i cooked up brocolli today very good stuff i love veggiesya it's been great, really helps with the volume of my meals. My appetite is pretty big and can easily eat too much, keeps me satisfied until its time to eat again.

Going to be taking my first round of bloodwork next week since being on. Will get to find out what its got my levels at.
They gave my the supplies for self injecting but i already want to change the needles they supplied to smaller gauge.
Ive got luer lock syringes and 18g to draw and 23g to pin. Im thinking of using the 23g to draw and maybe a 27g to pin with.
The test is made with cottonseed oil, seems fairly thin do you think the set-up of 23g draw/27g pin is good?

Macros look balanced, protein over 230 keeps muscle covered and carbs in the mid 200s fuel the session. Fat at 80 is right in that zone to keep hormones steady while cutting. I do use squat shoes, and was about to just do leg press this session but i convinced myself to continue with squats. For the RDL'S i dropped weight and really focus on my form and stretch without going to failure.

Yup I would agree here a break is neededIf you can give the glutes and low back a break while you try to heal up that will help a lot.
Probably a good idea to drop 1 movement at a time and see which one is causing you the problem next day. I'd start with the RDLs if it were me.
