- Still 2MAD
- 212lbs in morning (slipped to 205 post blast but adding a bit of carbs helped and increasing calories too)
- Still going strong - same lifts on TRT - switched to Heavy Duty which DOES work! (I take back what I said on page 51!)
- Adding in proviron 25mg/day after talking with @toddthelineman about what I call PBS (post blast syndrome) mood LOL
- Meal#1 bloat settles before noon and Meal#2 bloat settles overnight and I walk around the house after 7pm Nick Walker pregnant because who cares and I wake up with abs. Thank God for the digestion supps!

Chest:
bench dumbbell press
warmup: 55lbs x 2 sets x 12 for form and bloodflow

2 sets with 90's x 6 to failure
1 set with spotter 100's x 3 to complete eccentric failure (3rd rep concentric assisted and eccentric I was done for!)

2 sets with 185lbs to failure each set (6&4 reps - gassed out Heavy Duty style on the eccentric at the end)
Shoulders:

1 set with 100's x 4 (spotted on the 4th and was an assisted eccentric failure by a dude I asked to spot me)
