Standing Calf raises (Bodyweight)

Followed by 10k steps, (walk with dog around the neighbourhood).
Just a little basic Leg workout this week to get some blood pumping after being sick.
We go balls to the wall again from monday
Will have a touchdown from Team Ugloz in the next few days and announce the next phase of the cycle
