Acne is healing. My acne was very inflamed on my chin my neck my face and my back when i was doing high fat carnivore diet last year until this earlier mid year. My acne on my face and neck are 80% gone now i’m just wait for my back to clear. I feels like doing high carb low fat is the way to go, leas acne more size. Despite the acne how is my back proportion? ChatGPT said I need to do underhand grip on rows and pulldown more to match with my upper lats width.
Yes like anything else you can progressively overload but the shoulder is the most complex joint in our entire body. You need to be super careful when doing it cuz it can go horribly wrong pretty easily. Make sure you use this strictest of strict form. Don't be jerk in the weights up using body English because you're going to seriously fuck your shoulder up LOLI feel like my side delts never rounded like anyone else on peds, i been doing 20-25lbs high reps for almost 3 years until 2 weeks ago my gym buddy told me even side delts are small muscle groups but it need progressive overload too, so i have been bumped up the weight to 35-40lbs seated raises. Am I in the right direction? I want size and width

Yeah, bro very strict I do seated lateral raises with 40lbs dumbbells no jerk pause on top slow eccentricYes like anything else you can progressively overload but the shoulder is the most complex joint in our entire body. You need to be super careful when doing it cuz it can go horribly wrong pretty easily. Make sure you use this strictest of strict form. Don't be jerk in the weights up using body English because you're going to seriously fuck your shoulder up LOL

Maybe @Pat7x needs longer needles at least 1 or 1.5", relax the shoulder fully, and inject slow then hold 10 seconds before pulling out to let the depot settle. That little oil pocket is the depot.

Yep just like every other muscle it's good to mix it up and throw in some heavy work once and while. High rep is preferential for most people with delts because it's the best way to get a crazy pump and build a mind muscle connection there. Once you figured all that out you can start going heavy. Just always strict form and becareful. Shoulders are delicate afterall. You've done the right thing by training light high rep for 2-3 years. Now you have a strong base, good form, and you won't get punished for going heavy too soon. You're doing it all perfectly broHell yeah!
