy fats for a day, I would have a wholegrain toast with olive oil with diet potassium salt. (Electrolytes are fking important on lgd fr)

Ok so I kept this up until primo ran out, idk why tf i only got one vial i guess i was sketched as bigdawg1 was a new member.
So i think my primo was finished around 18/07 but then I got fucking wisdom teeth flareup so i had to get surgery, ikr so aids. I dropped the lgd, did some bpc to help with recovery and just couch rotted for a few days in pain… (bpc was unreal for recovery btw, 500 mcg twice a day for a week just subq stomach for systematic healing)
Anyways healed, back to it, primo ran out so i upped my lgd to 20 mg, this is now 25/07 and i am around 83 kg at this point
I started 0.08333 mg retratrutide on 30/07, i just wanted a little boost for fat loss yk
Kept going, I reached 80 kg and caught fking rhinovirus :D which I live alone and have no one to take care of me when I get sick so i stopped gymming for a week around 08/08
I also had upped retra to 1.6666 mg a week on 04/08
Ok this is where shit went downhill. I recovered from my cold but the retra was killing my sleep and recovery and i think thats what made me sooo sick from the cold. It took me a bit to notice it was the retratrutide so i stopped taking that 11/08 and only now am i recovering. It was fucked man, waking up 4-5x every night in tremors and night terrors, it was conpletely crashing my blood glucose during sleep and honestly today 15/08 is the first decent night of sleep ive had since few days after starting it. This made it really hard to gym so I was only going 3 days a week at best for this period and barely eating, retra completely nuked my appetite even at that dose (had to force myself to eat ANYthing never hungry) so yea fair to say retra was a huge mistake for me and I am super sensitive to that shit.

Anyways it made me lose a bit of gains and progress since I couldn’t sleep or eat. Now I am 76.3 kg yes it nuked my weight. Im just only eating properly again now and still on lgd 20 mg.
Gonna stop lgd in 4 more weeks, up test to like maybe 130-140 mg so i still keep making gains, i am due for bloods when I can be fucked to get them this week or next week just to make sure shit looks OK.
So i don’t record weights on every lift but yea I started with 8 reps of 30 kg on incline bench…. Now im at 12 reps 50 kg controlled 1 sec pause top bottom. Can easily do 8 reps 60 kg with not as slow form.
Will add more updates as I am at peak motivation again after dropping retra and see how I go!
Also i am prone to high estrogen side effects even on TRT, as lgd can raise free test due to lowering shbg i preemptively started taking 100 mg apigenin a night for sleep and yea my high estrogen symptoms haven’t appeared at all! Maybe its also coz i lost a lot of fat.

So in matter of 2 months I’d say I’ve added 2-4 kg of muscle. Lost 12-14 kg of fat.
Probably was around 30-32% body fat, now i am definitely around 18% i got visible top abs
As far as natural supplements go, im on 5 mg cialis a day, i take life extension 2 a day multivitamin, i take vitamin k2 mq7 180 mg a day and fish oil.
For sleep as i said i take apigenin, i got this thing that has 100 mg apigenin, 1500 mg magnesium l threonate and 200 mg l theanine (this stack has been a game changer for sleep, well until i started retratrutide haha)
I also take 10 g l citrulline, 2.5g betaine anhydrous and 2g glycerol during working out, i only take on push or pull days never leg days.
I sometimes take alpha yohimbine and do a bit of fasted cardio in the mornings for shits and giggs
I also weighed in 76 kg this morning so lets goo goal is to get abs

Is this a proper cycle log, give me feedback, i like jumping around places i probably have mad adhd when i type.

Also, if you are thinking. Why tf is he doing lgd on a cut?? I agree, its a bulking compound, i just really care about my hair and the only compounds id do is primo, test, lgd and anavar.
I coulda done anavar but its just so damn expensive id rather lgd which is arguably more hair safe than anavar anyways

this is good general but as you go update us with actual food and training
Diet, please share foods and meals and when you eat them, macros would be good
Training, please share actual exercises reps sets and weights, as you go especially get stronger
cardio how much do you do? when etc
If you don't log what you eat or train now, open NOTES on phone and start recording it there and paste here. Or use an app like myfitness pal or cronometer. Very easy.

I stayed on notorious labs supplement because the test felt good but I’ve taken your word of caution, i threw it out and i have a spare vial of Odin’s test E so I’ve switched to that. Thanks for your words of caution, better safe than sorry.

I will specifically log my exact weights and diet for my next posted log! I already have my myfitnesspal but don’t always log everyday, will do next time and as I move forward with this at least on compound lifts.

I’m not super prone to hairloss or anything, I am a bit so I was assuming low dose primo 200-350 mg a week wouldn’t do too much regarding this, I just want to stay away from deca (19 nors scare me), rad or masteron. But yea I guess what I had might not have even been primo so yea… I’ve done cardarine before but I got heaps of cancer in my family so I got scared off it after seeing the studies, I’m sure its fine but yea cancer runs through my family unfortunately.

For digestive supps I use fish oil caps everyday.
Never heard of psyllium husk
I do drink probiotic drinks sometimes.

lgd can be used for a lean bulk. it an also be used for cutting or a recomp. really a jack of all trades for a sarm

For sleep as i said i take apigenin, i got this thing that has 100 mg apigenin, 1500 mg magnesium l threonate and 200 mg l theanine (this stack has been a game changer for sleep, well until i started retratrutide haha)
I also take 10 g l citrulline, 2.5g betaine anhydrous and 2g glycerol during working out, i only take on push or pull days never leg days.
I sometimes take alpha yohimbine and do a bit of fasted cardio in the mornings for shits and giggs
I also weighed in 76 kg this morning so lets goo goal is to get abs

Is this a proper cycle log, give me feedback, i like jumping around places i probably have mad adhd when i type.

Just on this, I had already been training for 2 years with 80-90% dialed in training and diet and saw less results than my mates who had been gymming for 3 months which was demotivating as, but yea once I got on trt I blew up.
I’ve always been a very small dude, nowhere near the size of you guys here so I only reached 71 kg, shredded, repping 12x50 kg on incline bench with pauses, just to give you an idea of where I used to be. Ik not impressive but I was anorexic at one point when I was 18 and i could barely bench the bar… fr
So that was when I was 19, and yea I crashed my car, fractured my spine had injuries and swelling everywhere and when I tried to get back into gym my nerves felt a bit fucked and instead of stretching and learning to work around what happened… I gave up gymming even though I was 3 years in hard work at the time. And ive just remained on TRT 100 mg test e this entire time so I don’t die

Im 24 now, Fast forward to mid-end of may this year, I started gymming again but wasn’t really dieting super hard. Getting gains but I got a bit greedy and wanted better gains as we all do. I decided to enter a mega cut and train my ass off. So remember how I used to be 70 kg shredded, I was 88kg lifting half of what I used to lift so yea I was fat for someone with my genetics (natural ectomorph 5’9)

This is where my cycle starts, I did do a pre cycle bloodtest and only thing was slightly low HDL (was a fat unhealthy cunt for a while tbh thats why, previous hdl tests were all great) 14/06, i had a shit scale so around 87-88 kg. Invested in better scale after midway through so give or take 1-2 kgs here and there.
I started taking 175 mg primo e i got from notoriouslabs (rip), 10 mg lgd i got from ugloz. is.
My test is also from notoriouslabs during this time, it felt legit so im still on it
I train push pull legs 6x a week and eating 2000 calories. Below is my workout split and my calorie breakdown

My last set is always a drop set with 10-20 second rest on most exercises, always 1-2 warmup sets btw when approaching new muscle group.
I do at least 30-45 mins of walking a day, other than that bit of a lazy cunt when it comes to cardio i wont lie.
Push: incline bench 4-5 sets, 3-4 sets chest press machine or some sort of push, 4 sets of chest flies. 3 sets tricep pushdown, 3 sets tricep overhead pushdown (sometimes i throw in close grip flat bench) 4 sets lateral raises and some rotator cuff shit here and there.

Pull: 3-4 sets seated rows or chest supported rows, 4-5 sets lat pulldown, 3 sets rear delt machine or face pulls with bands or rope (sometimes i use home gym for pull days), 3 exercises of any of the following just depends on how I feel, incline dumbbell, standing alternating dumbbell, hammer curls slow descent, ez bar curls, preacher curls, cable machine curls 1 handle per hand.

Legs: 3 sets romanian deadlifts, 4 sets seated leg press (squats give me lower back pain tbh i got good form too so i just dont do em personally), 3 sets standing calf raises 3 sets seated calf raises, 3 sets leg extension quads, 3 sets leg curls, 3 sets ab leg raises.

My diet is around 1800-2200 calories, with 4 protein rich meals 150-170 g total protein and big focus on polyunsaturated monounsaturated fats, never snacked at all during this time.
I have 2 protein shakes a day, WPI, low fat milk, chia seeds 15-20 grams, 5 g creatine.
Ill give you main meal examples, i alternate between them, so i just eat any two below!
Core powerfoods ready meals from coles if on special, holy meatballs is great 500 calories 50 g protein
Cooked chicken wrap with avocado + salad + low calorie hot sauce on souvlaki bread (my fav bread)
The chicken sometimes get swapped to canned tuna (ikr eww)
French toast 2 eggs, + 2 eggs without yolk, 2 whole grain toast, avocado + salad + half a can of canned beans
Cooked lean mince + veggies on a wrap of some sort.
Thats about all I was eating tbh.
Also if i didn’t meet carbs or healthy fats for a day, I would have a wholegrain toast with olive oil with diet potassium salt. (Electrolytes are fking important on lgd fr)

Ok so I kept this up until primo ran out, idk why tf i only got one vial i guess i was sketched as bigdawg1 was a new member.
So i think my primo was finished around 18/07 but then I got fucking wisdom teeth flareup so i had to get surgery, ikr so aids. I dropped the lgd, did some bpc to help with recovery and just couch rotted for a few days in pain… (bpc was unreal for recovery btw, 500 mcg twice a day for a week just subq stomach for systematic healing)
Anyways healed, back to it, primo ran out so i upped my lgd to 20 mg, this is now 25/07 and i am around 83 kg at this point
I started 0.08333 mg retratrutide on 30/07, i just wanted a little boost for fat loss yk
Kept going, I reached 80 kg and caught fking rhinovirus :D which I live alone and have no one to take care of me when I get sick so i stopped gymming for a week around 08/08
I also had upped retra to 1.6666 mg a week on 04/08
Ok this is where shit went downhill. I recovered from my cold but the retra was killing my sleep and recovery and i think thats what made me sooo sick from the cold. It took me a bit to notice it was the retratrutide so i stopped taking that 11/08 and only now am i recovering. It was fucked man, waking up 4-5x every night in tremors and night terrors, it was conpletely crashing my blood glucose during sleep and honestly today 15/08 is the first decent night of sleep ive had since few days after starting it. This made it really hard to gym so I was only going 3 days a week at best for this period and barely eating, retra completely nuked my appetite even at that dose (had to force myself to eat ANYthing never hungry) so yea fair to say retra was a huge mistake for me and I am super sensitive to that shit.

Anyways it made me lose a bit of gains and progress since I couldn’t sleep or eat. Now I am 76.3 kg yes it nuked my weight. Im just only eating properly again now and still on lgd 20 mg.
Gonna stop lgd in 4 more weeks, up test to like maybe 130-140 mg so i still keep making gains, i am due for bloods when I can be fucked to get them this week or next week just to make sure shit looks OK.
So i don’t record weights on every lift but yea I started with 8 reps of 30 kg on incline bench…. Now im at 12 reps 50 kg controlled 1 sec pause top bottom. Can easily do 8 reps 60 kg with not as slow form.
Will add more updates as I am at peak motivation again after dropping retra and see how I go!
Also i am prone to high estrogen side effects even on TRT, as lgd can raise free test due to lowering shbg i preemptively started taking 100 mg apigenin a night for sleep and yea my high estrogen symptoms haven’t appeared at all! Maybe its also coz i lost a lot of fat.

So in matter of 2 months I’d say I’ve added 2-4 kg of muscle. Lost 12-14 kg of fat.

you might not have needed trt. not everyone peaks with test levels at that age. some people peak later in their mid 20's. but its done now and you will need to pin weekly forever

you are still super young. you have to find yourself. as you age things don't get any easier when it comes to life. i think balance is what you should strive for and not taking this or that for everything @CookieMuncher

you might not have needed trt. not everyone peaks with test levels at that age. some people peak later in their mid 20's. but its done now and you will need to pin weekly forever

And its pretty close minded to say that without hearing my symptoms and why I started it.
Also I definitely would have physically had to start it in my 30s-40s so why not start benefiting earlier when I have symptoms as a 19 year old.

I am 24 now and I am a very different person than I was back at 19 years old.
Keep in mind doe I have never cycled properly before until now. I’ve taken a very short 3-4 week supplement before like when I trialed Rad140 but its just coz I really like this experimentation shit you know. Its what I love, to try new things and see how it feels and how I react. Thats why I tried retratrutide because I saw how so many people have had a positive effect with it, and also the fact that it can help with calorie thermogenesis when on a calorie defecit. I think its very fair to add in retrateutide mid cycle and see how I go, its unfortunate I was extremely sensitive to it but you know, you live and learn.
I took this lgd cycle because find attached photo, I used to look like that 3 years ago and I just wanted a boost. I stayed away from toxic supplements and did a fair dose of LGD and TRT you know, I understand your perspective but you gotta see mine that I just wanted to at least get back to where I was somewhat quickly.

I logged my shit yesterday too, find photos.
Ive lost a bit of strength coz still cant sleep properly due to retratrutide (only 5-6 hours of proper sleep a night). So next week when this shit wears off fully i should explode in strength.

I’ll keep logging everyday weights and nutrition.
Also keep in mind I take fish oil tablets so my poly is higher than what it says.
But yea this is basically what i eat everyday
2200 calories this time it was.

I worked on this before I hopped on TRT and my 370 ng was after I dialled in my multivitamin, nutrition and training to at least a fairly decent standard and still had symptoms.
For me at least, it was low T.

I coulda done anavar but its just so damn expensive id rather lgd which is arguably more hair safe than anavar anyways

you should start taking magnesium zinc potassium before bed w/ valerian root and melatonin, sleep is crucial
diet needs more protein and fiber and healthy fats

So a little background to myself. I was born with low testosterone, natural levels with 370 ng/Dl or some shit that low and as you know in Australia you have to be dying and out of the insanely wide range to get T legally prescribed. I tried anyways and yea my endo pretended he was gonna help, got me to come in 3 times and then literally told me to f off :)
Fuckwit took $1000 i coulda spent on test e and lgd and primo fr
Took matters in my own hands and I started TRT at the age of 19, i started off with 170 mg a week and then titrated down to 100-120 mg of test E.
Just on this, I had already been training for 2 years with 80-90% dialed in training and diet and saw less results than my mates who had been gymming for 3 months which was demotivating as, but yea once I got on trt I blew up.
I’ve always been a very small dude, nowhere near the size of you guys here so I only reached 71 kg, shredded, repping 12x50 kg on incline bench with pauses, just to give you an idea of where I used to be. Ik not impressive but I was anorexic at one point when I was 18 and i could barely bench the bar… fr
So that was when I was 19, and yea I crashed my car, fractured my spine had injuries and swelling everywhere and when I tried to get back into gym my nerves felt a bit fucked and instead of stretching and learning to work around what happened… I gave up gymming even though I was 3 years in hard work at the time. And ive just remained on TRT 100 mg test e this entire time so I don’t die

Im 24 now, Fast forward to mid-end of may this year, I started gymming again but wasn’t really dieting super hard. Getting gains but I got a bit greedy and wanted better gains as we all do. I decided to enter a mega cut and train my ass off. So remember how I used to be 70 kg shredded, I was 88kg lifting half of what I used to lift so yea I was fat for someone with my genetics (natural ectomorph 5’9)

This is where my cycle starts, I did do a pre cycle bloodtest and only thing was slightly low HDL (was a fat unhealthy cunt for a while tbh thats why, previous hdl tests were all great) 14/06, i had a shit scale so around 87-88 kg. Invested in better scale after midway through so give or take 1-2 kgs here and there.
I started taking 175 mg primo e i got from notoriouslabs (rip), 10 mg lgd i got from ugloz. is.
My test is also from notoriouslabs during this time, it felt legit so im still on it
I train push pull legs 6x a week and eating 2000 calories. Below is my workout split and my calorie breakdown

My last set is always a drop set with 10-20 second rest on most exercises, always 1-2 warmup sets btw when approaching new muscle group.
I do at least 30-45 mins of walking a day, other than that bit of a lazy cunt when it comes to cardio i wont lie.
Push: incline bench 4-5 sets, 3-4 sets chest press machine or some sort of push, 4 sets of chest flies. 3 sets tricep pushdown, 3 sets tricep overhead pushdown (sometimes i throw in close grip flat bench) 4 sets lateral raises and some rotator cuff shit here and there.

Pull: 3-4 sets seated rows or chest supported rows, 4-5 sets lat pulldown, 3 sets rear delt machine or face pulls with bands or rope (sometimes i use home gym for pull days), 3 exercises of any of the following just depends on how I feel, incline dumbbell, standing alternating dumbbell, hammer curls slow descent, ez bar curls, preacher curls, cable machine curls 1 handle per hand.

Legs: 3 sets romanian deadlifts, 4 sets seated leg press (squats give me lower back pain tbh i got good form too so i just dont do em personally), 3 sets standing calf raises 3 sets seated calf raises, 3 sets leg extension quads, 3 sets leg curls, 3 sets ab leg raises.

My diet is around 1800-2200 calories, with 4 protein rich meals 150-170 g total protein and big focus on polyunsaturated monounsaturated fats, never snacked at all during this time.
I have 2 protein shakes a day, WPI, low fat milk, chia seeds 15-20 grams, 5 g creatine.
Ill give you main meal examples, i alternate between them, so i just eat any two below!
Core powerfoods ready meals from coles if on special, holy meatballs is great 500 calories 50 g protein
Cooked chicken wrap with avocado + salad + low calorie hot sauce on souvlaki bread (my fav bread)
The chicken sometimes get swapped to canned tuna (ikr eww)
French toast 2 eggs, + 2 eggs without yolk, 2 whole grain toast, avocado + salad + half a can of canned beans
Cooked lean mince + veggies on a wrap of some sort.
Thats about all I was eating tbh.
Also if i didn’t meet carbs or healthy fats for a day, I would have a wholegrain toast with olive oil with diet potassium salt. (Electrolytes are fking important on lgd fr)

Ok so I kept this up until primo ran out, idk why tf i only got one vial i guess i was sketched as bigdawg1 was a new member.
So i think my primo was finished around 18/07 but then I got fucking wisdom teeth flareup so i had to get surgery, ikr so aids. I dropped the lgd, did some bpc to help with recovery and just couch rotted for a few days in pain… (bpc was unreal for recovery btw, 500 mcg twice a day for a week just subq stomach for systematic healing)
Anyways healed, back to it, primo ran out so i upped my lgd to 20 mg, this is now 25/07 and i am around 83 kg at this point
I started 0.08333 mg retratrutide on 30/07, i just wanted a little boost for fat loss yk
Kept going, I reached 80 kg and caught fking rhinovirus :D which I live alone and have no one to take care of me when I get sick so i stopped gymming for a week around 08/08
I also had upped retra to 1.6666 mg a week on 04/08
Ok this is where shit went downhill. I recovered from my cold but the retra was killing my sleep and recovery and i think thats what made me sooo sick from the cold. It took me a bit to notice it was the retratrutide so i stopped taking that 11/08 and only now am i recovering. It was fucked man, waking up 4-5x every night in tremors and night terrors, it was conpletely crashing my blood glucose during sleep and honestly today 15/08 is the first decent night of sleep ive had since few days after starting it. This made it really hard to gym so I was only going 3 days a week at best for this period and barely eating, retra completely nuked my appetite even at that dose (had to force myself to eat ANYthing never hungry) so yea fair to say retra was a huge mistake for me and I am super sensitive to that shit.

Anyways it made me lose a bit of gains and progress since I couldn’t sleep or eat. Now I am 76.3 kg yes it nuked my weight. Im just only eating properly again now and still on lgd 20 mg.
Gonna stop lgd in 4 more weeks, up test to like maybe 130-140 mg so i still keep making gains, i am due for bloods when I can be fucked to get them this week or next week just to make sure shit looks OK.
So i don’t record weights on every lift but yea I started with 8 reps of 30 kg on incline bench…. Now im at 12 reps 50 kg controlled 1 sec pause top bottom. Can easily do 8 reps 60 kg with not as slow form.
Will add more updates as I am at peak motivation again after dropping retra and see how I go!
Also i am prone to high estrogen side effects even on TRT, as lgd can raise free test due to lowering shbg i preemptively started taking 100 mg apigenin a night for sleep and yea my high estrogen symptoms haven’t appeared at all! Maybe its also coz i lost a lot of fat.

So in matter of 2 months I’d say I’ve added 2-4 kg of muscle. Lost 12-14 kg of fat.
Probably was around 30-32% body fat, now i am definitely around 18% i got visible top abs
As far as natural supplements go, im on 5 mg cialis a day, i take life extension 2 a day multivitamin, i take vitamin k2 mq7 180 mg a day and fish oil.
For sleep as i said i take apigenin, i got this thing that has 100 mg apigenin, 1500 mg magnesium l threonate and 200 mg l theanine (this stack has been a game changer for sleep, well until i started retratrutide haha)
I also take 10 g l citrulline, 2.5g betaine anhydrous and 2g glycerol during working out, i only take on push or pull days never leg days.
I sometimes take alpha yohimbine and do a bit of fasted cardio in the mornings for shits and giggs
I also weighed in 76 kg this morning so lets goo goal is to get abs

Is this a proper cycle log, give me feedback, i like jumping around places i probably have mad adhd when i type.

Hey bro, its actually a side effect people are starting to discover.
Levbutlerov broke it down and said basically I am just sensitive to retratrutide, and because I am training my ass off on a very anabolic compound and I have some muscle memory from the past, its causing me to deplete all my glycogen stores super quickly.
This is leading to crashed blood sugar during sleep which is spiking my cortisol, causing fucked dreams, nightsweats, and literally having high adrenalin when trying to sleep.
I did slow release carbs and protein and it helped but yea i am super sensitive to retra.
Also noticed quite a few more people reported this exact side effect

Gymming really hard and eating real well.
Look to be honest I don’t like logging what exactly I eat every single day, it sucks the fun out of dieting for me.
I have a fairly good idea of how much I eat and I do still log everything on myfitnesspal every few days but doing it everyday seems unnecessary to me personally especially when I am constantly eating the same foods.
Right now my side focus is stretching 45 mins - 1.5 hr a day.
Because I used to have muscle memory, and I am on LGD + TRT
I have gotten literally 2-3x stronger during this cycle.
I also have past injuries so I am taking the safe approach and making sure I don’t get midback or rotator cuff injuries like I always used to.
I got a bloodtest done today, results will be back friday hopefully

However it decimated my hair, I’m not super prone to hairloss but rad in specific actually annihilated my hair.
I think it causes not androgenic but like a stress type of instant hairloss, ive heard thats very common.
Also it made me really aggressive tbh with you, I got a sense of emotional control, rad in specific made 6/10 annoyances feel like an 8.5/10

I had two protein bars that have a decent amount of fat in each, they just taste too good ngl.
Ideally i should have had 20-30 g less fat and 20-30g more protein.
Keep in mind doe im 76-77kg so im meeting 90-95% of my needed protein.

If you get it down to 5-10mgs with proper cycle support like n2guard you'll feel much different on testolone rad140.

The other week I felt like I should workout way harder so I hit a total of 42 sets in 1 gym session and felt like I could keep going, crazy. But that’s all I feel, no mental benefits just volume and some mass.

My bloodtest results came back, everything looks great, lived CMP CBC all good. my LDL is just slightly higher than range
But yea my HDL is trash in the gutter 0.6 mmol/L

Usually my HDL is good its just because I was a fat cunt before I started and then LGD is known to destroy lipids.
Im happy with my results and could do another short 8 week cycle in like 4-5 months at this rate when HDL recovers

I had two protein bars that have a decent amount of fat in each, they just taste too good ngl.
Ideally i should have had 20-30 g less fat and 20-30g more protein.
Keep in mind doe im 76-77kg so im meeting 90-95% of my needed protein.
Other than that I’m fairly happy

I got all the lgd symptoms like the slighty flu feeling for the first week (tired headaches etc), muscle twitching/cramping, and yea the insane volume gains so fairly sure its good lgd

make sure you list the ingredients on those protein bars. a lot of them are really bad. there are a few good options @CookieMuncher
Its this brand, i really fking like these because it has almost 6 grams of glycerol.
If any of u want an insane pump, eat one of these drink electrolyte water and take l citrulline and boom ur muscle is so full u can get a pump from staring at urself in the mirror fr.
230 calories for 20 g of protein is a bit meh doe not too bad at the same time

If i made like a bulk meal prep beef meal or some shit doe mhmm would shlap

Would you guys be concerned with 0.6 mmol/L hdl? (Range 0.9-1+)
Im only 24 so i got scared and stopped LGD today.
I can always train again in a few months and just stay on trt till it recovers
anything you put into your body can effect cholesterol
 
Yea for real with LGD so far I got some increased strength and good muscle gains, I’ve noticed the main benefit is that it gives crazy high volume potential. The other week I felt like I should workout way harder so I hit a total of 42 sets in 1 gym session and felt like I could keep going, crazy. But that’s all I feel, no mental benefits just volume and some mass.
I remember on rad it felt like I was christian bale batman, insanely strong and a massive masculine feeling…

I might cut my cycle early
My bloodtest results came back, everything looks great, lived CMP CBC all good. my LDL is just slightly higher than range
But yea my HDL is trash in the gutter 0.6 mmol/L
Opinions on this boys?
Usually my HDL is good its just because I was a fat cunt before I started and then LGD is known to destroy lipids.
Im happy with my results and could do another short 8 week cycle in like 4-5 months at this rate when HDL recovers

I just didnt expect it to get that low, and its my first proper cycle so I guess I just want to see how much it will recover

And here is todays pull workout. I usually always do rear delt machine but decided to use apartment complex gym today.
Deadlifts on leg days for me.

So yea I did stop as I said earlier.
Will do bloods in 2 months and see if my cholesterol is somewhat OK and during this time I will get into medium intensity cardio as walking does fuck all :D (main reliable way to increase hdl is dialled in consistent cardio)
And yea I’ll be back with TRT + maybe 5 mg mk677 + lgd/rad/anavar/primo cycle havent decided yet. Will be a lean bulk/maintenance cycle, expecting another good transformation.
