Yea run it for a couple weeks, and throw else we talked about at it too. The kitchen sink approach is the way to go in this situation. No real risk and only upside if something or all together works right.

I feel like my side delts never rounded like anyone else on peds, i been doing 20-25lbs high reps for almost 3 years until 2 weeks ago my gym buddy told me even side delts are small muscle groups but it need progressive overload too, so i have been bumped up the weight to 35-40lbs seated raises. Am I in the right direction? I want size and width
 
Beginning week 6 on test and deca
2 days off dbol weight dropped to 189lbs today
Acne is healing. My acne was very inflamed on my chin my neck my face and my back when i was doing high fat carnivore diet last year until this earlier mid year. My acne on my face and neck are 80% gone now i’m just wait for my back to clear. I feels like doing high carb low fat is the way to go, leas acne more size. Despite the acne how is my back proportion? ChatGPT said I need to do underhand grip on rows and pulldown more to match with my upper lats width.

Yes like anything else you can progressively overload but the shoulder is the most complex joint in our entire body. You need to be super careful when doing it cuz it can go horribly wrong pretty easily. Make sure you use this strictest of strict form. Don't be jerk in the weights up using body English because you're going to seriously fuck your shoulder up LOL

Yes like anything else you can progressively overload but the shoulder is the most complex joint in our entire body. Good man. Just be super super careful. Shoulder injuries are the worst...literally. They completely fuck up your ability to train and take forever to heal. I had 1 shoulder operated on and been through some shit with the other one too. I know from exp unfortunately lol

Apparently, I only bench once a week damn. Gotta keep doing 135-185 2-3 times a week now.

It verry odd that we need to bench more to get rounded shoulders. It doesn’t make any sense to me at all but i will try it for sure.

Yes first time I'm hearing this too but there is a fair bit of shoulder activation when benching. Moreso incline. @LevButlerov coaches a lot of high level bodybuilders for a long time and knows all the tricks of the trade.

You wanna rotate so you don't build up any scar tissue bro.

I've seen guys talk about pinning delts makes them grow bigger. Not sure if there's any science behind that or if it's just anecdotal but it has been said lol.

My favorite spots other than VG are delts and lats. They also happen to be 2 of the muscles I'd like to grow the most lol

I do left VG Mondays and right VG Thursday. That’s enough time for me to heal, I did delts thigh glutes before when i was on tren. I dont like glutes because it’s always swell, quads always hurts, and delts oil always leaks out. VG never have problems

but split those 1/2 1/2 2x/week and machine shoulder press control movement

Naw bro it's actually really easy. Not a lot of veins to worry about. Big absorbent muscle that can handle a large dose. Easy to reach. It's great. Just follow the top of your rib cage around to your lat and pin there.

Sooner or later your gonna need to open up more spots. It's only a matter of time.

Yea I'm pretty stiff to. Think you in a couple decades haha. Just try it right now. Put your left hand on your right shoulder and use your right hand to reach around and touch your lat. Should be doable. Same thing with the pin but stand infront of a mirror so you can see what you're doing.

Maybe @Pat7x needs longer needles at least 1 or 1.5", relax the shoulder fully, and inject slow then hold 10 seconds before pulling out to let the depot settle. That little oil pocket is the depot.

1" should be fine, relax it and change the angle more and let it sit there a bit before pulling out @Pat7x rereading my post i realized its quazi sequal lol :P

You can massage and warm it up, but I found that can lean to bruising with some clients fyi @BeMe

Interesting. Some people do just bruise way easier than others. I had a girlfriend like that when I was younger. She'd get bruises for nothing all the time and I always worried people would think I'm beating her or something...it was uncomfortable lol

It's very subjective, for me I rather have a warmed up muscle so warm and massage @BeMe

Do you think 2cc will fit Ventro? Or i need to move to my glute? I can’t do delt because oil always leak iut and no quad because it’s painful a day or two after.

For what it's worth although I can put up 4 a side most days at a push (and esp on cycle) it took me 10+ years to go from 190 to 200. Top benchers are happy adding 15lbs a year

Post Shoulder’s day, still not wide enough and my traps stealing the scene.
Bro boulder shoulders are built in years not weeks haha. The delts are some tiny ass muscles. It takes a lot of work to get them looking good. It's not like your chest or back where it can just noticeably blow up. Just stick with the gameplan and they will come for sure! You can do it

Hell yeah! I was wasting time doing high reps light weight on delts for 2-3 years. All I did in the past just working on my type-1 muscle for endurance not activating type-2 muscle for growth at all. Now I have to play cath up!!

Yep just like every other muscle it's good to mix it up and throw in some heavy work once and while. High rep is preferential for most people with delts because it's the best way to get a crazy pump and build a mind muscle connection there. Once you figured all that out you can start going heavy. Just always strict form and becareful. Shoulders are delicate afterall. You've done the right thing by training light high rep for 2-3 years. Now you have a strong base, good form, and you won't get punished for going heavy too soon. You're doing it all perfectly bro

I switched my chest routine from starting with the incline press machine to starting with incline barbell press (slow pause reps) and move the machine to the second movement. My plan is to burn out my CNS and fatigue my upperchest with free weights then finish it with machines.

pushing 190 lbs and the incline barbell 1st is a good move for upper chest because it hits you fresh before the machines finish the fatigue

One of my boys is a powerlifter and told me something that really cool once. Anytime you train it's money in the back. Sometimes your sick or tired and deposit less but at the end of the year it all adds up. Money in the bank bro

that is why i train at a gym where women are not allowed in certain areas. like we have a section that says "alpha men only" . so women stay away and so do the betas. you will find me in there usually on my own training. i won't get caught dead in the womens section @Pat7x

3.behind the back raises x10 L+R no rest between these 3 exercises.
9lbs feels like hell it was so brutal, after 4 sets of these I can’t lift my arms.

How are you recovering from this crazy shoulder volume? Remember if you aren't recovering fully you could have the opposite effects you're looking for.

30 sets? thats a lot, you will likely over train but we should test see how you feel after @Pat7x
