Approved Log TRT and Training Journal

Feel fine, haven't used anything for digestion. Are the digestive enzymes usefull?

I assumed if fiber can stay up, then I'd be alright.
Probiotics digestive enzymes and psyllium all useful, do you have a budget for them?
 
ya it's been great, really helps with the volume of my meals. My appetite is pretty big and can easily eat too much, keeps me satisfied until its time to eat again.
i cooked up brocolli today very good stuff i love veggies

Lol, I want too but at the same time trying to keep overall cals down. Trying to drop some more bf%. Working on adjusting the macros while keeping it around 2700.
You're fine with more macros, dont worry bodyfat will melt as you grow :D

I can for sure add more to my totals, but not a big fan of protein bars to be honest. I've been trying to keep all foods with as little additives/as clean as possible.

What do you think I should add to the totals? 20g more protein? any more carbs or fats?

I'm pretty much maintaining my weight as of the last 3 weeks, but I'm noticing lower fat/more vascularity in areas. Not sure if adding the TRT is re-distributing my fat or what..

If you want to go clean, add another chicken breast 8oz, can you do that? with 2 walnuts. @moreReps21

Thanks, ya been looking different things up constantly. Still with the clinic, just did my 1st shot on my own yesterday and went fine.

Going to be taking my first round of bloodwork next week since being on. Will get to find out what its got my levels at.

They gave my the supplies for self injecting but i already want to change the needles they supplied to smaller gauge.

Ive got luer lock syringes and 18g to draw and 23g to pin. Im thinking of using the 23g to draw and maybe a 27g to pin with.

The test is made with cottonseed oil, seems fairly thin do you think the set-up of 23g draw/27g pin is good?

Depends how much you're injecting.

I use a 20g to draw and 25g to pin.

I've started to pin every other day now and for that I use a 1/2" 29g insulin pin. It takes forever to draw but should leave less scar tissue and you barely feel it. I'm only pinning .35ml of oil with the insulin pins

Ok ya, I do have 25g around I could use. With the test they supplied(100mg/ml) im drawing 1.2ml.. So ill probably just continue with 18g to draw and go 25g to pin.

Im hoping ill be able to start more frequent pinning after going over this first 6 week run. I keep seeing others with good feedback on it and want to try for myself.

As for the slin pins, you dont find any dulling of the needle when using to draw then pin?

You can do more frequent pins, EOD Is a start, try it. :D

Getting real frustrated with this low back/glute pain. Almost just avoided todays lift.. Don't feel any pain during the session, but last 2 lower days the next morning was flaring up. If it happens again might just have to avoid lower days for a week or so.

Nope trouble at all. I wouldn't recommend it for you just yet. Definitely stick with what you got and keep pinning twice a week. Once you get comfortable with the pinning and find a few spots you can rotate through then start thinking about higher frequency with insulin pins.

I find it's a fair bit tougher loading the insulin pins so have some practice under your belt should make it easier. You'll also wanna order for 200mg/ml testoster from @Fusion Canada so you can lower the volume.

You stretching it out and foam rolling to ease the pain?
 
will finish off this 6 weeks doing the 1x/wk, and see the bloodwork. I'll mention more frequent pins to the "doc" and most likely start doing it from then on.

Calories and macros are lined up well, protein at 232 is more than enough to hold muscle while you work through the pain issue. I would increase fats omega 3 fats. :D @moreReps21
If the session itself feels fine but the next day lights you up, that’s usually inflammation creeping in after load, not during. Taking a week off lower body won’t cost you size with those numbers coming in, and it might be what lets the glutes and low back settle so you don’t keep restarting the same problem.
 
Going to draw them next week, then following up a week after that. It's best to not pin right before drawing the bloods right? it's on the same day was just going to do them, then pin when back home.

Macros look balanced, protein over 230 keeps muscle covered and carbs in the mid 200s fuel the session. Fat at 80 is right in that zone to keep hormones steady while cutting. Cardio at 30 minutes on 12 incline is solid work after training, good way to drive the deficit without burning out. :D

Also picked up some Test cyp. to prepare for going self-TRT eventually. As well as some BPC-157 to see if it will help with this low back / glute pain, which ill start taking from tomorrow morning.

How you feeling after this session? RDLs and squats same day while dealing with low back and glute pain? You're already hitting the seated curls, you may wanna consider giving the RDLs a rest while you heal and get a bit more weight on the bar for squats? You got squat shoes or wedges to get some focus off your glutes?

I feel great during and after the session.. its the next morning that it shows up usually. I was going to cut the RDL's atleast next 2 sessions while utilizing the BPC.

I do use squat shoes, and was about to just do leg press this session but i convinced myself to continue with squats. For the RDL'S i dropped weight and really focus on my form and stretch without going to failure.

Macros look solid, protein can go up as we talked before but in a few weeks :D, carbs are moderate and fats not too high so it’s a good balance. Cardio after training at that incline is a solid calorie burn without being crazy taxing. Bloods next week on 120mg will give you a clean baseline before moving into self TRT, and starting BPC157 in the morning should give that back and glute some relief if you stay consistent with it. :D @moreReps21

Perfect dosing on the BPC. I always find that's the best protocol for me. The problem I have is remembering to pin early in the AM before work. I forget all the time and just pin the 700mcg at night..not optimal

@moreReps21 trt dose 120mg 1x a week is sound. i think more people should run trt that way. its the safest way
