Before Reta:

1 week into 2550 cals, i literally had to slap myself not to pick up sweets at the grocery or binge on anything in the cupboard.


1 week into Reta:

Day 1: Within an hour felt a full feeling in the stomach. Mind you i only had meal 1 - 3 hours earlier.

Day 2: Could feel a little appetite suppression

Day 3: Ate all my meals got to my last meal and the last spoon made me gag as if my body was refusing to accept anymore food. (Reta known to slow digestion of previous meals)

Day 4: (This is when i knew 500mcg was definitely too high of a dose as a first timer for me.)

Meal 3 - 4 Slices of Bread and 4 Eggs, took me 2 hours to finish. The last bite of the last Egg on toast made me gag again.

Last Meal luckily was whey oats so i blended that was easier to get down.

Day 5:
I cant even look at food, ive had meal 1. I really could fast the entire day but i refuse to so will keep force feeding. Before Reta i could not go more than 4 hours without eating without blood sugars having a party also.

Conclusion:

If i could go back id start at a lower dose like 250mcg or even split 500mcg into smaller doses with more frequent pins.
Reading up it does have a half life of 6-8 days.
Reading studies reta does have anti catabolic effects also which is pretty cool.


I can honestly see how this is truly a miracle drug for weightloss and regulating blood sugars because normally id start getting all shaky if i didnt eat for long enough where as now i feel fine.

Im in a 700cal deficit and cruising at the moment but literally feel satisfied and training has not been effected in terms of performance :)

Yeah man ill try splitting it 3x a week since thats quite common at smaller doses and then if anything ill experiment sometime this prep and log it in ED pins and note any differences :)

Pull session looked sharp, nice to see new movements like the incline row coming in and already handling 35s clean. Big PRs on chest row, rear delts, and curls show you’re still progressing even while cruising. Food is balanced well with almost 300 carbs keeping the pumps strong, and you can tell by the volume work your recovery is on point. You look amazing in the pics :D

Bloods look stable this far into cruise so you’re sitting in a good spot to start turning the dial up. Giving it the extra 2 weeks as planned is the smarter call, lets your markers settle fully before layering in more gear or fat burners. When you do add, it’ll hit cleaner and you’ll know exactly how your body is responding. Cut should roll hard from there with test, HGH, and retatrutide already in place. :D @justapotato you can consider some light clenbuterol too.

Yes bro, plan is to add some clenbuterol at 40mcgs at the beginning :) Ill peak clen at 80mcgs i believe im not a big fan of jacking up the heart rate with too high a dose, lowering food and using cardio will work great :)
Everything else will remain the same until i reach a certain body fat and then ill deploy mast, then some rip blend test tren mast in the final weeks :)
