Thanks mate. Still trialling a bit more volume (in terms of more sets closer to the top weight). Coming from the low volume Dorian Yates style it feels tough but might be worth it for growth. Don't think I'll ever go back to straight sets though. One thing I am interested in trying is working up to say a 6-8 rep set then doing one back off of 10-12 say. Is that similar to what you do?Smashed it bro! love it.![]()

Waggat taught me how dumb that line is cuz they call shrimp prawns down there. Paul Hogan lied to all of us!!!
Throw another prawn on the pan just doesn't sound the same lolYeah.
But a lot of people do have small BBQ's that they use for cooking most of their meals. I haven't got a BBQ at all at the moment.... Not very Aussie of me. Just cooking everything in the pan or oven currently.

You're a pro @waggat but we need F instructions hereFrom the recipe I follow, the main points are:
- Pork type - they say shoulder or belly are good, loin is the worst
- Dry skin with paper towel
- Leave in fridge uncovered for at least 12 hours
- A little oil and a good amount of salt
- Use aluminium chocked underneath to make the top as flat as possible
- (For pork shoulder) Slow cook for a few hours to start (170 deg Celcius) then 30 min on full (250 deg Celcius) at the end
