Notes: Heavy pressing felt heavyyyyyyy today. Flies felt good too, increased weight as well as some progress on some of the isolations. Calf/hamstring is much better now, barely noticeable. Skipping the calf training on leg day has helped a tonne I think as per coach’s direction, although, was quite sore after leg day regardless as they get caught up in other exercises a bit.
Damn that a shit load of carbs lol. No wonder you're able to sooo damn much heavy chest work in one session. Way to utilize that fuel bro.

Big session and that 120 kg squat PR with controlled depth shows the strength phase is paying off. Keep the same load another week and aim to add 1–2 reps per set before bumping weight.

Diet looks right for a high-output day at 4k calories with 226 g protein and 550 g carbs. Keep fats near 90–100 g and fiber over 30 g while watching that hamstring discomfort, stay strict on range and tempo for curls until pain is gone.

Push day is honestly my favourite day. I’m enjoying pull day more these days with the new program. The overhead dumbbell extensions are humbling, have always been an overhead cable extension guy.

With the carb increase, pecs were just so full of blood only just after one working set of bench. Next set of bloods will tell coach whether to pull it out of the stack or not, from what we’ve seen from my last test, my liver values are barely out of range, deciding factor will probably be my HDL.

Great to see another UGL OZ log here, especially with Gains Man at the helm. That's a solid plan you've got there. I've used Sparta Test E before and had a good run with it. Interested to see how the Aromasin works out for you.

That PPL split is a classic for a reason, and your diet looks dialed in for lean gains. I also try to keep things simple with my food, makes it way easier to stay consistent. Good luck with the bulk, and I'll be following along for sure!

Notes: Hamstring pain almost non existent on curls now, and movements are progressing. Numbers didn’t really move up too much today, which I like, gave it my all today and have to recover and wait for the body to adapt to have the ability to go harder next time.

New high weigh in today too, calories doing their thing 💅
Good day logged. Squats at 122 kg for 10s to 5s thats big volume!

Good progress overall I like your macros but a bit more protein towards 250 is what I want to see.

Notes: Progression on ab exercises has slowed but is a good thing, means we’re training them hard. Definitely feeling the stair master today after yesterday’s leg day.
