Where were you during the last week when everyone was looking for you?
This was the issue.
The issue is not whether you’re here or not now, but where were you before?
 
I mean why would you travel and not at least inform your customers of potential comms issues?

This is why I will always only purchase from verified vendors that work in teams, or at least presents as a well-organized person. Most every other unverified just seems like a random bloke who found a source of raw and is cashing in on it, no different from a dial a dealer who couldn't give a shit about anything but the cash.

I had high hopes for this vendor but I don't see a way back into the good books with a display of unprofessionalism like this. 👎👎👎👎👎
 
Hey all, I know I don’t carry much weight as I have just newly setup my account… but I am a long time reader and customer of a few of the other verified labs on here.

I wanted to share my experience with Pharma, and have been meaning to do so for a while now… timing isn’t great I know, but some days I feel like a monkey behind a computer when trying to set things up properly haha!

I have only ordered once from Pharma (see touchdown photo) and was pleased with the communication and follow up throughout the process. When the radio silence started late last week, I had previously started preparing my next order with them and there was a lot of back and forth surrounding the eta of new stock and in stock items etc. now, instead of accepting my order right off the bat (before going MIA), he/she advised to check back in the following week for stock updates and order when stock becomes available. To me that shows some level of integrity as I could have easily been fleeced in the situation.

Now I am also new to all this (not peds but dealing with unverified vendors) and I have not been bitten before. I understand a number of members have been bitten in the past which leads to a lower tolerance surrounding Pharma’s situation… I just wanted to share my personal dealings with the person - so please take it for what it’s worth or for a grain of salt. I just know that we do appreciate the vendors’ products and their recent actions have been less than desirable, but their actions in following up with customers should also be weighed accordingly.

Unprofessionalism! He refunded or offered to all customers affected! That’s professional in my opinion,that’s good if you don’t purchase from him ,it means there will be more quality gear for me to buy

You are missing the point entirely. I never mentioned his conduct with payment processing or refunds so you've pull that out of thin air. The point is going AWOL while you have customers lurking in the dark in regards to your whereabouts is irresponsible. That's not professional. As a budding vendor you really should be keeping your standards through the roof to prove yourself. Congratulations on receiving your gear and being one of the people not effected by this, but your anecdotal tales don't have much value to me.

I’ve seen sources on here disappear for longer than 3 days and members asking openly has anyone seen them.The source then reappears and says they had a “family emergency “ and members openly accept the reason and the source goes back to business as usual,why is pharma Oz not being treated in the same way if he has a similar reason for being unavailable?

There was no way to know what was happening on Evo, so once I was back online, I did EVERYTHING I could to make sure things were straightened out and they were.

In addition, I put a note on my Telegram account saying I would be offline for 24h, but was unitentially extended to 48h.

First of all, publicly stating that we’re travelling poses a significant OPSEC issue. Secondly, we did mention there might be slight delays- they just ended up being longer than expected, and unfortunately, there wasn’t a way to communicate this at the time.

I think we are talking oranges and apples here, respectfully. You handled everything very well when you got everything sorted, I never said otherwise. I'm implying suspensions don't seem to happen by accident around here from what I have seen, granted I haven't been around the 3 years you have. To argue about something after the fact doesn't change things and it'd be a waste of time to flare this up into something it doesn't need to be. I'm glad your customers were sorted, and I understand your post. You're not an idiot by any means but I personally, and constructively think it could have been handled better, even taking into account your restrictions at the time, man. I hope you can understand.

All is well on the Evo forums again since you're re-instated and I've hope for you again as an establishing vendor. Kudos brother 👌👌👌👌

I genuinely appreciate your constructive criticism- in hindsight I should have posted a story on Telegram instead of editing our Bio- this would have been much more clear for waiting customers.

None the less, all is well now and we look forward to continue serving evo members💚🤝👌.

I’m sure it would seem that way. But if you look at my other post… I gave props to Austrix recently as I have been a longstanding customer of his since he started being a vendor. I honestly have just been having difficulties getting my bloody email verified. Anyways, I’ve said what I’ve said. Given my personal feedback. Take it how you want to take it.

I honestly don’t have the time to commit to doing a log bro,when I commit to something I give it 100% and to log meals,training,supplements,AAS usage each day,i can’t commit to doing that here so would be doing the wrong thing by the source relying on me to do a log.
