Thanks bro! I'm stronger on challenging my chest with dumbbell press than the bench press. For some reason I've never been a strong bench presser.

@HarleyGuy That is a boatload of supplements right there. You certainly know how to go after some good stuff. The supplements look delicious.

i've never tried that lol. but i usually do 2 at a time if the pills are small. That is an impressive list. @HarleyGuy

I'm thinking about trying some proper fat, I managed to have a full-fat milk flat-white coffee at a Cafe this morning. This hack sales clown I got the reta off fucked up the schedule and I'm out by over a week and it's not working, I have had three double dosed EOD shots now (one was just before tho) and no sickness or anything like the first time (tolerance maybe) and hunger, ate a whole pot of rice over the last 48 hours. I didn't sleep last night so maybe that's contributing but I really hope the gear is not bunk.

I'm good at making bone broth and found a source of meaty bones. Made this clamp on the steamship so I can a couple of kilos of them up to get easier access to the middle. Just waiting for the weather to clear up them I'm gonna take the giant army soup pot down the beach and light a fire, try do it for six hours but we'll see. On my pot belly stove in Australia I used to do 8 hours but I could get that really hot. If the beach doesn't work out yet I'll get a cheap slow cooker and do it at the steamship, can have it on for 48 hours there.

And start eating a but of organ meat via that ice cube tray trick. That'll be it I think, light and super nutrient dense to go with the eq, tbol and cardio 😀

Preface:
-my girl responds very dramatically to any pharmaceutical and even supps.
-She's been having trouble falling asleep due to menopause.
-The hot flashes I've got her in check with with estrogel and black cohosh as a supp so hot flashes box is checked
-To fall asleep even the magnesium is too much for her she's dragging ass the next day, and melatonin knocks her out and she can't work the next day.

  • What would you recommend as a low dose trial run of Valerian root solo? Is there anything mild that helps you 'get' to sleep but not stay asleep longer than you should and no hangover for hyper responders?
  • Also, and this is common in menopause, she wakes up with her hips super sore from sleeping on her side. I'm thinking Glucosamine and chondroitin or should I just BPC and TB her for a while and see?

Thoughts?

I’ve got a quack naturopath Dr ex gf who treats her own perimenopause with cannabis, alcohol, ketamine, etc. It’s going pretty badly for her.

My mom is 🤔68? We didn’t even know she went through menopause. She might be a vampire. Very strange. Still has blonde hair.

The only thing I can think of that I’ve heard some ladies have good luck with is a tiny dose of test. Like 10mg. If she’s taking oestragel, she would have zero test production. This could be a missing link. Think she’d consider it? And/or an iu of gh?

I wonder if valerian root would be the move for someone sensitive like that

Ya I figured that so I added in some androgel for her too. I should have mentioned that. It's 1% and she does 1 pump three times a week. Bloods will be in a month or so but she feels a lot better now it's just the sleeping. Been about 2 months now and it's working for mood.

In general terms, if magnesium is too strong for her then definitely stay away from valerian root. That shit messed with my sleep pretty hardcore. I had some crazy intense dreams and was dragging ass the following day.

Maybe try glycine? It's pretty mild and it's supposed to help with sleep. Try a gram before bed and see how it goes.

For the joints glucosamine, chondroitin, and MSM.

I take 1500mg glucosamine, 2000 MSM, 1200 Chondroitin. I'm 190lbs with a pretty high tolerance for anything, so maybe half for her?

I just meant the straight glycine. I get 1g capsules. I've read glycine is good for sleep but it's not as noticeable as the other stuff we were talking about which might mean it's really good for your girl.

I actually take TMG too but not for sleep.

Buddy I help out with advice just sent me a pic of more GH than he'll need for a year (must have been chinese wholesale). Same guy who needed advice for the lump in his ass for using a 1" needle and not warming it up first.

What's the consensus on telling him to keep out his cycle of GH he's starting (6 months worth) in the fridge and freezing the rest and only thawing it one time but never refreezing. That's my current understanding.

Thoughts?

Start Valerian root very light at 150–200 mg about 30 minutes before bed. It’s mild, short-acting, and should help her fall asleep without grogginess. @HarleyGuy
but you know her diet and training is huge for this? especially meno muscle loss etc big topic here to discuss @HarleyGuy

For the hip soreness, glucosamine and chondroitin (add msm too) are fine long term, but you can add BPC-157 and TB-500 micro-doses for 4 weeks to see if it helps her.

I remember reading that you can freeze peptides if you wanted to store them over a very long period of time.

If they're stable in a fridge indefinitely then I'll just keep telling him they're fine and not to get fancy freezing them. It makes sense chemically that as long as they're not fucked with the bonds shouldn't degrade due to time.

I talked to her about and she's not game to post a log here but she's super supportive of EVO and open to us all. I even said the lads wished her happy birthday and she even took my EVO hat pics for the board. She's pretty open, I've got her letting me pin her with sema and I tried AOD on her but it's shit.

Today she wanted me to tell you she had
- two bananas and two premier protein drinks (I buy them for her at costco)
- Lonestar nachos with salsa for lunch
- Dinner was a 0 sugar chocolate pudding with a banana greek yogurt (the small snack sizes)

I applauded her on today said it was a weight loss day for sure. When I met her she was 183 and she's down to 162. She has an aversion to eating whole foods and doesn't enjoy eating anything unless it's somewhat 'tasty' like a mini frozen pizza. So at this point I'm just focusing on calories and not trying to harp on her too much about macros but I switched her from daily chocolate milk to the premier protein drinks which helped a lot (not my wallet but her weight for sure).

Her doc was hesitant to give her testosterone and wanted to try progesterone and I said fuck your doc and I got her androgel and estrogel and the dose is perfect and her bloods are good. Estrogen in check and testosterone juuuuust over the line of 'high' for a woman and I said "good". I've got her on black cohosh for hot flashes and i'm ordering her the valerian root and glucosamine/chondroitin/MSM should be here tomorrow.

I'm also gonna BPC and TB her ass too for 6 months. I have a shit ton laying around here.
 
I switched her from daily chocolate milk to the premier protein drinks which helped a lot (not my wallet but her weight for sure)

With a little bit of trial and error I recon you could get these shakes to being atcually nice in a candy sense. The Optium Gold Cookies and Cream flavor that I recommend everyone avoid would atcually be perfect. The eggs give it a texture and thickness you could achieve with one or two instead of 5, and if you used atcual milk or that protien milk you get maybe, and a slash of cream and maybe even some strawberries with it they would almost be like desert... and you could get then to 80g protien easily whole getting the taste and texture.

Log Update: Monday 20Oct2025

  • I've been getting some requests for progress pics so my log update tonight is a great excuse for a very unflexed most muscular pose with the Official EVO ball cap merchandise!
  • Still protein 600g fat around 280g and carbs at 200g and finding it somehow easy to keep my gains from my blast except arms got a bit smaller likely due to the injury and water.
  • Diet still quasi-carnivore of 1.5kg red meat ED, added half a pound of parmesan cheese to my steaks and breakfast is still 500g egg whites with 6-12 eggs and either bacon or a steak
  • I'd like to take this opportunity to point out the bicep vein on the left side of the pic I've wanted since I was 18! It's nice and squiggly too

I applauded her on today said it was a weight loss day for sure. When I met her she was 183 and she's down to 162. She has an aversion to eating whole foods and doesn't enjoy eating anything unless it's somewhat 'tasty' like a mini frozen pizza. So at this point I'm just focusing on calories and not trying to harp on her too much about macros but I switched her from daily chocolate milk to the premier protein drinks which helped a lot (not my wallet but her weight for sure).

Her doc was hesitant to give her testosterone and wanted to try progesterone and I said fuck your doc and I got her androgel and estrogel and the dose is perfect and her bloods are good. Estrogen in check and testosterone juuuuust over the line of 'high' for a woman and I said "good". I've got her on black cohosh for hot flashes and i'm ordering her the valerian root and glucosamine/chondroitin/MSM should be here tomorrow.

I'm also gonna BPC and TB her ass too for 6 months. I have a shit ton laying around here.

Ya I have her up to the max of 2.5 sema. Come to think of it she doesn't mind the shake I make in the morning without the cinnamon so I think I'll start trying to make her a shake she likes. And I can experiment with different flavours of bars until I find one she likes 100% Great idea

Going super slow. The standard Rx is 1/2 packet of test gel a day but I've got her only doing it 3xWeek. And the estrogel Rx woulda been one pump at night and I've got her on a half pump for now. So far so good.

With a little bit of trial and error I recon you could get these shakes to being atcually nice in a candy sense. The Optium Gold Cookies and Cream flavor that I recommend everyone avoid would atcually be perfect. The eggs give it a texture and thickness you could achieve with one or two instead of 5, and if you used atcual milk or that protien milk you get maybe, and a slash of cream and maybe even some strawberries with it they would almost be like desert... and you could get then to 80g protien easily whole getting the taste and texture.

That's a fucking work of art right there and I love the pics too I talked about them in my second podcast with EVO! Try some vanilla extract too if you like that type of flavour.

Yeah there's heaps of recipes on Facebook etc now with people making dessert type foods but with more healthy ingredients.

Yeah I remember a crazy bulk I did in the past ... I needed more cals so thought post workout was the time. Added 6 eggs with vanilla protein powder and honey. Was pretty nice.

Yeah man, the eggs atcually add a nice milkshakey texture to it. My shake blender is only 500ml so I have trouble cramming it all in and in the end there's atcually fuck all water, it's mainly eggs. And the result is either a candy-banana or chocolate or cookies and cream (with floating bits) flavored thick milkshake. Full blown cheat code to getting 400g protein a day, and THE POWER OF TWENTY LITTLE BABY CHICKENS every day.

I posted in my log update on 15Oct that I was off the tamox but it was sometime the week prior. You had me at 5mg for a bit and then I hopped off around the 12Oct or so.

Good start to your anti gyno protocol! yes I suggest clients do baby aspirin eod, and I take it myself ed as well. You'll see a huge anti inflammatory positive.

The veins in my legs are getting pretty vascular and almost concerningly thick so I added a baby aspirin ED like you mentioned a couple months ago and am giving blood in about 3 weeks.

  • Creatine 5g/day
  • Black Cohosh 2 caps b.i.d. morning and night
  • Valerian root complex (pic of back of bottle with ingredients = mild doses to start). Arrives tomorrow
  • Glucosamine/Chondroitin/MSM 500/400/400. Arrives tomorrow
  • Methylated Multivitamin x 2 ED.
  • e2: 1 pump at night of Estrogel = 1.25g (might up it to 2 pumps as it says on this persons bottle as her hot flashes are getting insane)
  • T: Label says 1g 2-3 x ED. I have her do 0.5g (dime size) E3D to start low. Can you confirm my math is correct on this dose? I won't reveal what I think it is as I'd like an objective calculation and hoping I'm not way off.
Questions:
- Is my math correct on the dime size T @ 2.5% E3D?
- Want to up the e2 to 2 pumps, thoughts?


I'll be getting her bloods done in about 3 weeks or so as this will be the 12 week mark on all this. She feels great but still having hot flashes but they've lessened quit a bit.

We need 2 weeks off tamoxifen is what we need, so a bit more time another week.
do you have the budget to do bloods closer around 2 weeks out? @HarleyGuy

That's a good start, I would add ED vitamin D with k2 for her on top even with multis @HarleyGuy

For a menopausal woman, the correct clinical replacement range is around 0.1 g to 0.2 g per day. That equals roughly 2.5 mg to 5 mg of testosterone daily, applied 1x each morning. You'll need to work the doses out on the cream slowly, VERY slowly and be careful to get it right.

Higher doses like 10 mg ed would push blood levels into the male range, think 120mgs trt dose lol.
The goal is to reach total testosterone around 40 to 50 ng/dL, so start low and recheck bloodwork after 6 to 8 weeks before adjusting.
You can bring her higher to 70 range because some women do well there too btw. @HarleyGuy
 
I remember reading that you can freeze peptides if you wanted to store them over a very long period of time.

If they're stable in a fridge indefinitely then I'll just keep telling him they're fine and not to get fancy freezing them. It makes sense chemically that as long as they're not fucked with the bonds shouldn't degrade due to time.
I have been told if there out past 4-6 months before you are going to use them and they have not been hydrated then freeze them. You should only freeze one time. Then when u need them unfreeze. Shorter supply just keep in the fridge on the back shelf in a dark container. Once u add the water not to put them on the door shelf and let them shake everytime u open and close the fridge door. Not sure if all that is necessary but it can't hurt so I just follow it.

It's for ex military and current military and vets, cops, paramedics, prison guards all of whom are off from either Operator Syndrome or PTSD and all fucked up; it's a course to help them heal as opposed to some corporate rehab bullshit.

But when I get back it's bloods time baby! I think it will be free for me if I wait til December but if I have to pay I don't care it's my health. That's the reason why I dropped $200 on N2Guard without flinching.

And don't worry there won't be much less posting by me on EVO I'll post while I'm on the horses if I have to! And there's a gym at the Ranch too baby. This might call for a mini-cycle haha.

Ok so this cream is 25mg/g (see pics). I've been having her take a dime size to rub in E3D. A dime size is 0.5g so she's been running 12.5mg E3D or about 37.5mg/week. So this seems like I nailed it pretty close. Should I try and teach her half a dime size every morning or is E3D ok for a woman? This cream is clearly dosed for a man as it says to put 1g on 3xED which is 75mg ED. I'm not sure what absorption rate and conversion ratio of 37.5mg/week topical would be though so it actually might not be enough if the 37.5mg is really only converting into half that in her bloodstream to be bound to her androgen receptors.

Actually that's an excellent idea! I'll talk to her about it in the morning and after she's agreed I'll take a bath in that shit myself. Is there any anectodal evidence if I rub it on my junk it will cause site enhancement? :ROFLMAO::ROFLMAO::ROFLMAO:. Maybe a straight DHT cream, tempting.

I already know she won't wanna do ED T-shots so I'm thinking 35mg once a week of my Rx TestE. Can't believe I didn't think of this before like why am I fuckin around with creams. LOL
