I was originally going to drop some calories to keep weight trending down, but since starting the TRT I've noticed slight changes(I think? lol) in my bodyfat distribution.. less fat in areas/more vascularity. Tho I do want to lose more total BF% so I can commit to another 'bulk'. So at some point I'm probably going to have to lower them. Would like to get to around 10%ish..Looking good bro.

Solid protein, carbs are fine, fats in a good spot but calories overall are pretty low if you want to push size. The cardio setup is solid, steady incline walk like that won’t hurt recovery and keeps conditioning sharp.Diet and training for today.

The day I went for the blood draw was the day I am pinning, but waited till afterwards once home to take it so I could get the trough level. So it's not like I took the shot just before or anything..

Good diet setup for a training and cardio day, macros are balanced and protein’s high enough to hold tissue while you push recovery. The incline walk after training is perfect for keeping blood moving and helping that lower back stay loose. Two weeks on BPC157 and no flare-up is a great sign, keep avoiding RDLs another week or two and let it fully settle before reintroducing them light.Diet and training for today.

You're on test cypionate right? You really shouldn't be experiencing energy swings like that on a long ester like cyp. Could be placebo bro. But placebo is real in a way, that's why they control for it in studies. So if that's what you're feeling then go with it cuz it will work.
Our brain can make us do things that shouldn't be possible in so many different ways. So when something works then stick with it.

Certain jobs I'll try to treat like a zone 1 cardio session when I'm up and down a ladder constantly changing light bulbs in a big store or facility.
