@BeMe apple cider vinegar has acetic acid, and that type of acidity actually helps digestion, supports healthy gut bacteria, and can even improve how your body handles blood sugar. It’s a natural fermentation product so your body knows how to use it in small amounts without causing harm. Coca Cola acidity mostly comes from phosphoric acid combined with a big sugar load, and that combo stresses your stomach lining and teeth. I'm sure you can build a tolerance to it over time. It's an acquired taste like wine lol. Those first few times are a bit shocking, especially cuz there's no apple flavour at all lol

I binge ate dry roasted soya beans at midnight and woke up a bloated beluga whale. Stomach looked like I was 7 months pregnant ALL freakin day. Force fed myself Meal # 1 (protein shake) and it got even worse. Now I know what strongmen feel like when they use their stomach to get those stones up and onto the barrels! :ROFLMAO:

When I’m fasted it makes me hyper and want to go go. Whether I could lift fasted I doubt it, I’d go hypo. I went hypo once lifting fasted and I got dizzy AF and had diarrhea and needed to get OJ fast!
 
Probably hard to tell to the average Joe but I’m definitely putting on some size. Up 3-4 lbs consistently each morning now past 2-3 days.

Training today: **focusing on arms after the injury**

Chest: dumbbell press: warmup with 45's x 2 sets. 1 set of 60's for 12 reps then 2 sets of 75's with the last set being a super deep stretch and max press to failure (with spotter for last set).
Chest: machine pec deck 4 sets all to failure starting light and maxing out on 3rd set heavy then stripping to same weight of 2nd set and burning out to failure

**never been strong/confident on bench without a spotter plus I really like the deep stretch the dumbbell press gives that the barbell bench press doesn't**

Bi's: concentration curls - 20's warmup 3 sets. 40's to failure 3 sets 8reps, 8reps, 5reps immediate transition to dropset to 25's to failure 12reps with a focus on a tight squeeze at the top of the concentric.
Bi's: EZ bar curl - 20's each side warmup 1 set. 25's each side 1 set 12reps. 30's each side 1 set 12reps. 40's each side 1 set to failure until I starting 'swinging' it, 6 reps with good form and holding the contraction at the top of the concentric.
Bi's: cable bicep machine - 3 sets to failure increasing weight each set. 4th set back to the weight of 2nd set and burnout to failure

Tri's: One dumbbell behind the head raise - 30's for warmup 2 sets of 15. Controlled decent and deep stretch with 50's for 11 reps, 60's for 7 reps and 70's to failure 8 reps focusing on the eccentrics. Then I grabbed the 30's again and just went to failure.
Tri's: cable bar pushdown - no warmup just 3 sets to failure increasing weight each time.
Tri's: tried dips but elbow injury was saying no on the 2nd set so stopped

Quads: Did quad extensions to failure x 3 sets waiting for the dips machine

**elbow injury no real issues - glad I stopped the dips**

What time are you pinning and eating? That's important to answer this question.
Ok so almost every single day I try and stick to the same timing. 2MAD. Meal 1 is morning like 09:30 and then workout is about 17:30 (5:30pm) then home to Meal 2 (never has carbs) and is always red meat, pork, or chicken around 19:30 (7:30pm). 3-4iu of HGH at about 23:00 before bed.

Last night I ate at almost 21:00 (9pm) and pinned 4iu at about 23:00 (11pm). There's so much data on timing of HGH it's hard to keep up. One thing I do know is that pinning the whole dose bolus and at night is the general consensus as well as what's written on the serostim insert after they did a decade of research but there's no mention of what having a meal in you does or if it matters. The studies show that an insulin spike before pinning HGH is not really helping my goals which is a clean bulk.

Note to self: eating an entire bag of kale with 4 tomatoes and 4 red peppers as your dinner dessert is a recipe for the honor of "bloat lord" if EVO had that. UGH!

Dont hate the kombucha lol :P I am just very careful around alcoholic drinks now, even low alcohol kombucha, but it's amazing for digestion.

You can do bench press no spotter just go low weight and rep it up slow.

If you ate late it doesn’t cancel the HGH. A protein and fat meal won’t cause the same insulin spike as carbs so you’re still getting benefit. The main thing is HGH works best when insulin is low, so ideally you’d want a few hours gap. Even with a late meal, 3iu is still going to do its job, just maybe not at the absolute peak efficiency. Consistency with timing and overall routine matters more than one off meals.

I've only ever done my bloods on a big blast one time and my doc wanted to put me on statins, cholesterol was insane and E2 was way too low and weirdly so was prolactin but not as low as E2 (and this is with no AI's either) ... I came off for 4 weeks and everything was back in range (albeit high range but in range) and he was scratching his head... I said doc you need to watch more youtube on PEDS. He laughed and said no one is as honest with you so I don't bother

You're on a pretty hefty cycle. Personally I wanted to know where I was at peak cycle so I know how far I'm pushing my body. The. When you do post cycle bloods you'll know how quick you can bounce back.

Seems like everyone is saying no real private option where you can just order yourself, but these online health clinics are kind of a hack to between. A lot of the tests are covered by our provincial healthcare so it's not an too expensive to go the online clinic route

After waiting over three months after getting a referral to a gyno surgeon I got the call today and I have a consultation Friday 29Aug at 10:30am EST. I'm also going to get a quote for the lower stomach "ex fat guy" skin that hangs over my belt and lower back fat that plagues us old guys. I'm mainly interested in finding out what 'grade' my gyno, how much is saggy fatty tissue and how much is actual gyno as well as how much the surgery will be. I'm really excited about this.

I'm still going to run @LevButlerov cycle of nolva/aromasin/N2Guard/baby aspirin both to see if that can do the trick but also for the EVO board and use myself as a guinea pig to report back for others.

This has been a decade in the making and now I'll finally get this underway! Once I put away enough for it and have a date for surgery you know me, I might go all MENT/Superdrol crazy for 4 weeks and try all the shit I've generally stayed away from but we'll see LOL.

So obviously I'll be looking for any feedback from members who've had it especially on what to ask the doc when I go, what the recovery is like, and how to maintain my shape while I will be obviously on the bench for a while and out of the gym.

@HarleyGuy If you can get gynecomastia surgery, you don't need the tamoxifen TBH. You're better off waiting for the appointment first to see if the surgery is on the table. :D

Press the doctor. Tell him your chest hurts, pain in nipple, in both, hard to sleep and effects your quality of life, and you feel you need it removed for both physical and psychological health. Remember, going to the doctor doesn't mean you get the surgery. You need to press for it.
Recovery is nothing really a few weeks max and you're back. You can even do legs after a week.

I had the same surgery when I was in my mid 20's and it was covered by medicare. I got the gyno from taking too much test cyp. 25yrs later I still have the scars on both sides.

Vigorous Steve was talking about getting his gyno done and said he would intentionally grow it before going to see the surgeon. His gyno is small he said. He wanted to grow it so they would get all of it in 1 shot so he wouldn't need to go back. Might be best to lay off to Tamoxifen.

They allow you to do a savings plan so it might be year or two before I've saved enough to pay for it. It's like $10,000 CDN here in Ontario and our health plan no longer covers it as it considered "cosmetic". I'll find out for sure to help decide whether to run the tamox and keep you guys posted.

I'd be interested to see if that possible. It's pretty cut and dry what they cover up here with the provincial insurance. There's not any room for argument from what I've heard.

What he needs to do is claim he transitioned and his gyno is related to gender affirmation and now he's transitioning back. I can GUARANTEE that will be covered.

Hey... in everyone's expert opinion (I'm hearing big talk about major shortages coming even more now) what is best to stock up on now? I have an Rx for TestE but I'm thinking stock up on the staples? I'm open to advice on this.

I'm gonna lay off the tren after this blast but I'm thinking EQ runs so well with TestE and Anavar I could cruise on that indefinitely and stock up? Those who know more about the raws coming in might be able to chime in.

- I got "tren cough" for the first time tonight. First time since using tren on and off over the past 6 years! Tren pin went into left quad. It was less of a coughing fit but more of a buildup in my lungs and throat that felt like it was hard to breathe and was helped by coughing moreso than a coughing fit. I felt it coming on and knew what might be about to happen and was ready for it knew I'd survive and just let it happen. I probably coughed about 4-5 times. I took 3 puffs of a salbutamol inhaler and it seemed to help but the feeling lasted about 5-10 minutes. Is there a thread on EVO about what the hell this is? I'd love to ready about the science what this is; it's almost like a temporary congestive heart failure feeling LOL @LevButlerov

Tren cough is fairly normal, you can lower the side if you do microdosing like 20mgs ED of tren, and add cardarine (gw 501516).
Cardarine GW isn’t going to stop tren cough itself but it can help with breathing since it improves endurance and makes the lungs feel less stressed. What you want to do is keep your injections slow and steady so the oil doesn’t hit a vein and rush into your system too fast. If you do get the cough again, sit down, focus on calm breathing, and give it a few minutes to pass instead of panicking.
Cardarine can be useful to run alongside tren because it will help with oxygen use and make your cardio more comfortable while on tren. Keeping injection sites rotated and making sure the oil is warmed a bit before pinning can also cut down on the risk. I found more clients rotate sites with tren the less sides.

Ah yes planks! Good call. I just ordered a roller wheel I find that hits my core hard AF... try and go all the way down and back up and repeat while watching a Dateline or something.

I used to run my pins under hot water and warm them up but haven't in years. Next time I run tren (probably not for a while) I will definitely do that.
I rotate my sites big time. Glutes, quads, lats, delts mainly. I've even experimented with doing tricep, calves and pecs but that's not ideal I don't recommend it.

Thanks for noticing the protein PR! I find it's getting routine to get close to 600g or more each day. Just have to keep up with whatever red meat is on sale LOL.

Almost all blood results are already in! Still waiting on SHGB and Cystatin-C and Free T. I'm kinda shocked at how not bad my bloods are. Last time my cholesterol was way worse and this time I'm like almost double the dose of everything along with extra compounds.

This is the first time my E2 has come back just bit outside the high range so I'm thinking the @LevButlerov special recipe for my gyno will help with that for sure. Prolactin with me is always in range it seems. Total T is "immeasurable" they don't go higher than 55 nmol/L at this lab.

Thoughts on my bloods mid blast? Date is top right, blood literally drawn today.

The only thing I'm a little concerned about is the body's ability to bounce back from the cholesterol ratio which yet again mine is horrible. Last time it was a 10+ now it's not as bad but this is expected. Personally I don't think it's as big a deal as Family Doctors make of it.

I would NOT worry about cholesterol or triglycerides, you're a bodybuilder and athlete not a grandmother. Those numbers will level out as we move into a cut at some point. @HarleyGuy

The major issues are effecting mast and primo worldwide. EQ is the alternative to running those two so it's probably going to be in high demand going forward. Hard to say what will happen form sure tho..no one really knows that.

But what is for sure is no primo and no mast cuz 5 of the big labs in China that produce the raws got shut down by the CCP. They're gonna reopen but I can't remember the date. If they do get running again I heard I will be like a year before we see any here.

No I feel fine at the moment but I was wondering about that too. Did you mean my neutrophils and lymphocites? I was surprised to see my platelet count so low too.

One thing I forgot to mention is I vape. Just nicotine never weed, but I vape nonetheless.

No I feel fine at the moment but I was wondering about that too. Did you mean my neutrophils and lymphocites? I was surprised to see my platelet count so low too.

One thing I forgot to mention is I vape. Just nicotine never weed, but I vape nonetheless.
Vaping is not good for you. There are tons of chemicals you are inhaling. Plus it’s a waste of money. You can quit and improve your health that is a goal to put forth

Training got fucked up today, was in my 4th set of squats and got a call from my son and had to leave.
I feel like my diet is in check but my training is taking a back seat and I'm wasting all this gear. i don't miss gym time. even on days i don't feel like going. it also helps i pay a monthly membership so don't want to waste that lol @HarleyGuy
 
I resaved them as a .jpg and edited the post, scroll up. But nonetheless here they are again. Super interested in your feedback and any mod with knowledge on this. The only thing I'm a little concerned about is the body's ability to bounce back from the cholesterol ratio which yet again mine is horrible. Last time it was a 10+ now it's not as bad but this is expected. Personally I don't think it's as big a deal as Family Doctors make of it.
you won't get your cholesterol on point unless you really dial in your diet, and ease off on the gear @HarleyGuy trust me i tried everything. also get on support supplements like tudca and nac

bros if numbers are off you should see a specialist. sometimes also bloods can be off if you dealing with some issues in short term. maybe do more testing if you worried @HarleyGuy

@HarleyGuy at the end of the day, I would consult with a doctor. Some of the numbers that are off are non-hormonal, that would be concerning.
 
At gym… after my injury when I started the log I could only do 30 on the pin. Now it’s at 110. I’ll be back to doing the whole rack again in no time.

Finally hit 200lbs this morning. Pre-workout pic. Definitely feel the 5 lbs I’ve put on and glad it’s happened slowly.

Was feeling shitty about missing some workouts so had a doozy of a sesh today! Will post in log update later.
